Arrived on time. Very nice. Very knowledgeable. He also explained a couple of other things I had questions about regarding the toilet and shower and explained what I should watch for if I think the whole system needs to be flushed. Arrived with a truck that had a complete inventory of what he may need even though the job was small. They work all hours but don't charge extra for evening appointments.

Gerald was able to come out the same day we called for an appointment. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly get the job done and explain what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Gerald rocks!!!

originally called the night before, but they were a little backed up with other jobs. we rescheduled for the next morning and came fairly early. Ben did a great job in quickly finding the problem and repairing the pipe. Cleaned up after and very friendly. Would definitely use their service again, They did not do the dry wall repair but had someone they could refer to fix the hole.

Both experiences with Pepe have been great. He's prompt, professional, educative, and thorough. I'd have him do other work for us in a heart beat. The only sub A commentary about Reddi Services I would give is that yesterday I called to have someone come out for an estimate and I never got a call back to schedule it after talking to dispatch. My husband recalled them today and we were able to get someone out. I haven't had this problem in the past, and hopefully won't encounter it in the future. Otherwise, great experiences so far with Reddi Services.

I called Reddi Services because of a shower back up and water came up in another bathroom in the house.Everyone I spoke to was very professional and within 2 hours a rep was onsight. This wait time was acceptable to me. I explained to the rep that my husband is not well and why I called. He was very courteous respectful and efficient. After he fixed the initial problem I asked a couple of questions regarding other drains in the home. He was able to fix all of the issues in one visit.He had a great deal of knowledge of the neighborhood and age of the homes here. He gave me some good tips on future home improvement I would like to do. I will definitely call this company again.

They are a great company. I have used them before, all the employees and management are great!

We have been happy customers of Reddi Services for about a year now. We just moved into our house, which is what one would call a "fixer upper" . We called Reddi Services due to the high ratings we saw online, and we have been pleased with everything they have done for us. The can always get someone to us relatively quick. We have called them for everything from replacing toilets to fixing slab leaks. They are thorough and reasonably priced and we have gotten to know some of them well (Frank for AC, Ramon for dealing with our bathroom plumbing, Rob and Ron for slab leak repair and hot water installation). This is a great company that clearly takes pride in their work and cares for their customers. I don't ever feel that they are pushing me to make unnecessary decisions that can lead to extra expense primarily for their benefit. In everything we have had done EACH one of them has taken the time to explain what has happened and the various options to fix the problem for which they have been called. Usually, it has been a straightforward solution, but there have been times, that the easiest way to fix something wasn't necessarily the best way and they always explain in detail why. But always, the decision has been left to us as to how to proceed- no pressure. Not too long ago, I saw a great deal on Angie's List for another company, which I couldn't resist. At the end, I regretted contacting them because the person that came out spent most of his time trying aggressively to get me to have something else done. It was all about the upselling. I could not wait for him to leave because not only did he waste my time, I felt he was trying to make me feel bad about our new house due to all the work it might need (awful). Since then, I have stayed only with Reddi Services, and I don't foresee changing to another company as I like doing business with them. They are hardworking ,honest people and I highly recommend them for any plumbing/AC issue someone might have.

Everyone was very nice. I had confidence they could handle my problem easily. But..... my ex-husband insisted on making the repairs himself..... I'm sorry for any extra work this caused you.

Frank Mata arrive early on the set date and call prior to arrival. He was most efficient checking out the climate controlling devices and areview of the plumbing in the house. It all was done promptly and most efficiently . He was most pleasant and courteous.

They showed up on time. They left the job clean. They kept me informed. They didn't try to upsell me. In fact they were honest about what I needed to do and how I could keep the job cost down. CHris and Frank did an amazing job. They were polite, friendly, and seemed to know what they were doing as everything is still working fine.

.i spoke to "Ken" in the AM re: our leaky patioi faucet: "no rush". He said he'd call after 3:30M re: a technician in our area's availability. It's now 7:24PM, and we haven't received a call back. Very poor service. We're looking at other options

Pepe showed up at the door 20 minutes after I called Reddi Services. He ran a snake 60 feet down the sewer line and had the blockage gone in less than 10 minutes. Great work! Thank you.

