My toilet was clogged and no amount of plunging or utilizing a straightened hanger or warm water etc would work. I looked through Angie's list and saw that they have hundreds of A ratings, and have a 24 hour service. I called the company around 7:45pm. The operator took my call and said someone would be out in 45min to an hour. Mickey showed up in 45min just as scheduled. He was professional, prompt, and friendly (even when being called in to deal with my toilet problem on a Friday night!). He explained everything he was going to do, and why. He asked me questions that related to the issue, and checked everything out. He did the job, made sure it was flushing as it should, cleaned up after himself, and was finished in no time. I will definitely be using this company again, and requesting Mickey!

We discovered water bubbling from the ground approximately 2 feet from the water meter. I called Reddi Services to get an estimate and they had someone out to my house within 4 hours. Gerald was very professional & informative, explaining what we need to do right away and what the various scenarios are once he uncovers the pipe. My house was built in 1993, so it was very likely a Blue Poly piping was used from the meter to the house. Blue Poly was used in many new houses built in the 80-mid 90s and was discontinued due to multiple issues, one of which was deterioration causing pinholes (my search on the internet pulled up a class action law suit from years ago). Gerald explained the service could be as little as $300+ for a basic repair, but if we have Blue Poly pipe and it has a hole in it, he would need to repipe from the meter to the house, costing more than $2,000. Unfortunately, he found Blue Poly piping after digging down to uncover the pipe. The good news was the Blue Poly was not deteriorated; the leak was at the connection of the Blue Poly to the copper piping coming out of the meter. Even though they no longer make the Blue Poly piping or connections, he was able to modify something he had in the truck and create a connection to repair the leak without repiping. My search for an honest, hardworking Plumber is over; I will definitely call Gerald for future plumbing needs.

It worked out fine. They finished within an hour of arriving. The technician who came out was good.

very impressed with knowledge of helping me treat a potential problem which could be a bigger problem in the future. No pressure to do more expense work. I would be use this company in the future, if I needed any type of plumbing work done.

They came in, he came on time and he's informative. He cleaned up after the job.

It went well. Donald showed us the camera as he was doing the inspection. He did not find any evidence of leakage, but did notice an excessive amount of sludge around the kitchen. He recommended we use a drain enzyme regularly to reduce the sludge. Unfortunately this did not address the reason for seeing a lot of water in the front, but did eliminate drain pipe leakage as a possible cause. He also said he would e-mail us the video he took, but never did. Overall we were happy with the service.

I had a misunderstanding with this company and, therefore, I am changing my review to an A for resolving the situation so quickly.

They did a good job. There was not a pump on the system and it would take a long time to get hot water. Now there is no wait, there's hot water instantly. The technician was very nice while he was here.

He told me the part was $168.00 and the labor was $125. After he left I had to order the handle from Moen and checked on the cost of the cartridge directly from Moen and the cost directly from them was $70.30. At that point I felt severely ripped off. What a huge mark up for a part. Before you agree to any services by them get online and check out the cost of parts directly from the manufacturer. You'll come out ahead and not get ripped off like I did.

I purchased a big deal coupon for $59 for plumbing service for one hour labor – sort midland I guess. I thinks it’s more than. I think it’s actually the first thing we ever did only kind of thing and the fellow they send out was a younger guy and he can determine the problem but he didn’t really complete or finish it so I had to do some additional stuff. He kinda figured it out the problem but he didn’t actually fix it all the way. I really don’t that’s why this things I wouldn’t say that I would ever use them again but it just in this case things just didn’t go quite well as we expected. They accept the big deal coupon and no additional charges.

Called this morning about a 2nd floor water leak and got a 1pm appointment for same day. Plumber arrived 15 minutes early and located the source of the leak promptly which I can repair myself. My wife said he was very professional and did not try any upsales or add extra expenses. This is the 2nd time I have used their service and will call them next time I have a leak!

The tech was on time and very helpful. I worked with Dale Carpenter. The work has held up fine so far. He had to come back the next day because he was missing parts. The faucets I had bought didn’t work out so I had to go out that night and get different faucet. He also took the time to explain to me why the faucets wouldn't work. They cleaned up after themselves so I thought that was nice.

It went great!!! Office called me for an appointment quickly.. Tech showed up EARLY.. Got his tools and went to work. Explained what he was doing, what he found and how he solved our problem..

They were professional. They showed up when they said they would. They did what we wanted them to do. Just one technician came out for us.

Service tech was helpful, explaining the reason for the increased cost of performing the service (ground level access to clean outs not available). Telephone conversation with the supervisor was professional and informative; he explained the Angie's List coupon offer in detail, and directed me back to Angie's List for a refund request.

I would say that they were a good company and reliable. They were punctual. I would use them again.

Very well. The plumber was helpful and knowledgable and I was able to watch the camera as it went around the pipes.

It went very well. They said my sewer line was very clean - no problems noted.

That went good. It was fine. There was no leak. I thought I had an issue and they just confirmed inside and outside that there were no issues. They have good customer service. I have used them before. I recognized the people that were there. They arrived pretty quickly and they were efficient in resolving the issue. I had not any issue since then. I didn't spend more than they big deal purchase. I would use them again in the future.

Good job, but it was very expensive. The part could not be more than $50, so felt like I paid $250 in labor. Very very expensive indeed, I felt I got ripped off.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out alright. We talked about the type of cleaning we need and it turned out they needed to go up on the roof to do it so it ended up being very expensive. It cost about $90 above the Big Deal price. My advice is to get the costs up front.

This is the second time I have used Reddit Services the first for a plumbing problem and because of that experience I chose them for this. Dale arrived right on time. He went over the furnace systems explained what he was doing as he went and made two suggestions about filter replacement and a small improvement I could make in improving air intake. I should have had him walk me through programming my thermostat (I moved in here in August) but that's on me. He explained the companies combo package for AC and heating check ups but did not ask for a commitment just left the papers. No pressure.

Tried flushing the toilet in the morning, just to find it almost overflow. After 5-10 minutes of fruitless plunger work, I realized that this might be a larger issue. So I checked the other bathrooms, and all almost overflowed. Same with showers, bathtub, etc. Hopped on my friend Angie's list, and found Reddi to be top-rated. Gave them a call and said they'd be out in a few hours. Got a call back about 30 minutes later, saying someone would be at my house in 45 minutes. Jesse arrived 30 minutes later, and jumped on the issue. He identified that it was probably a sewer line clog. Also, he stated that if I had a sewer cleanout accessible, that it would be quick and easy. Since the previous owner either built an extension over the old clean-out, or one didn't exist, this wasn't an option. So the solution was to snake through the sewer vent line on the roof. 20-30 minutes of snake action later, the line was cleared and ready to go. He verified everything was flushing and behaving correctly, so he took my money and moved on to save someone else's day. Overall, great experience. Would definitely have these guys out again to help me with my plumbing issues.
