The tech was good and on time. Had some difficulty with setting the appointment. Had to e-mail once, no response so I called to scheduled.

One man came promptly; after checking out the situation he called a second man who came within half an hour. Because there were no outside cleaning ports, they had to hoist the very heavy duty power snake to the roof to access the sewer through the vent pipe. The two men worked very hard to get the thing on the roof. They then proceeded to clear the sewer and altogether took about three and a half to four hours. A third man then arrived with the videoscope and checked the sewer line all the way out to the main sewer line in the alley. He said the line was in good shape the entire length of the line and he wouldn't recommend replacing the 44 year old line. He showed me the video as he did the work. (He said he'd email me a copy of the video but didn't although that was no big deal to me) All of this for the $79 Angie's list price! This part of the process couldn't have been better. They also quoted a price to install the two way cleanout port. I thought that part of the work was a little high but I agreed and scheduled the work. One man showed up on time (one of the original two) and dug a trench about eight feet by two feet and perhaps five feet deep, by hand, in the hot sun. It was hard work but he stuck to it and was pleasant and professional about explaining what he was going to do. He was still digging after several hours and I had an appointment so couldn't stay to watch him finish the job but it was well done. The only negative about the whole process was that the cleanout ports, one directed at the house and the other directed at the alley portion of the sewer line were into my lawn about two feet and 3.5 to 4 feet from the house and projected up to the level of the ground or perhaps slightly above ground. The pipe was plastic and when the plastic plugs (about 6" in dia.) were installed they projected about an inch or slightly more above the ground. I have hybrid Bermuda summer lawn and poa trivialis winter lawn and cut both at one half inch so the plugs were above ground and lawn level and were both an eyesore and a trip hazard especially since they were on a direct line from my back patio to the back gate which I and my wife use at least daily. In addition, they presented a problem when mowing the grass. That problem could have easily been averted, during the installation, by simply making the pipe two or three inches shorter and burying the top of the plugs below a thin layer of soil, but I wasn't there to observe and suggest that correction at the time it was done so I was initially dissatisfied with that part of the installation. The plugs that projected above the surface of the ground and the lawn were thick plastic and had a 2 inch square by 1/2 inch high projection on top of the plugs, for wrench access for removal, and I thought I could reduce the height of the projection above ground if I could find a substitute plug with a recessed 2 in square by 1/2 deep for a different type of wrench but was unable to find one. Finally I found a much thinner brass plug that actually screwed into the surface pipe so deeply that the wrench projection was actually below the surface of the pipe itself. I then gradually raised the ground level in that portion of the lawn by a quarter of an inch so the top of the pipes were slightly below the surface. In retrospect, if I would have monitored the installation, that problem could have been averted during the installation. On the other hand, I shouldn't have to have been there supervising; all such installations should be installed at least a couple of inches below the ground surface so usual lawn maintenance could be done without incident and so no trip hazard was presented. Once I finally found the brass plugs and minimized the projection above ground to the height of the pipe itself the installation was acceptable, but I still would have liked to have it a few inches below ground. Those plugs are seldom used and their location could easily have been marked by a stake next to the foundation of the house so they could be found by removing a thin layer of soil. Overall, I thought the inspection and clearing of the sewer was outstanding, especially for the price. Where can you get two men for half a day and a third for an hour or so to video scope for $79? The price for the corrective work was a little high, but exactly what was quoted. The total price, if spread over the two parts of the job was fair and the workers were excellent and very punctual.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were pretty good. One plumber was pretty informative and stopped the other one from making a big mistake. The quality was okay.

It was good. They came out very quickly after I purchased the big deal. What I liked is they told me where I could go buy my water heater and then it was just hiring them to install it rather than buying it through their company. So I saved a lot of money that way.

We had a sewer clog that started on a Saturday afternoon and had someone come out from another company and he tried all Sunday afternoon to unclog it but he didn't have a long enough snake to reach the clog. We called Reddiservices on Sunday afternoon and they had someone that could come out that evening. It got late and we still had a toilet and running water we could use so we rescheduled it for Monday morning. At 1:00 in the morning the water softener began it's weekly cleaning, or whatever it does... and the water began pouring out of the powder room toilet... we were in 1" deep water and it was still coming. My husband turned off the water to the house and we began mopping up the mess. Reddiservices came first thing in the morning and Casey was wonderful, knowledgeable and well skilled at his profession. It took a larger and longer snake and some determination, to get this clog out and he did it! I would use them again without a doubt. Everyone we talked to was highly knowledgeable and helpful and willing to come out at 1:00 in the morning when I called over the leak. Both time we talked to their answering service, they called us back within the 15 min that they said they would. I can't say enough nice things about this company. We will use them for their other services as well, when needed.

I was having a plumbing emergency. Searched Angie's List for recommendations and decided to go with Reddi due to the large number of positive responses. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. The plumber who came to my house was Casey. Casey was knowledgeable, professional, absolutely fantastic, and fixed my problem. I thought the rate was reasonable and would absolutely use this company again in the future. A very positive experience!

Ramon was awesome! He came and took a look at my garbage disposal. He gave me an estimate on the service. He was very professional and gave me some great advice on other projects that I had trouble with. It was a great customer experience. I will be calling him again once I start my other projects for sure.

I was very happy with them. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no problems at all.

