Sink started draining slow Sunday. Called Reddi on Monday, scheduled service for Tuesday between 8-10a, to call 30 minutes before arriving. Mentioned Angie's List and got $99 special for 1st hr labor. Got the call 8:10a Tuesday, he arrived 8:35 and was done by 9:30. The worker was polite, pleasant and professional. 30 day warranty, I expect no problems though as he power snaked the line pretty good for about 35 feet.

I just didn't need the service. With my work schedule, it was hard to coordinate a time.

This was the second time Ramon has been my serviceman and he is very personable, knowledgable, and professional. He arrived shortly after 9 am when I had been told to expect someone late morning so that earlier arrival time was most appreciated. He explained everything as he worked. He successfully cleared the blockage and the toilet works better than ever. The price was very fair. I told Ramon that I have a new definition for security: a functioning toilet! I have been very pleased with this company on both occasions and will definitely use their services again. In fact I had put their number in my cell phone.

After 5 years of working perfectly, I had one toilet that began to clog up frequently, and eventually the other 2 toilets would become clogged. Even when not clogged, none of the 3 toilets in my house sounded like they were completely flushing and sounded like something stopped them from completely emptying the bowl of all the water. For 2 years, every plumber I had come to my house kept telling me the clog cleared very easily, and there was nothing they could do to prevent the toilets from clogging. In fact, every plumber told me my problem was that I needed to buy new toilets because my 7 yr old Kohler toilets were just cheap toilets to begin with and what I really needed were the $650 Toto toilets they sold, because they were the only toilets that never clogged. When the Reddi Services guy came out to do the camera inspection, I watched as he showed me the sewer lines into my house were very clean and in great shape. He then ran the camera from my house out to the sewer line, which showed it was clogged. Since my pipes were clear, I was confused as to why they were so easily clogged. He explained to me why these problems were happening, and told me he knew how to fix the problem. He told me about this organic enzyme drain cleaner he had that would clear the drains of all the buildup that happened over time. He then poured small amounts of the drain cleaner into all my toilets, sinks, showers and tubs. He told me to let everything sit in the drains for about 1 hr and then turn on all the faucets and flush all the toilets at the same time. This drain cleaner was absolutely the solution to my problems! I've never seen anything like what happened to the toilets and all the other drains once I flushed out the drain cleaner. My toilets suddenly had a very powerful flush again and all the other drains emptied so much faster. I was able to buy the 1 gallon container from Reddi Services so I can regularly use it to keep the buildup from happening. Also, the Reddi Services plumbers that came that day were the only plumbers that did not try to sell me new toilets. In fact, they reassured me that my toilets were quite good, and there was no reason whatsoever to replace them.

Did everything expected, on time and at the estimated price.

We did a lot of research on plumbing providers, they were the least expensive. We started the process with another plumber that was always late or and pushing back the work day. Reddi Services came in completed the work for less than the original company and in one day. We now use them for all of our plumbing needs and would not consider going to another company!

I was concerned because I thought a neighbor had a problem with their main sewer line. I have lived here since the house was built and had never had my sewer line checked. I was able to view the video as the camera was pushed through my line and could see that it was clean. With my deal I also got have a line routed. Since the main line was good, I chose my kitchen sink line which was sluggish at times. It seems to drain better since it was routed.

At the completion of the flush, he wanted me to pay him, I told him this had already been prepaid, but he knew nothing about that so I had to look up in my iphone the receipt and show him. Once he saw the receipt he believed me, but he said he didn't know anything about that, so I probably would have had to pay twice, if I couldn't prove I had paid already. We made arrangements to have him come back and install a water heater, that we would select and pay for, because he told us if we just let him get one through his company it would cost more because of the mark up that they put on their appliances. We went to Home Depot bought our water heater and left it for him to pick up. We also asked him if he could select the water pipes for the top of the water heater, as my husband was not sure which to buy, and that we would reimburse him for that. He picked up the water heater, installed it and charged us the $400 installation charge. He also charged us an additional $116. I am not sure what that was for, as he did not write an explanation for that amount. When my husband called the Reddi Services office, they were unable to explain the charge, and had him call Dale. Dale told my husband the charge was for the pipes which he supplied from his company with a markup because he didn't want to buy them from Home Depot as he had agreed to do and supply us with a receipt for payment. I felt like Dale was not a very honest person, first of all for trying to charge me twice for the water heater flush and then for charging us for the mark up price on the water pipes and not providing a receipt instead of purchasing them at Home Depot as he had agreed to do. I am sorry a company's reputation and hard work is maligned by one of their unscrupulous service technicians.

