But we couldn't find it the drain pipe outside. They left and told me to get a refund from Angie's List. Strongly suggest that you find your own drain pipe if you desire this service. Not much time was spent (in my opinion) looking for it and my house plans did not show its location. To his credit who wants to take a chance of finding a snake in the brush instead of the pipe! The gentleman who came was very pleasant and I am sure they would have performed the service very well if they could have completed the job.

Our hot water heater went out and was leaking all over. We called Reddi Services due to all the positive reviews on Angie’s List. I should also mention this happened during the recent record-breaking rainstorms in the valley. An appointment was made promptly and before long Gerald S. was at our door. Anyone affected by the recent rains knows how difficult it was to get around so such fast response was a surprise to us. Several other providers listed on Angie’s List told us they weren’t making appointments due to the weather. Gerald diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything on his truck to complete the job. He also recommended a dry-wall person to fix the damage done by the leaking water heater. Before long a new American made water heater was installed and working perfectly. The entire job was cleaned up like he had never been there. Gerald made such an impression that we will be calling Reddi this spring when we plan on replacing our home AC units. We highly recommend them, especially Gerald.

On Sunday, 7 September 2014 one of the two AC units stopped running. So I went to Angie's List to research for 24/7 emergency air condition repair. I called Reddi Service, and they were out to my house within an hour. The technician, Frank did an evaluation of the situation, which took him less than 5 minutes. It turned out to be a bad capacitor. Frank replaced the bad capacitor in less than another 5 minutes. My house immediately started cooling off. Frank was so professional, honest, efficient, and very knowledgeable of his job. Thank you so very much.

I called ReddiServices at 8:30 a.m. and a plumber was at my home by 11:00 that morning. The plumber, Benjamin (Ben) Aguilar inspected the toilet and immediately identified the problem as a crack in the tank. He told me that repairs were not possible and I needed to either replace the tank or, due to the age of the toilet, replace both the tank and seat. I was not surprised at this outcome and had already done some research online. I asked if ReddiService could provide the new toilet as well as install it and he told me that they could but also advised it would be more economical if I purchased the model I wanted at a home appliance store and then had ReddiServices install it. I also asked him for brand and feature recommendations which he provided. I purchased the toilet I wanted and called ReddiService to make an appointment for installation. They asked when I wanted to schedule the appointment and when I said "as soon as possible" as long as there is no additional charge," they scheduled me for that very afternoon. Ben carried the unit in from my garage and installed it in less than one hour after he arrived. Ben was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I have used ReddiServices previously (stopped up sink - plumber was Casey George) and would definitely use this company again. There fees are reasonable and they provide a 10% senior discount. I was not charged for the morning's service call but only for the cost of the installation that afternoon.

Gerald is wonderful!! He seems to know everything about plumbing and completed this job quickly. It's also great that he gives out helpful tips. I had one suggestion - the invoice just had a total amount listed - I'd prefer to see a breakdown of parts and labor.

Gerald did a great job and was polite and helpful despite working in a hot garage. He showed up within 20 minutes of the time window they gave me and finished quickly and efficiently. We already purchased the water heater and he let us know exactly what parts he needed right away so we could pick them up while he started working. He finished in just a couple hours and even cleaned up all the water that had leaked in the area. Overall, Gerald did a great job. I would definately use them again.

I called them about the toilet in my master bedroom and they had someone able to come to my house that same day. I didn't request them to come out the same day, they just had the opening and didn't charge any extra for same-day scheduling. Pepe, the tech, was awesome. He was professional, had everything he needed for the job, and had it done very quickly. It was a great experience and would definitely use them again.

He came out and fixed the garage disposal in my sink. Just one plumber came out and he did the service in the 1 hour time limit.

Confirmed there were no problems with drain system. Both employees were professional and responsive to questions by homeowner.

They came within an hour of my call at 5pm without extra off hours charges. The drain was difficult to clear but they managed to clear it enough to provide a much better flow.

It improved the unit's function some but it is an old unit and the tenant is wanting it to run like it used to in its younger years. The technician has followed up on several occasions. Very pleased with his services.

The service man was at my door within one hour of my initial call. Extremely courteous: Introduced himself and listened as I described my dilemna. He went to work immediately and in less than one hour the work was finished and the area clean and back in order. WOW!! What service! I can honestly say that I cannot remember ever having such great service as this.

Employees were curtious. Said they would be there at X time, but arrived early. Was a problem as this was a second home and I needed a lead time to get there. Had to wait for camera guy to arrive an hour or so later after the snake guy. Weird,but whatever. I would probably use them again. They actually sent me the video of the camera scope unlike others who refuse to.

There were no troubles with scheduling .The deal was a bit different than I had expected. I had thought they were going to work on the internal drains and instead they worked on the main pipe for the home. They completed the job in about an hour and everything was fine. I thought they did a good job.

Excellent. They arrived on time. Did the job to my satisfaction, and the price was good.

It went quite well. Gerald got to my house on time at about 2:15pm. He determined that the main drain was clogged. Harold used chemicals and a snake to unclog the main drain. Harold was very friendly and he knew what he was doing. He had the main drain unclogged and was on his way by about 3pm. The main drain has worked perfectly after Gerald fixed it. I was not happy at all. They were supposed to clean out and he got here and said that is the wrong kind of clean out. He came and cleaned out and nothing changed. He said we were using baby wipes which we have never used. He said we were pouring grease in the sink which we never have. He did not find the problem and nothing changed. We paid extra than the deal. What they said in the advertisement is not what he did.

The drain for the washing machine was backed up. We got a great deal! Without the Angie’s List deal, it would have cost us about $200 extra! He got it unplugged and drained it. It showed me what the problem was and told me he could fix it but it would cost a lot of money, so instead he explained to me how to fix it! It cost me less than $10 to do it myself. I did exactly what he told me and it works perfectly now! We were real happy with them!

The service went well. I had them replace a hose bib outside and a cartridge on a shower handle. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and did a nice job. He was able to complete the service within the 1 hour time frame. I had no issues scheduling and they showed up on time.

Form the start, it was a great experience, The person I spoke with on the phone was delightful each time I spoke to them. Very professional and friendly. Arrived on time. Was neat and courteous. Had the new disposal on the truck and it was higher quality than the one I had in there. Tried to unfreeze the old one before installing the new one. ! Will recommend!

As I recall, the representative arrived on time, worked quickly and removed the clog, and I had no problem afterward.

I had purchased a deal based on time not a specific task so while we waited for the HW to drain he worked on my mini list. Always on time, always friendly.
