THANKSGIVING MORNING , OUR COMPANY TAKING SHOWER NOTICES WATER COMING UP THRU DRAIN..TOILETS STOPPED UP..AND ME STARTING TO PANIC WITH MORE COMPANY COMING FOR DINNER. CALLED THIS WONDERFUL COMPANY AND SPOKE WITH POLITE GENTLEMAN WHO SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK WITH AN ETA SHORTLY. TWO VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL PLUMBERS SHOWED UP WITHIN 1 1/2 HRS. AND QUICKLY RESOLVED OUR PROBLEM .I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE , ALSO CONSIDER THE PRICE VERY RESONABLE. ALL THIS ON THANKSGIVING. MANY THANKS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Reddi was great to deal with, with the cost lower than expected. Pepe did the work that needed to be done, had me put off another task rather than adding an unnecessary change. He took time to explain things and provide advice on maintenance and to save money. Well pleased and plan to hire them again in the future.

We had had two service people out to solve leaks under our bathroom sink. We were told to purchase a couple of small parts at Home Depot and then call Reddi Services back to install them. Ben Aguilar answered our next call, but when he came out, he found a vital gasket that came with one of the new parts too large for the space where it was needed. The house is old and the original size gasket under the sink was apparently obsolete. Instead of running our bill up by starting from scratch, Ben set to work remodeling a gasket he had on his truck to fit into the needed space. We were impressed with his determination to get the job done before he left and his creativity in solving the problem. All the while he was personable and professional, and we greatly appreciate his attitude and ability to solve the problem speedily without any further complication. Ben had also installed a new water pressure reducing valve outside the house on 8/13/14. He worked quickly and pleasantly and explained what he was doing so that we understood it. We are grateful.

The gentlemen who performed the work was very professional. Everything was done well. However, I was overcharged. The work took less than 30 minutes (more like 15 minutes) and the price of the two faucets (actually one faucet and the internal parts of another) was less than $20 yet I was charged $200+. After looking around, I found I could have had the work done for considerably less.

Actually, it was little needed compared to what I thought was wrong. It was simple and he could have done more and charged me more but he didn't.

the the I called up Reddi Services in the morning from my office and scheduled an appointment at 5.00 pm the same day to fix a garbage disposal that was leaking. Gerald showed up at 6.30 or so and offered to unblock the line for $ 80.00. However on closer inspection the disposal was found to have rusted off. So he offered to install a new disposal for $ 187.50, less a $ 25 coupon from Reddi Services. The whole job was completed to my satisfaction in less than an hour.

Starting with my initial call I was greeted professionally. they were able to schedule the service within 24 hours, on a Saturday, with no extra weekend charge. They gave me a specific 2 hour window. Due to other scheduling they were able to come about 2 hours earlier thatn scheduled, but they called first to verify that I wold be available, very professional. Gerald, my service tech was knowledgable, friendly and effeicient. He was concerned that he did not have the parts necessary but after calling his supplier he found what he needed, unfortunately it was in Mesa and I live in North Scottsdale. Gerald said he cold drive down and get the part and return to fix the faucet, which he did. He had the problems fixed in fairly quick order with very little fuss or muss. Overall it was an outstanding experience and I will definitely use Reddi Services again and request Gerald.

Gerald was fantastic. He replaced the broken hot water valve and also replaced the cold water as it was very old. Also reattached a broken leg on my washer that he didn't need to do--above and beyond!! He answered all the questions I asked about other items in the condo as we will need to do some more work in the future. I would recommend this company and Gerald to anyone with water problems.

Gerald S. was very helpful with suggestions about the septic smell I get when it irrigates. He checked the toilet and found a loose seal. He repaired that and made other suggestions on what to do before irrigation to minimize chances of odor.

The guy that came to do the work, didn't seem that he didn't want to be there. Were very rude and unprofessional because he had to do extra work. He set up and then refused to do the work. I would not recommend them for services.

I am extremely grateful that Reddi Services put us on their schedule when they already had a full day, as Ramon did arrive after their normal business hours. He was knowledgeable and very Professional and extremely courteous. I am so happy that we found this service company on Angie's List and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing problems. This company is a keeper for sure!

