I called the company 3 times. First time, the person who answered the phone said that someone on call for septic will return me a call. 10 days passed by and no one called. Second phone call, they said that someone will call me back to set the appointment. This time they called me back to set the time and date, but no one showed up and no one called about being late or not being able to make it to the appointment. So 3 hours after the appointment time, I called the office to see what happened. They said that they called my husband that they were going to be late and he said OK to come later. It turned out that my husband did not received any phone calls from Reddi office. I do not who they called, but it was not us. At this point I asked to reschedule for the following day because I had to go to work. The technician who showed up was punctual, friendly and was very professional. I am happy about the service done, but hope they work on communication better at the office next time

Gerald came out on a holiday weekend and worked tirelessly to make sure everything could be done to make a weekend with family in town less stressful. He did excellent work. We never felt as if we being misled. He was honest and made sure we understood what was going on. Gerald was so friendly and approachable that it made a bad situation much easier. Because of Gerald I will 100% being using reddit services again.

Wonderful! The technician was very thorough. I feared the pump was not able to handle the current increase of use but that was not the problem and a replacement was not necessary. Yahooooo.

The dispatcher offered an after work time at no extra cost so that I would not have to wait for a day off with a steady leak. She called when Marco was on his way. He was efficient without rushing. This repair had been done a little under a year ago by a different company and did not hold. Marco replaced the cartridge (which was obviously NOT a new cartridge which was paid for with the other company). He cleaned up some of the over caulking from past repair and fixed the leak. He was friendly and professional and I will definitely make this company the plumber I call from now on. The cost included to cost of the Moen cartridge he had to replace.

Even though Reddi was in a high call volume situation, they got a master plumber, Gerald, to our house right away. He diagnosed the problem quickly, got a new pump and installed it in record time. There was no collateral damage and no residual mess which was a miracle since

Gerald did a great job. He removed the old unit and installed the new unit. Tested it, insured proper electrical connections and no leakes. Job was done in under an hour and no meesy cleanup. Very professional.

It went very well. They came when they said they would and we didn't have to wait long at all. The plumber was very nice and job didn't take too long.

Gerald Schulz repaired the leak perfectly. He explained the problem and the repair looks great. He explained a few other concerns we had and was very patient with us.

Chris Groth came and laid down a heavy drop cloth and used an electric snake to clean the line. He then ran water till he was satisfied that the line was completely clear. He cleaned everything up when he was done. I will use Chris and Reddi Services again!

Their specialist, Frank M., got here very quickly and had a new heater installed. He was very professional and explained everything.

At first, I called Parker & Sons, and they took 5 minutes to try and snake the inside pipe before telling me they needed to take out my wall and replace the pipe for $1200. I knew this was wrong as the pipe itself was clearing water just fine, it was the pipe headed below ground on the outside of the house that was the problem. I had accessed the cleaning line and saw that myself while running water. I sent them packing and came on angie's list to find help and I'm glad I did. Reddi services came out the same day I called and quoted $120 to snake out the lines. Within 2 minutes of looking at the issue, Jorge Preito-Moran agreed with my assessment and set to work. 10 minutes later, we have running water with no backups or clogs again! He even gave us advice on how to avoid the issue in the future and how to repair the damage done by the previous company when they took apart the pipes in the sink (broke the seal on the bottom of the sink and now it leaks). I would definitely recommend Reddi Services and Jorge to anyone!

Very well. Pepe was very informative and explained things very clearly because we bought the wrong replacement products. He was very fast and thorough.

My AC would click on, but not blow air. I called the company who I have used for other services since I thought I could trust them. When the tech got to my house I explained and showed him the issue. He came down from the roof and told me my coil was leaking and AC was low on Freon. I had no reason not to trust him, since that is his job. He proceeded to replace the coil which was under warranty, but charged me for labor and Freon. This total came to $1245.00. I gave them my CC for the charges thinking that was the problem. The tech left and I left to run errands. when I came back home the AC was inop again. The exact same problem was going on, AC was on, but no air was blowing. I immediately called the company and got their answering service, but they did contact Reddi Services who called me back. They sent out another Tech to look at the unit. I explained the situation and the poor guy climbed up on the roof during a storm. He was up there and the AC kicked back on. Once he came down I asked what the problem was and he said " all that was wrong was a loose wire ( spade connector) and he just had to reconnect them and the unit was fixed. I feel the initial tech did not do a thorough job exploring the problem and went for the fix that would pay him the most money. As you might imagine, my thoughts based off his answer and demeanor lead me to believe this was all that was wrong from the start. I have contacted the company and they deny that was all the problem was, but have offered to give me a $250.00 credit. As someone who deals with customers daily it is apparent they know they are wrong, but are not willing to make it right. I have spoken with Roger and he has me their final decision. I have asked to have the owner Chase call me, but Roger says the offers are coming from Chase and he will not be calling me.

All went well and both issues were fixed. I am really happy with the results. Jorge, the serviceman, did a fantastic job.
