This is the second time I have used Reddit Services the first for a plumbing problem and because of that experience I chose them for this. Dale arrived right on time. He went over the furnace systems explained what he was doing as he went and made two suggestions about filter replacement and a small improvement I could make in improving air intake. I should have had him walk me through programming my thermostat (I moved in here in August) but that's on me. He explained the companies combo package for AC and heating check ups but did not ask for a commitment just left the papers. No pressure.

Tried flushing the toilet in the morning, just to find it almost overflow. After 5-10 minutes of fruitless plunger work, I realized that this might be a larger issue. So I checked the other bathrooms, and all almost overflowed. Same with showers, bathtub, etc. Hopped on my friend Angie's list, and found Reddi to be top-rated. Gave them a call and said they'd be out in a few hours. Got a call back about 30 minutes later, saying someone would be at my house in 45 minutes. Jesse arrived 30 minutes later, and jumped on the issue. He identified that it was probably a sewer line clog. Also, he stated that if I had a sewer cleanout accessible, that it would be quick and easy. Since the previous owner either built an extension over the old clean-out, or one didn't exist, this wasn't an option. So the solution was to snake through the sewer vent line on the roof. 20-30 minutes of snake action later, the line was cleared and ready to go. He verified everything was flushing and behaving correctly, so he took my money and moved on to save someone else's day. Overall, great experience. Would definitely have these guys out again to help me with my plumbing issues.

Tech came to the house, same day service! Unfortunately he was unable to do irrigation work, and could really only tell me to shut off water to system for a week to see if it dries out. My fault probably for not knowing this company did not do irrigation inspection/work.

The very courteous and professional technician replaced and undercounter water filter, repaired two toilets, inspected a Jacuzzi, and fixed a garbage disposal.

several items of plumbing issues were checked; particularly water pressure was low and DALE C. was extremely thorough in his diagnostics! DALE C. was extremely professional and even repaired our toilet flushing problem, all within one hour! AWESOME service.

I had called at 8 am on the 13th. Within the hour I received a call from Dale saying that he had two other calls to respond to and that he would be here in about three hours. Sure enough, in about three hours he called asking for directions to our house as we are out in the country. I gave him directions and he came right over. Dale was quite a personable young man and very knowledgeable of the problem. He got right to work uncapping all of the drains and ran the snake down all the way to the septic tank clearing all of the blockages. The next time that I encounter any plumbing problems, I will call REDDI SERVICES immediately.

It worked out fine. We had a running toilet and he figured out what the problem was and fixed it really quickly. It was great! I appreciated that he was quick and efficient. He found the problem really easily. We were kicking ourselves a little bit that we couldn't figure out ourselves but he figured it out and fixed it. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. He came out within a couple of days after I purchased the deal.

They were really good. We had no complaints but nevertheless I think I would go with another plumbing and heating company the next time I have an issue. After the inspection, the water heater started leaking. They told us it would cost about $200 to fix that valve, which was stuck open. We were unhappy that we now had that added expense. The owner of the company came out and replaced the valve for free. He said because it hadn't been explained to us that that might happen if the inspection was fully carried out. They also gave us an explanation about the pressure on our water heater and that it could explode. We got really good information and I was very thankful to find out about a danger point in our hot water heater. They were wonderful.

I had an issue with my hot water heater leaking. It happened on a Sunday and I called a few companies to get estimates and discuss times to potentially have them come out the following day. Reddi was very impressive. After speaking to an receptionist, I received a call within 2 hours and they said they would send somebody to inspect the issue free of charge stating there was no additional charges for Sunday. I explained that I would like to talk to somebody first to get an idea of their costs and they explained that they don't give any of that information via phone. They were quick to show up and evaluate the issue. If you want fast and don't care about the pricing, they will be great. The pricing is the issue. They quoted me a price of 1600 for a 50 gallon hot water heater. That included 1000 for a 50 gallon water heater and 600 for the service. The other quotes I had received on the phone were between 600 to 700 for EVERYTHING (heater and installation) and for the top of the line water heater. So, if you want a ridiculous price, they are a great option.

First rate technician cleaned furnace and installed a new thermostat which is a big improvement over the last one and is working great.