Service technician was professional and thorough on explaining what needed to be done.

Two gentlemen performed the service. The first arrived on time and advised me that he could not find a major sewer clean out, so I had him clean the sink and tub sewer lines in both bathrooms. The second gentleman then showed up with a camera. He spotted what he thought was a sewer clean out that had been paved over by the cool deck when the pool was installed. It had a plastic cap, but it was tightly surrounded by cool deck, so we elected not to break it free. Instead he accessed the sewer from the roof top vent. All work was done within an hour.

The plumber came within the ETA which was 1-5 p.m. The access underneath the sink was limited due to garbage disposal and O2 tank and I was concerned about his ability to install all the various accessories. He said it would be "no problem" and apparently he encountered none. He had to take our O2 unit out to get at the base of the dish soap dispenser and then reinstall it, apparently correctly. Everything works fine and we love it. The leak is gone and he did not try to sell us anything additional, telling us the old faucet was the cause of our leak. I like this company and intend to use them again.

Reddi Services Inc. was fine. We spent just for the big deal purchase. The work that they did here was great. Their quotes were were kind of just outrageously high. It's double from what we actually paid for. Besides that, the service that they actually did was just fine. They were professional.

The work went great, they installed a new garbage disposal for me while they were performing the work. They were professional and punctual. The technician Pepe was extremely professional, easy to talk to, and he explained everything he was going to do and followed through.

Arrival was on time. The company honored the first hour reduced rate. He was unable to remove one valve so we agreed that I would install a new washer inside. He did remove and install one valve the backyard. It came off easily. I bought the valve from the company at a very hefty mark up .Work that we did should have easily been done in the agreed on time. I paid for more time because the worker was too verbal.

Plumber showed up on time, understood problem and replaced valve in very short time. Left no mess and was very courteous351

They were on time and did an excellent job. They were here for more than one hour, but I was happy to pay a little extra for the service. The charge was reasonable and I was really happy with the work.

The technician was very friendly and arrived as scheduled. I had an Angies List deal for a set amount of time for services. The time needed exceeded what it took to perform the installation, so I had to pay extra, but it was still less than the expected flat rate. I signed up for email and recieved $40 in gift cards for doing so. Quality of workmanship was great, so this did not bother me. I would use this service again.

We first purchased the $39 Water Flush and Complete Home Plumbing Inspection. We knew there was a problem with the shut off valves in our house so having the plumbing inspection was an important step for us to check out their service. During the inspection we were informed on what was being checked and what condition things were in. Being happy with the inspection ,we made an appointment to get all those valves replaced. The service was outstanding! Service Specialist, Pepe, was very honest and knowledgeable. The operators were friendly and kept us informed when they were running late. When arriving, Pepe apologized for being late. He was professional, did quality work, was very thorough, answered all our questions and concerns, cleaned up any mess that was made and all at a fair price. We highly recommend Reddi Services. We will use their services again.

This is the third time we've used Reddi Services. I can't say enough good things about this company. For emergency service they are the best! This time it was a Sunday repair for a clogged sewer system, with out of state house guests arriving within hours. Pepe arrived shortly after the confirmation phone call, got the job done, worked up the statement and was gone within an hour. No lingering and no effort to up sale any additional services.

It was good. They ended up not doing anything when they came out because there was nothing they could do.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They referred me to different professionals to get the thing fixed. There were quite a few visits and it all went well. They wrapped it all up pretty well. They had to pull one of the guys to deal with a plumbing emergency but it was finished fine. They were very good and didn't try to answer questions they didn't know. They were very professional about their answers and there was no baloney. They were not BSing me, which I appreciated. They were prompt and clean. The price was reasonable.

On Sunday evening, we noticed water pooling on our side yard. We turned off the water main to determine that it was supply line. I emailed Reddi late Sunday night and they called the house Monday morning, which is Memorial Day. They arrived within an hour of the phone call and gave a quote after exploratory dig. The final charge and the quote were very close ($20 difference). The entire process was pretty quick, less than 2 hours. Reddi has great customer service and responded quickly.