Called Reddi @ 11:30 on a Saturday requesting same day service as my kitchen sink was out of commission from a leak caused by incorrect placement of drain pipes by investors who flipped my house. the think held for 2 years, but.. Lisa in the office was friendly and helpful told me she would call to advise when the tech was on his way (a couple of hours she said) by 1:30 she was calling me to say he was on his way...by 2pm, Ramon arrived and used his knowledge and creativity to fix my issue. He was neat and friendly and got me fixed within 30 minutes. Reddi honored the Angie's list coupon without hesitation. I would use this vendor again. Everything they told me they would do, they did....good communication,, met all commitments...flawlessly

One request I had was that the plumber use silicone, as was the recommendation of the salesman at the box store. Of course the normal product used is plumbers putty and this was mentioned to me by the plumber. Apparently the silicone did not set quickly and the plumber used the plumbers putty before departing. So both products were used. I did notice that the silicone was spread around the faucet and the counter area it sits on. But the excess of it was not removed very well. Today I am still trying to scrape it away from areas it should not be on.

I had contacted another service provide on Monday, but they said they couldn't make it until Wednesday, and as the leak was getting worse, I decided to contact Reddi Service on Tuesday morning - they assured me they could make it out that day. Casey (the tech) was there that afternoon, and showed me where the water heater was leaking and why it needed to be replaced. He did not have the type of water heater on his van (didn't expect he would), but he offered to run back to the shop and get one to finish the job that evening. When all was completed I was very pleased with the work that was done, and the clean up that he did. The price was competitive with several other vendors I looked at on Angie's list. I would recommend Reddi Services without reservation.

I purchased the Last Chance: $79 for Sewer Rodding/Drain Cleaning with FREE Sewer Televising! from Reddi Services. When they arrived at the house, they determined they would be unable to scope the line because their equipment would not fit as the pipes were to small. They also did not want to perform the drain cleaning due to the age of the pipes and their equipment would have a good chance of doing damage. No work was completed, however, they did provide information on options and took the extra time to be sure all our questions were answered.

He was delayed at the client before me and I was called before my appointment and was offered to reschedule if I wished. I was told the tech would be 1 hour late but he was earlier than that. I really appreciste the fact that they called. Aloso I needed it done today and it happened. The Tech was poliet, clean and thourough!

Chris from Reddi Services did a great job for us with our commercial sink. All three drains were slow but 2 of the 3 had almost no drainage. Chris ended up needing to remove the P traps in order to be able to snake the drains and afterwards showed us what we needed to do to raise the level of the drain pipe in order to maximize drainage. Greatly appreciated the service and reasonable pricing.

Extremely professional, prompt and efficient.

The technician was punctual and professional. He explained the process and then completed the work. He left the area clean and he was courteous. I will use them again, when I have need of a plumber.

toilet in kids room was leaking at base. Gerald came over, found the issue (previous owner had put in tile but not raised the toilet and it had come loose) and fixed it. Also addressed another minor issue on another toilet. Good work

my toilet was leaking and i thouht i needed the wax ring replaced. Turns out the tank was really loose. He also showed me some things to help me in the future

We purchased an Angie's List coupon for $200 because I wanted the toilet and bathroom faucets replaced. I had no idea what the total cost would be but I figured it would pay for at least the majority of that. When Pepe came out to give an estimate I also pointed out some leakage under one of the sinks so that had to be added in to the cost. We also added the installation of a tub faucet which he explained would take going through the wall so the cost increased even more, but we wanted it all done at once so we agreed to the additional cost. I was not at all sure how to choose a toilet and had been looking on line so I had a lot of questions which he answered which in turn made actually shopping for a toilet much less random for me. He gave us the total cost up front and was available soon after that at our convenience. He was friendly and hard working, taking longer than we had expected, but it was clear he wanted the job to be done right and assured us in the end that if there were any problems or questions we should call him directly.

Once I bought the deal, I was contacted by the provider. We scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, I needed to reschedule. There was no problem. They rescheduled for me. The plumber arrived on time and did a great job. I will absolutely use this company again.

Plumber was reliable and courteous. He changed out part of the in tank/toilet parts and rechecked to ensure there was no leak, but there was one, so he totally had to take the tank off and replace all inward parts to fix the leak. Gave me good instruction about how to avoid future leaks and keep tank parts working for a long time. Hint: avoid bleach tabs or any chemical in toilet tank. He also checked out my water line hook up to the toilet. Very pleased with Reddi Services.

I missed an important appointment. They promised to arrive "before 4 p.m." By 4:30 p.m. I was annoyed. I called and was promised someoen "was on the way." After one more call they arrived - by 5:30 p.m. As a result I could not keep an important business-related appointment. I am really tired of service people who tie you up, but feel no obligation to arrive and complete the work within the scheduled time frame.

Turned up on time and got the job done, also gave me some good advice on looking after my system, they were supposed to send me an email with the video of the pipe inspection but I didn;t get it and i haven't chased for it, which this reminds me I should do !!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I’ve used him 4=5 times already. They were good. They’ve been great but I just can’t seem to get the final problem fixed. They’ve been really receptive to everything and they‘ve worked with us really but we just can’t seem to get over that final problem with our problem. They’ve been very accommodating. The first time they came, I got it as a Big Deal for $99, we thought the problem was fixed after the guy came out. They have a 30-day warranty and the problem happened again within a few days so they came out again. The 4th time they came, their equipment broke off inside of our pipe so then they had to charge me for a major plumbing repair, it was about $2,000, for them to come out and dig out about 7 feet deep into my backyard. Since then, we still had to get a camera out to find the problem because we still have slow sewage outbound from the house.

He arrived as promised in the AM (before 9) and was very professional, friendly and helpful. Great job. I'm keeping their card.