Prompt, professional, and thorough. Did a great job, gave me advice on how to maintain better system drainage from my kitchen without having to tear everything out and start over (my system was evidently plumbed by unknowledgeable plumbers to begin with and is very slow, it tilts back towards my kitchen rather than away from it) . They ran a LONG snake through the system and unclogged everything with ease and got things running smoothly again. Would have them back again with no question.

It went great. They were very honest by telling me they would be unable to run the camera through my pipes. My pipes are 2" and they only have equipment for 3" or larger. The guy suggested that I ask for a partial refund from Angie's List. He was very professional and apologized for any inconvenience.

What's worse than a clogged kitchen drain backing up on Thanksgiving day?! I had thought the problem was our washing machine the day before as the laundry room had flooded while running a load of laundry. A repairman was called & scheduled to come out in 5 days, but when the kitchen sink backed up the next day & the laundry room flooded again without the washer even running, I called 1 of the higher rated plumbing/drain cleaning services listed on Angie's List. At 1st, the dispatcher quoted me a 2 hour window before a serviceman could arrive, but within 40 minutes or less, Chris arrived. It took him only about 10 minutes to discover the problem as well as where the clean-out drain was, & he immediately went to work. Altogether, the entire service call probably took 30-40 minutes by the time everything was running smoothly. Chris was as pleasant as could be, & we even got to use the 10% discount I printed from the Reddi Services page on Angie's List. Granted, the cost of the service was a little more because it was a holiday, but it was worth every penny to have this yucky problem easily solved in a short time on a major holiday.

Everything was very good - from responsiveness to price to effectiveness. I will absolutely be using them again if necessary in the future and can definitely recommend them without hesitation.

The "deal" was supposed to include a video of the drain pipe but the video equipment was "in another truck". A little disappointing but no biggy; they did a good job of clearing the drain at a reasonable price.

It turned out to be a septic rather than plumbing issue. They could not perform the service and did not charge for coming out which was appreciated.

Chase Gravatt was extremely responsive to my inquiries and emailed late into the evening with appointment info. Dale was out earlier than scheduled (good) and replaced our water heater quickly and neatly. He provided instruction on maintenance and was able to continue looking into another plumbing issue offering recommendations. The price for the water heater was fair, without all of the extras that we didn't want. I would not hesitate to use ReddiServices again.

Casey was very polite and personable. Asked me if I wanted to have the heater flushed because there was the possibility that it could stop working due to it's poor condition. The water that came out at first was almost white as it drained down the driveway. After checking the rest of the plumbing the tank had drained leaving a residue on the concrete and Casey rinsed the minerals off the driveway into the grass.

Reddi Services put the drain pipes together but did not make sure they were sealed. He put water in the sink and removed the bucket from under the sink. Consequently, water leaked all over the bottom of the vanity and the bathroom floor. I called to advise management and they did call my brother to apologize and offered to clean it up but that had already been done. Due to the price other estimated were obtained. A competitor could not clear the line so it was a zero price service call. RR cleared the line for less than $250.00.

Replaced water heater. Thought the price was a little high. They did a good job.

I gave Reddit a call over the weekend. The first call was on Saturday, 2nd November. They said they would come in the afternoon and they gave me a time slot. No one showed up . Someone called the next day and said they would send someone over positively on that day. No one turned up on Sunday either. It was very frustrating. We were waiting for them to come . We lost two days trying to get in touch with them. We could have used this time to get the work done or atleast got an estimate from another company. Finally they called on November 4th to find out if our needs had been addressed. I told them that I am not interested in working with them anymore.

From the moment I called Reddi Services I knew the service I was going to get would be excellent. From the scheduling with Lisa - for a Sunday I was surprised how nice, easy and accommodating this company was to help me out. Next the service specialist men (yes two of them came) showed up right on time and was so pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism exhibited. Pepe the senior person on the team took complete control and explained to me exactly what they would be doing. His level of care prompted me to ask if he was the owner of the company and said no that he was an employee. They fixed my issue in a matter of 20 min. I was concerned that it was a bigger problem but Pepe assured me that they had fixed the problem. I cannot rate them high enough and WILL use them again as well as refer them to anyone. It is just so nice to find a company that provides truly GREAT service that you can trust and rely on!