I called around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday and spoke with a dispatcher who was knowledgeable on pricing and technician availability. I was given a price estimate to clear a stubborn kitchen sink clog and told the technician was on a service call but would be available afterwards. Two hours later I called to follow up and was told the technician would be arriving within the hour. About 45 mins later I received a call stating the tech was on the way, and the tech arrived around 15 minutes later. Overall for a Sunday, not bad. The tech got the snake line, took apart the drain and started to try and clear the line. It ultimately took several attempts to reach and clear the blockage, which was somewhere between 25' and 50' from the sink. The tech did an excellent job keeping everything clean and putting everything back the way it was afterwards. Very friendly and courteous. Great service. Price paid was exactly as originally quoted on the phone.

Saturday afternoon (of course) I found our back area of our house flooded. The hot water heater which was 14 years old. I called Reddi and the responded within a couple of hours as promised. When the got to the house they went right away to the water heater to find my problem with was a large crack in the tank. They empty the tank and I have them check my other water heater which was 13 years old to the date. I decided to have both replace. They return on time as promised on Sunday and replaced both tanks. Pepe and Frank were very professional and the installation was very neat and cleanup was unbelievable. The price was a little expensive but you have to understand it was on an weekend and the installation was very difficult due to the space available. They also took the old tanks to dispose of. I recommend this company very highly.

I called this company based on the reviews on Angie's list. They are probably the most responsive and polite service people I have met in years. Donald Matta was extraordinarily helpful in running a camera down the pipe on both Monday and Tuesday before verifying that there was a break in the line. Ben Aguilar was successful in clearing the line on Tuesday so that Donald could finally run the camera to where we could see the break. They spent a considerable amount of time with me in attempting to fix this situation. Donald even called the city to see if they could help with the repair. I have to say that I am extremely impressed with this company. They have provided me with a very reasonable estimate for the repair. The city will not accept responsibility so I will need to fund this myself. I will be calling them as soon as I am able to do so. As a side note, I am planning on replacing my heating and ac system next year before I retire. Since this company also does this type of work, I now know who to call for that job. I am thrilled to have finally found a company of this caliber and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Based on a previous positive experience with Reddi Services, I called them this past Saturday evening and asked to have someone come out the next morning to unclog two drains – I was told someone would be out, though I wondered if that would be possible on such short notice. Sure enough, the next morning I received a call saying Bob McKean was available to take care of the drains and would be by shortly. The thing that especially impressed me about Bob was his knowledge of how the drains were tied together when my house was built, and the challenge that design presents in removing clogs. I have lived in my house for 44 years, and during that time, I’ve tried several plumbing companies and quite a few plumbers, yet throughout the years only one other plumber (besides Bob) was aware of the way the drains were setup – Bob had no problem unclogging either drain. If you have a problem with a drain (or more) needing to be cleared, call Reddi Services. Oh, and ask for Bob McKean; he has 30 years of background experience to draw on, is friendly, and fast.

We had noticed an odor coming out of several of our drains so we used a coupon for Reddi Services. They come out quickly and showed us a video of our main sewer lines which had some buildup in them but no blockages or roots. The one slow drain in the master bathroom was also snaked and has been running great every since. They recommended some enzyme to tackle the build up. We used it most of the drains and the odor is gone.

llBenjamin Aguilar was the technician Reddi Services sent to evaluate my old water heater that had stopped working. It was obvious that it needed to be replaced and Ben suggested that I purchase one from an appliance store and simply have Reddi Services install it. He advised me on what to look for, e.g., different brands, size, etc. I purchased the new water heater that afternoon and Ben returned the following morning to install it. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Ben had previously installed a new toilet in my master bathroom and I had full confidence in his advise and abilities. Ben is extremely professional and trustworthy. Reddi Services provides a 10% senior discount and every time you use them a $25.00 gift card for future services is also given. I was able to take advantage of both discounts and thus lowered the already reasonable installation fee by $50.00. There was no service charge for the original visit. I will definitely use ReddiServices again and will request Ben whenever he is available.

My wife has been begging me to get the drain for the washing machine cleared/fixed for some time now :0 I decided to call Reddi Services at 1:00 in the afternoon and asked for an appointment (that day would be awesome if they could) and Pepe was at the house just an hour or so later. I also mentioned we were losing water pressure in the master shower. 2 hours later (that included him running out to find a part for the master shower) He was done and both were fixed. Was very polite, professional and more importantly made my wife and I feel at ease. Cleaned up everything he dirtied. I will certainly use them in the future and ask for Pepe by name.
