My brother lives in an aging mobile home in Glendale AZ. I live in California and periodically make trips to help him to do maintenance, repair and de-cluttering. This trip we had a serious problem with the main toilet and I have no skills in that area. I then had the happy thought that Angie's List might be able to help. I used my brother's computer to look up Angie's website and added the Phoenix chapter to my California subscription and chose Reddi Services. I called an made an appointment and Casey George was able to come out and help us. He confirmed my worst fears...the toilet had to be replaced. The hardwater in Glendale AZ had nearly closed the waste pipe. He purchased the toilet, wax ring, volts, new supply line and even did what he could to stabilize the toilet in the flooring which wobbled. We have a 1 year guarantee on parts. I would definitely recommend this company and Casey George and will plan to use this company as we do future repair and maintenance on my brothers home. My brother is thrilled to have the "big problem" resolved and I am relieved I could count on Angie's List for a trustworthy and reliable repair service. I highly recommend this company especially to women who need plumbing work done. My experience is that this company is honest and reliable and the work can be counted on.

Pepe arrived on time, immediately got to work. He had to clear one drain and then clear the other to get rid of "a wig's worth of hair" which had accumulated over years. He did this in under half an hour and then cut the cost even more after the discount I had printed out. He told me about a plastic rod with prongs I could purchase at Home Depot to try to keep the hair from clogging. He was pleasant, punctual, helpful and professional. I'll definitely call Reddi Services again when I have a problem with either plumbing or air conditioning.

Disappointing. Prices were high given the service I received, plumber did not fix the problem I paid for him to fix, and company did not honor the time commitments for their service calls. I have used Reddi Services in the past and had a positive experience. The company is "Reddi Services" Family of Companies, so it can be one of many companies who could show up to do the work and I didn't realize this until this service call. In the past, a service person in a Reddi Services truck has been the one to do the work. This time, the service person was in a truck that said Jan Ashford Plumbing. A brief synopsis of my experience. I paid full price ($119) to have my kitchen drain cleaned. This consisted of the plumber going outside to my outdoor sink, taking the pipe from the indoor kitchen sink and running water through it for 2 minutes, then spending about 5 seconds taking a swipe with a brush at it. First of all, $119 for less than 3 minutes of work seemed ridiculous to me. I don't believe the pipe was thoroughly cleaned, and if it was, the charge should have been about $29 rather than $119 given the amount of work done. Also, I don't understand why the plumber chose to clean out the pipe in another sink. Putting gunk from one pipe down another. That doesn't make sense to me. I also had the plumber replace tank parts in two toilets that had been running constantly and hissing. Within 5 minutes of him leaving, I noticed the one toilet was still hissing. Very disappointing considering the plumber seemed in a big hurry to finish my job and leave. Perhaps if he would have just spent a couple of minutes checking his work, the toilet would have been fixed properly. I called the office immediately to report that the work was not done satisfactorily. I was told the plumber was on his way to another job and couldn't come back to my house that day, but they would schedule me for the first appointment of the following day with an arrival time of 8 - 9 a.m. At 9 a.m. I received a call from the office saying the plumber would be arriving at my house in the afternoon. The only reason I needed a second service call was because the plumber didn't fix the toilet properly on the first visit. It was disappointing to me that Reddi Services didn't choose to honor the appointment time I was given. Scheduling, or perhaps communication between the office and their contractors seems to be a HUGE problem because not only did the plumber no-show for the repeat service call the next morning, he also didn't honor the time commitment I was given for the first service call the day prior. I was told he would be arriving around lunch time, and they would call when he was on his way. I received a call at 9:30 a.m. saying he was at my house. I wasn't home because he was about 3 hours early. Typically, having a service person show up on time, or even early is a good thing, except when it's 3 hours earlier than you were expecting, and they don't have the courtesy to call first just to make sure you're home. I wasn't, and had to rush home from where I was to meet the plumber. A phone call to let me know he was running 3 hours early, and to ask if I could do the service call early, would have been appreciated.

Easy to schedule; punctual. Made repairs quickly, explaining what was needed and costs. No surprises. Trustworthy. Will definitely hire again.

Reddit arrived same day, 2 hours after I called in afternoon. They really helped me out schedule wise; I couldn't take more time off work on another day. Serviceman was very professional and had completed work in about 30 minutes. I couldn't ask for more from the company, they really helped me out and did an outstanding job! Would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing needs and would use them again if needed.

We had used two other plumbers who had unsuccessfully solved the problem. (One charged $1,200 which was refunded.) ReddiService quickly identified the problem, but did indicate if the odor remained, there might be a crack in the outlet pipe. We are monitoring the situation. Overall, we are satisfied with the work they have done to date.

