Pepe very quickly assessed what needed to be done and set to work. The job was finished with great success in a very short time.

The installation went swimmingly and Pepe was very polite and personable.

We had a blocked residential sewer line on a Saturday. After no luck with a rented "sewer snake" I logged on to Angies List and found a coupon for "A" rated Reddi Services to rod and camera a sewer line during normal business hours. We could tolerate waiting until Monday as family members live very close by. Bought coupon and called Reddi Services on Sunday to get in scheduling queue. First positive surprise was that it wasn't an answering service but Reddi Services national customer service center in Kansas City. They arranged for the local service arm to call us first thing Monday morning. The local office did so and arranged for a service person to arrive within 45 minutes. That person, Jerald, was on-time and proceeded to rod the sewer line very effectively, explaining what he was doing, what he found, and what possible next steps might be pending the camera results (Jerald was unaware the order involved camera'ing and he did not have the necessary equipment so a second visit by someone with a camera was scheduled for later that day). Donald arrived Monday afternoon per the arranged time and camera'd the line pointing out to me the findings on the monitor. Both were very professional and efficient and did not unduly pressure me to have extra work performed. The schedulers and both Jerald and Donald were very cooperative in allowing me to include City Sewer Dept staff to witness the on-site work. NOTE: if you suspicion the problem might be in the sewer line beyond your property line and in the public right of way, involve your City sewer dept right away (we did starting Saturday) as they have a vested interest in witnessing the findings first hand to help them determine if they are going to have to tear up the street or if it is exclusively the homeowner's responsibility. Bottom line - I was very pleased with Reddi-Services and their staff performance sold me on their company's customer service philosophy. I will definitely call them again with future needs. BTW - Reddi Services also does business here in Phoenix area as Jan Ashford Plumbing, a company they bought out some years ago.

The gentlemen were terrific. They could not perform an inspection of my drain pipe as we could not locate the opening. Sometimes that happens when landscapers get creative! They suggested I contact my HOA as they might have the sewer plans from the original development - however, they did not. So they suggested I contact the City for the information. Reddi Services gave me a $25 gift card for a future service from them, which I will definitely use.

Don has worked for me in the past and does a superb job. He explains what he is doing, really into doing a good job, and he did a GREAT job. Highly recommend him.

I had a washing machine wall hose connection that would not shut off so I purchase a coupon from Angie's list for an hour of labor and no service call charge to get it replaced. I had a real good idea what the time would be along with parts, so using the Angie's List coupon saved me $$. I requested Chris Groth who has always been great and has always done quality work at our house. I highly recommend Chris Groth for all your plumbing needs. REDDI will send out the tech that can do your job but ask for Chris and you will be very happy with the job. I also think that you should purchase a Angie's list coupon if you have an idea on what time the job requires.

I had a water line extended along a wall and a hose connection added along with a line shut off valve. I used a Angie's list coupon to pay for the labor. I had a real good idea what the time would be so using the Angie's List coupon saved me $$. I requested Chris Groth who was very kind, a wonderful new plumber that took the time he needed to make sure that the job was perfect and exactly as I requested. Chris Groth is just out of the military and his 'attention to detail' with is clothes and job was superior. I highly recommend Chris Groth for all your plumbing needs. REDDI will send out the tech that can do your job but ask for Chris and you will be very happy with the job. They were on time, they took care of the damage that was made by my husband and it works fine; My husband was putting in a cabinet in the bathroom, when he put the screw and the nail in the wall, he centered the copper pipe in the middle of the wall and we had a water leak go over the place.

The plumber's initial (survey) visit was on time as scheduled. His telephone support group kept me posted on his progress and expected arrival time for the visit when he did the work. His work was done promptly and efficiently-- he definitely knew what he was doing. Overall, we were pleased with his job and the entire experience.

They were great but a little more expensive than I expected. While they were here I had them to check my disposal for me because they were cleaning my drains and my dishwasher didn't seem to be draining properly and he looked under it and said that the disposer is ready to rot out. He said if you want me to get one I will replace it for you so I ran out to the Home Depot. around the corner and purchased a new one and brought it back. He didn't change the top ring he just undid the existing one and put the new on in using the same part that's attached to the sink, didn't put the new part on, he put the old part on there and charged me almost $300 to replace it. Basically all he had to do was twist it on there and attach the plumbing to it so I thought that was a little expensive but other than that they did a great job.

They did a good job but I was disappointed because I paid them extra to clean out some junk in some drains because they were running slowly and 2 days after they left the drain had backed up again. So I haven't called them to come out again to fix it at a reduced rate from $79 per drain.

