I was very, very impressed. They came out on time. he never gave up on the problem; I told him I had a problem in the past, he did not leave until he resolved the problem. I never had a problem with it since. They're very professional and very good. They even actually sent me a twenty-five dollar percent discount if I needed service from them again. I would definitely recommend their services.

The company seemed qualified to help us but their price was higher so we went with another provider.

They did not tell me upfront that the work was going to cost an additional $116. I asked them about the charge and the technician explained it was company policy to charge for a minimum of one hour of labor for any additional work. I thought the Big Deal was a bargain but the additional cost was not a good value. I wish they would have been upfront so I could have avoided the additional fee. I was not pleased about that part of the service, but everything else was fine.

That was fine and it worked out well.

We selected Reddi Services because of their rating on Angie's List. Every bit well deserved. Great communication, on time, estimate provided up front, did the job quick and neat.

It went fine but I don't know if it is responsible for the failure of the dishwasher next to it at the same time. You are exhausting me with going over this. Please just accept that I will tell you if I ever get around to repairing the dishwasher. This review format does not allow the actual story to be completed but I have made it fit your requirements, so be happy.

I had had some water leakage under my kitchen cabinets and this had been repaired previously. Dale did an excellent job on both of these items. I don't remember the cost but it was reasonable. I don't remember the date for these repairs. Sorry....

I asked the provider if I should still have them come out and snake the line. He was honest and told me I had a year to use the coupon and recommended that I wait until I have slow drainage or another problem. I really appreciate the honesty and look forward to their services in the future.

They did a good job. Very professional.

It works well and gives me instant hot water in the morning when I turn on the water at the greatest distance from the hot water heater. I don't have to let the water run until it warms up. This is a great feature in our drought stricken state of New Mexico.

He knew what he was doing and got the job done efficiently.

The service provided was excellent.

After giving him the symptoms he went straight to the main access from the house and found the clog 5 feet away. Also gave good advice on relieving line pressure to stop further back up should it occur in the future.

That service was just fine. He checked all the service that I needed checked.

This was disappointing. I had used Reddi Services twice before and they were fine. This time was horrible. I called them on Monday 2/24/14 to say the faucet to my hot water on the washing machine was spewing water. They said they would be there within 2 hours. In the meantime, my husband came home from work and got the water turned off at the faucet. After 4 hours I called & said I could not wait any longer and could I make an appointment for the next day. I had the first appointment at 8am. On Tuesday, 2/24 Reddi Services called at 7:30am and said he was on the way. At 9:30 a tech showed up, with all kinds of excuses for the late arrival. He started having trouble right away and could not get the faucet off. After 7 hours and a 2 hour trip to Home Depot, and my water being off all day, another plumber had to come and finish the job. So, after 11 hours of being tied up and a very, very large hole being drilled into my drywall I did get the faucets replaced, charged $350 and I still have to find someone to fix my large drywall damage, which will cost me more money. A horrible experience - sorry I cannot recommend them anymore.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He fixed it real quick and I thought he was going to have to go through the wall. I thought it probably needed a bigger fix but it has been holding. They make their appointments out of Phoenix, which was weird. It was fine. I don't think I paid any extra. It was just a little tiny thing he fixed. I didn't think it would hold but it has held for a whole year.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. I called at 9:30am on a Saturday morning, they had a technician available between 1 and 3 that afternoon. When I mentioned “Angie’s List”, they told me about their special, which saved me money. They called at 11:30am and said the technician is on his way and should be there about 12:15. The technician arrived at 11:50am! The technician, Jacob, was superb. He cleared the drain and gave me suggestions on how to prevent this type of backup in the future.

The company was quick to respond, and gave an accurate estimate. but he didn't show up exactly when he said he would to do the work. he also seemed a bit rushed. but the work was done with no further problems.

Well, this is a first for me. I always have a good experience with companies that are "A" rated businesses---until now. I contacted Reddi services in January because I bought a home with 2 breaks in my sewer lines, allowing tree roots to grow and clog my main line. It is now so bad that I get frequent back-ups and need to repair the line. So, for the first appt., the technician cleaned the line and said that I have two bad spots, one under the driveway and another in the street. He said that another person will come out and camera the line and give me a proposal. He said it was possible that they could repair only the broken part, without digging up the whole line (including tearing up the driveway) for about half the cost of other companies. I was so happy to hear the good news. So, for the 2nd appt. someone came out, marked the bad spots and shot video of the line. (I wasn't home at the time) He sent me a video of the line and said he would send me a proposal. Well, that was in January, and I haven't heard anything since! I have repeatedly emailed and phoned the company---and heard NO RESPONSE--either from the technicians or the company itself. So, I guess I will have to start over. Not the way to run a business--very disappointed in the lack of communication. Well,

They did a really good job. He was out within a couple of weeks. He did what he was supposed to do. I would have them back if I had to have that done. The price was good.

They did a really good job. They were so clean and informative. They were really neat people. They didn't accept credit cards, but they allowed us to send them a check. They were very trustworthy.

Service person did not show up within appointment time window and when I called I got an excuse about a previous job taking longer than expected. That would have been OK except they didn't call and when I finally called the service person couldn't find my appointment on the schedule. By the time the service person arrived it was too late to do the work so he returned the next day but again wasn't on time. The disposal was installed OK but he seemed to have trouble with the faucet and said that he didn't have a part he needed in his truck. He left to go to a "hardware store" (we have both hardware stores and a plumbing supply store within 20 minutes of our house) but he didn't return for 3 hours and still couldn't get the job done that day. He returned and finished it the next day. He swept up the sheetrock debris with a broom but left some of it stuck to the floor, baseboard and wall. The first time I used the shower the screw that holds the faucet handle in place fell off and so did the handle. I spent the better part of 3 days staying home and waiting for this simple (probably 2 hr.) job to be completed. I called the manager in the middle of the job to complain about the service and he did send us a $25 gift card which was nice, but I would have preferred better service in the first place. The service person was very nice and apologetic and I have no way of knowing if it was his or the company's fault. In addition, the only reason for replacing the garbage disposal was a bad odor we couldn't eliminate and the service person said to replace the disposal. After 2 weeks the smell returned.