When Pepe arrived, neatly dressed, we thought he was an executive of the company, he wasn't dressed as we expect someone going to work on a toilet would dress. He explained what he was doing as he tackled the problem with our two toilets that leaked around the base at the floor. Previously a repair, not done by this company, was done using the wrong seals, flange and shims. Pepe explained the difference and the reason for using of the proper parts. Pepe worked like a master craftsman. Among the many things he did that impressed us was that he laid down a drop cloth in the area he was working in to protect the floor and surroundings. I highly recommend this company and especially this employee.

It was ok. They were responsive and on time. They were flexible with my schedule. They cleaned up when they were finished.

They were able to come take a look at my running toilet the same day I called. Once the guy took a look at it he told me what was wrong (fill valve was shot) and was honest about the difference in cost between having him replace it compared to doing it myself even though he knew it meant I would do it myself. That's what I look for, honesty.

Because we had to turn off the water and there was a tenant in the house, we had to have a rapid response. We called them and they fit us into their schedule immediately. The process was quick, accurate, and reasonably priced.

he did a great job came in a couple of hours and and showed me where the P trap and basket strainer nuts were loose and over 4 weeks had leaked causing damage to the wood under the sink.

They didn't charge a trip charge and gave me a free estimate. They arrived at the appointed time, repaired my shower valve in a timely manner and provided me with information to get a replacement part from the manufacturer. I was satisfied with their service.

The man came, he was very good, he was professional, and he explained to me what he was doing. He had to do some special work on my system, and showed me how it work,and it would bring hot water to the bathroom. The last thing that he told me was that if I don't get water, I should keep the heater off, so I haven't used it until the water stabilizes. He put a water system which uses power to use it, and it keeps the water warm. I don't have any dislikes about them, they were responsive, and he was good, and he knew what he was doing. He explained it to me, and he was professional about it. I liked the big deal. There were no extra charges, and they came out within two days of me purchasing the big deal.

John, a lone plumber for this company based out of Phoenix and Albuquerque, responded the same day when we found the toilet flange broken on one side during a bathroom painting job. Although he couldn't repair the toilet that day, he reset it in the floor for temporary use. He returned the following afternoon, a couple of hours later than planned, but went right to work doing the proper repair. Once the toilet was reset in the floor, he caulked around it and checked that everyone worked properly. A few days later, the toilet moved again, he returned, apologized that it failed, and replaced the toilet flange with a higher quality item to make sure it wouldn't move again. Now, a few weeks later, we've noticed no more issues with the toilet.

2 guys that came out, Don and Ben, were excellent. Patient, thorough, and gave excellent advice. We had some roots in the line so they told us what they would recommend so we could handle, possibly, without additional professional help. Would certainly use them again - of course, having an Angie's List hot buy reduced the cost some as well, which helped.

The work with Reddi Services Inc went fine. The clean-up was very good.

Dale was right on time (after an adjustment was made for returning broken equipment to base). He was professional in demeanor. When I was asked where my cleanout was, I had to admit I didn't know!. The cleanout is evidently buried somewhere unbeknownst, so the tech went ahead and checked all the drains in the house and cleaned out a bathroom drain that had been running slow. He also put in a "gooseneck" in the garbage disposal drain to stop odors from coming up.

They had actually misdiagnosed it , but I got my money back. I had to call another plumber to see what the issue was, and it turned out they had misdiagnosed it. The other plumber fixed the issue. Reddi called to find out how the big deal had gone, and I told them what had happened, and they immediately refunded the big deal with no questions asked. I think they refunded more. I would use them again. Misdiagnosis happen, and they were very good about them.

Plumbing was running slowly, they were very prompt to schedule an appointment, it was at my tenant's home, they were timely & pleasant with him also. Turns out the clean out was on the roof, and it would have been a much more costly clean out so we declined, they were very polite and told us to contact the Service Manager, who also was polite & pleasant. We were told we could ask for a refund on our coupon and we are.

I wasted the better part of two days waiting for a drain cleaning service we had used before. I decided to stop waiting and search Angie's List for someone more reliable. I found Reddi Services and gave them a call. Just from the way they answered their phone I knew I had gone from plumb-dumb to professional plumber. I explained how I was waiting at my elderly father in law's twice now, for over four hours past the committed time frame, and really needed to get back to work. They routed someone to me within the hour, made the "he's on his way" call and the best part was the gentleman who showed up. Ramon was professional, exceptionally neat, courteous, and thorough. He didn't just clear the drain, he cleared the line. He cleaned up afterwards and left my father in law's kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. Does it get any better than this? No.

They came right away, he actually came out twice for us. He was very acommodating.

They called back the next day and said they would be able to service my area, but there would be a $15 travel charge, to which I agreed. I purchased the deal, and they sent me a message saying they would not be able to service my area.