Gerald was very prompt, efficient, and respectful as he came out to address my urgent situation. He fixed the problem within an hour, charged the rate that I was quoted on the phone, and didn't try to up-sell me on a bunch of other services. Gerald also took the time to describe the problem and give me tips for preventing future issues. I would definitely trust Reddi Services to come out for future service and I would recommend them to friends. I greatly appreciate how they were able to address my emergency within hours.

I had an immediate need for help - a bad A/C system problem (the furnace) and a hot day. I called Reddi Services at the opening of the business day and requested help as soon as possible. And at the risk of being greedy, I asked for my favorite technician Tony Mata (he has been to our house before). To my surprise Tony was available in the late afternoon that same day. He actually showed up 30 minutes before the time window that the dispatcher had given me after calling ahead. Tony is friendly, informative and very competent. He was able to handle the problem and have our home cooling down before he left. I asked Tony if this was the right time of the year to do a preventative maintenance check on both our furnace systems. He said yes. Even though it was nearing the end of his work day, Tony gladly spent the time necessary to test both systems, replace worn tape, looking for bad wiring, etc. So I got my emergency fixed and my annual inspection done at the same time!

While there were some delays in arrival due to unexpected problems with other customers, but the Reddi dispatcher did inform us of the delay and provided an adjusted arrival time. Our technician Pepe was efficient, professional and helpful in identifying the problem. He listened well to our description of the problem and once the main drain entrance was found, he proceeded quickly with getting the drain unclogged. He explained what the source of the problem was and provided a resolution both short term and long term along with what services Reddi had to assist with the long term solution. Overall, it was a good experience given our issue.

Previous plumber who installed the original spout had not installed it correctly and had screwed it on too tightly and it was very difficult to remove. Dale from Reddi Services was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and completed the work within the 2 hour allotted time I had purchased on a big deal special offered for $99. I was charged for the extra parts he needed to install (I already had a replacement spout). Dale was courteous and very competent and I would definitely use this company again, and in fact I'm going to do that soon and will request Dale do the work.

My wife was smiling ear to ear after Pepe finished the job. That says it all!

Ben from Reddi services came out and same day as main sewer line was clogged. He was very polite and told me upfront the cost and what all he was going to do. After diagnosing the problem, brought me out to show me what the clog was and suggestions on what to do at that point. Problem was fixed very quickly. Was very satisfied with the service.

Reddi Services was very prompt and professional. Easily helped diagnose a septic tank issue and promptly dispatched another service van to assist in resolving the issue. Ricky Parks was very knowledgeable and spent extra time in explaining my septic system to me. Would highly recommend Reddi and will certainly use them again.

The experience was interesting. That didn't fix it and the foreman said for that price that was all he could do. He said it might be from the washing machine and if I had $150 cash, he might be able to do that right then. I ended up doing that because I was in a big hurry. I am kind of ambivalent but they actually did get it to work after about an hour to 1 1/2 hours. I thought it was a lot. They were very quick to respond. I think I would give me one more chance in the future but I would be a little more upfront about it.

We had a smell coming from the master shower drain after purchasing a 20 year old home. Luckily ,no issue except having to pour some zepp down there to clean out all the filth. Also found out that there was no cap on the main drain line and no P-trap off the main shower. The main line outside had no cap it was covered over with dirt !!! They gave me one at no charge. Cool thing is they will send you the video they shoot of your lines. I would highly recommend to all homeowners out there when buying a home to have this done. Save your $600 Plus on a home inspection and use Angie's list to bring out separate inspectors for roofing, plumbing, electric etc. It will give you better piece of mind and probably save you a few dollars.

Bob inspected the drain and asked for us to run several faucets and flush toilets while he observed how the drian behaved. he told us that by removing the garden hose we had put in it to drain some water from our pool had caused the problem. He told us to use the other drain in the pit and even loosened the stuck cap for us. He told us we were all set and no further action was required. He had everything taken care of in 20 minutes.
