It went fine. It answered my questions, so it worked fine. The price was good. I did have them come back and install a water pan under my water heater and that was good also. They came quite a bit later then they said they would.

It went pretty well, pretty basic. The one guy came out for the camera work and then another guy came for the drain cleaning that was including in the deal. He did a good job, but they could not get their camera in. The first guy was very responsive. The second guy showed up at the end of the window.

It went really well. They were able to diagnose the issue and repaired it. They explained what caused the drain back up and gave me some tips on how to avoid it in the future. I was very happy with their service.

They were good with scheduling and the tech showed up on time and did a great job with the remove and replace ment of the valves and faucets.

I really appreciated the time the technician took to tell me how to maintain/operate the plumbing in my house. He took the time to show me how to clean the faucet aerators (all faucets in my house were not letting much water out), operate the dishwaster to ensure hot water, how to operate the garbage disposal and how to prevent the frequent toilet clogging I have experienced. I was so worried I had serious plumbing problems and needed a camera to check out the entire system but after this visit I realized I have been doing a lot of things wrong. I feel so much more confident as a homeowner now and understand the plumbing systems in my home much better. I also discussed the water heater and recommendations for that. I plan to call Redii Rooter back to replace my water hearter. They provide a lot more services that I thought.

The repair person was on time and worked efficiently, explained what he was doing and the cost before he started. He cleaned up after too.

Cleaned out main sewer line of tree roots, and camera-ed the line. pin pointed the exact location and depth of problem area. Excelent response on calling ahead, very good at expaining the issues and the possible solutions. They know their stuff.

Anyway, these guys are honest and very solid. I should mention, they came within a few hours after my phone call. The price was very good for having 2 guys for two hours.

Each problem resulted in the right plumber being sent to fix the problem.

the plumber did a good job overall.his attitude was rather cool and aloof . what i objected to was that without any communicating with me he took the valve and other parts.i had to ask for it back .he took all the other parts without seeing whether i wanted them or not.i also felt the charge was too much for the work he did. thanks ron boyd.

Overall the work went very well and I would use ReddiServices again in the future.

I can only say that I was so thorough frustrated with this company that I would never recommend them to anyone. I purchased a Sseptic Tank Cleaning/Pumping through an online coupon on Angie's list. The following day I called the number I was told to call to schedule the service. A woman at Reddi Services took the call and asked me some questions. I told her that the tank was located on the other side of the house and that it was about 200' away from the driveway. She said that she would pass the message on to the manager and that he would get back to me shortly. The next day I was contacted and the individual stated that someone would be at my house between 3-5pm. No one ever showed. The next day I called back and complained about the no-show. They gave me excuses and told me that someone would be out between 1-3pm. By 3pm no one had arrived or contacted me. I called back and was told that the driving was out on a run. The driver called shortly thereafter and said he would be there in 45minutes. At 5pm I called back demanding to speak to the Manager regarding 2 no-shows. I spoke with Alfredo who made some more excuses and said the driver would be there. At 6pm he arrived but didn't have a long enough hose (despite my having told the scheduler that the tank was 200' feet away). Guess what, they had to come back the next day. The following day they arrived and performed the job the were hired to do but I was very put off by their service and lack of communication both with me and amongst them. I would stay well away from them in the future. I guess the fact that they were trying to drum up business with coupons should have been a warning.

Just when I needed it I found a voucher in my email from Angie's List for video taken of the sewer lines, a DVD copy and the rodding out of plumbing fixture all for $79! They work as a team, brothers that were so nice, making me feel that my sewer problems were no big deal! One started sending the camera down the PVC going into the house and I watched (I had no idea where this stuff went actually). That line was clear, then the camera was sent down the clean out to the street. After 6 1/2 feet the camera hit what looked like crushed PVC piping, probably from the healthy olive tree 3 feet away. They told me what would have to be done and how much it would cost, and how to avoid further problems in the mean time.

We bought a "Big Deal" special, and it worked out fine. We were able to get a plumber to the house within a few days, and he installed the new faucet within the time allotted. The work was excellent, much faster than I could have done my self, and the faucet looks and works great.

Overal the service was performed as promised. The service men were interested in doing the job right and went to an extra effort to get it done correctly. See details in my discussion above.

They did a GREAT job. In the end they could not do the work I needed but, 1) showed up right on time 2)Very professional and extremely knowledgeable 3) took the time to stop and talk with me and brainstorm/figure out what might be the problem and told me what next steps should be taken and made recommendations 4) didn't charge me to do a bunch of work that I didn't need to have done. In the end they didn't do any repairs but they also did not charge me anything and gave me some valuable and helpful information. I couldn't use them this time but I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. You should have no qualms about having them come do any work for you, and I know who I'm calling and recommending if I need this type of work again. A first class business.

They came out promptly when called. We were hoping they would flush the water heater to see if that would resolve the problem, but they did not. Instead they advised us that because of the age of the heater, it would require replacement which they would do for $1100. We declined. Later, we contacted a handyman service (recommended on Angie's list). They came out, flushed the water heater, then determined that it needed replacing. They did so for $500, installing the exact same water heater as Reddi Services proposed to install but wanted to charge us more than twice the price.

Excellent service. On time, friendly, courteous. I will definitely use this company from now on for plumbings issues, etc.

They said they'd be there in an hour or an hour and a half. I called two hours later and the woman on the phone told me the technician had already been there and did the work. I was at home standing in the water and told her it had not been done. She put me on hold for a long time and when she came back just told me that he had already done the work. The customer service was horrible. I had someone else do the work instead of trying to get them to come out again.

Bob was friendly and super capable. He knew exactly what I needed and, luckily, had the parts on his truck. He used a saw to cut the pipes going to the valve and replaced it all expertly and quickly. Everything is dry as a bone back there, as it should be.

Arrived at scheduled time. Professional in all respect and were well trained. Explained what wqas done in detail and reason for part replacement.. Have used them before for a plumbing service which also went well. One week later received a call to see if if the systems were OK and how the service went.

Was done on time, done right and only a little bit more than the AList coupon price.

Purchased the special from Angie's list and was very pleased with service, they setup the time and date I wanted and even called that day as they where running ahead of schedule to come earlier which worked great. They had the work involved to be covered for the special prepaid price so no unexpected or hidden cost. I would recommend and use them again.