I called Friday 8/2/13 to have someone come out to replace my water treatment system and to look at my bathroom on the downstairs because it was extremely hot and I suspected that I have a busted hot water pipe below the slab. The plumber came out on Monday morning and put in the water treatment system, and explained to me the options for the ruptured pipe: jack hammering the slab, or cutting through the walls and the ceiling to run new water lines. He gave me a guestimate. I was afraid of a flood in the house so I wanted to get this taken care of as soon as possible. I called the office and asked how soon the plumber could come back. The man in the office "Ken" said that the plumber only had one job in the morning the next day, Tuesday, and that he could come out after that. I said, ok, make it for after lunch about 1pm. I called the plumber at 2 pm and asked when he would be out, he said that he was put on another job and that it would take the rest of the day, but he would be out on Wednesday morning. He did not show up again until the afternoon because the office had told him to go do another job. The plumber had a hard time finding where the manifolds were for the main hot water line and having to do a lot of cutting into sheet rock. He had to leave at 5pm, but he said that he would be at my house at 8 am. I called at 9 when the plumber was not here and I asked, when he would be coming out, and was told by the plumber that the office had pulled him off my job again and had him go to another job. That is when I got very upset and called the office again. That is when I found out that the office wasn't in my home town of Albuquerque but in Phoenix. I told the girl in the office that I wanted to speak to the owner, and she said that she would have customer service call me. Alfredo,customer service, called me back and he asked me what the problem was, and I told him the situation as I just stated. I also said that if I had known that the office was in Phoenix and not in Albuquerque, I would never have used this company. His response is we are planning on staying in Albuquerque. He also told me that this was not the first time that a situation like mine was brought to his attention. He did not apologize for the inconvenience, he he was not forthcoming that they did not have an office in Albuquerque and he did not seem to care that I was concerned that this was a legitimate business. I drove by the location that was written on the invoice, and it is a post office box in a UPS store. What upsets me even more, is that I thought I could trust Angie's List for honest reliable information. Angie's list pays millions of dollars on advertising on TV and radio, saying that the names they put on their list can be trusted and are reliable. ANGIE , you let me down. How can I trust what is listed now!

It didn't go too good but they did pretty good on responding and I probably won't use them again.

they did a good job, the tech called me and asked for my address after the office had said he was on his way. they got there within the time frame, but I thought they would have been ther sooner since the office called. after that the job proceeded without further delay.

Initially repairman estimated work at $415. It took right at one hour for the man to completely do all the work. I requested an hourly based fee rather than the estimate - the individual angle stop parts were expensive. Anyway, the hourly method knocked $100 off the price and I was then satisfied with the price. The work was done very well and I have great confidence in the workman. Other than price mess, I was very satisfied.

It took a couple of passes, but he stayed with it and got the job done.

The scheduler first set up an HVAC person to come out on Wednesday. Met him - he explained I would need a plumber (which is what I had asked for in the beginning). They set up appointment for next day - I called requesting first am appointment as family in from out of town and leaving early after on a plane. Met plumber at approx 8:45. He explained it was a 2 person job - waited till 10:30 for 2nd plumber. Once 2nd plumber arrived, the cleanout of the drain took approximately 30 minutes. The difficulty was the 2 story townhouse - one plumber had to get up on the roof to do the job. Plumber and helper both nice - just frustrated with cost and time involved. I will continue to look for a plumber that charges a fair price for the job at hand. With 5 rental properties, I seem to have plenty of plumbing issues.

We've had a smell from our master bath shower drain and were concerned about what the state of our pipes would be. The crew was extremely professional, and using a camera on a snake, videoed our main house drain line across the entire house. While they didn't find any major problems, we now have peace of mind that all is well. The service also included one drain clean-out, so the crew worked on the master bath shower drain. They were also able to educate us on the uniqueness of our particular home's plumbing and helped us understand how to prevent the smell in the future. They even emailed the video of what the snake found. It was fascinating.

They did a nice job. They cleaned up after themselves. They arrived promptly, and were very pleasant. Everything is working fine.

It's the second time we have used them. We called on a sunday, said they would be out within an hour, they were. unplugged the drain, it was regular charge.

Drained 50 gal electric water to remove sediment and calcium deposits from tank. turned on all valves and filled tank, (no leaks).

They were great and I would use them again. They were prompt, on time and they did great work.

I had an appointment on June 27 between 2 pm and 4 pm.I was home until 5 pm. No one showed. I called on July 1 and set up another appointment for July 10, between 2 pm and 4 pm. No one showed. I have not called them and they have not called me. MY time is valuable. I don't appreciate waiting for no shows.
