Description of Work: Pepe and his son came to install a new garbage disposal. They went above and beyond that, replacing other items as needed and didn't charge me extra. They were punctual, friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I called up to make an appointment and first was left on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back after attending to some other calls. I made an appointment for 4/29. Waited from 2-4 pm their appointment "window" - no show. They called at 3:50 pm to say they would be an hour late. I rescheduled since I needed to be at another appointment and they would not have enough time for the work since they were now very late. May 1 the plumber shows up first thing. Was very courteous and nice. I show him the work. A fixture replacement in my master shower. He tells me he doesn't have the parts. I told the woman making the appointment exactly what the job was and she assured me the plumber would have the parts on his truck for this job. The plumber then said he thought the parts would cost about $320 dollars. I had this same job performed on the second bathroom last year with another company and the parts cost $60! I had another plumber also quote me about 60 for the replacements parts when I showed him the master bath. I told the Reddi plumber this and when he checked the prices he said it would be $220 for the parts. From the first call, every stage of working with Reddi service did not go well. The attempted overcharging on the parts is just the icing on the cake. I can't trust a company that goes after my money this way. I gave them more than a fair chance and they let me down in several ways, several times. They aren't even fair on their pricing. Please give me a refund for this big deal.

Description of Work: Repaired the gasket on our toilet. Trained me on what I did wrong. Also helped to analyze the issue with the instant-hot-water heater at our kitchen sink. Very professional.

Description of Work: We had two leaky faucets, a slow draining sink and a leaky toilet valve. The plumber gave us a cost estimate before he performed the requested repairs. He was prompt, professional, left the bathroom spotless and the final cost matched his estimate. We will definitely use Reddi Services again.

Description of Work: Scheduled with the company for an estimate on a leaker shower. The first attempt did not happen as we had trouble connecting. Part of this was my fault since I was unable to answer the initial call saying the plumber was on his way. Since I was unable to answer the call they diverted him to the next call. Unfortunately, when I later received a call to say that he would be finishing that job and on his way to me within 2 hours, he wasnt. I had to cancel this call due to the lateness of the hour (close to 10 pm) and reschedule. The next appointment went very well. I felt the plumber, Gerald, was professional, knowledgable and honest. He submitted his estimate exactly like our consversation. I scheduled the job with this company. Gerald was there, professional and polite. He called me with an unexpected problem that turned out not to be what we thought. He was upfront and informative. As always, you never really want to have to pay a lot of money for a repair, but I feel that the cost of this repair was reasonable based on the estimate and the work done.

Description of Work: Was pleased with the whole experience. Answered all my questions and showed me the video of my pipes to the sewer in the street and back to the house. Gave me piece of mind that my drains were in great condition for a 28 year old house. Would use again.
