I called up Reddi Services to address 2 main concerns: 1) Addressing what was relayed to me by 1 plumber, an RO specialist, and an outdoor water mister installer, namely that it appeared that only my heated water was softened. 2) Addressing my concern that I wanted the water supply to my pool to come from the main water supply line before it reached the house (so that I could turn water off to house when going on vacation and not have the pool level drop!) First off, I should say that I called the receptionist to schedule an appointment who stated she would have a dispatcher call me right away to schedule a specific time. I missed the first call, and when I called back was told that a technician was just minutes away. Sure enough, within half an hour of making the appointment my doorbell had already rang. Quite convenient! I am so happy I called this company up because I actually got real answers. I learned that softened water is not meant to be directed to kitchen and certain other areas. (Why did other plumber, RO specialist, and water mister expert say otherwise ??) It was good to hear that my house plumbing was correct and didn't need any modifications. I also learned that houses out here tend to have one water line running off the pre-house water intake being diverted to irrigation (or pool) and another line running off hose bib on the other end of the house (that unfortunately just comes off the house line - likely because trenching another line all the way around the house is quite expensive) supplying the pool (or irrigation) and that both irrigation and pool cannot come off the same line as - for complex reasons - there could be risk for contamination into the city water. Although I ultimately did not require any services performed I walked way with a good understanding why it would NOT be wise for me to pay a significant amount of money to have extra work performed (namely capping off the pool water supply line and trenching a supply line from the same irrigation line) as had been recommended by ANOTHER plumbing company. In summary, Bryant w/ Reddi Services is knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, saved me money and time by getting his expert second opinion, and I would call him back for any work or other questions I'll have in the future.

Bryant L. came out to my home last Saturday for a repair on my tub faucet and drain. He did an outstanding job! He answered all of my questions and I could tell he was extremely knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

It never rains but...twice in the past month we had water leaks that had to be dealt with asap. We called Reddi Services the first time, and Juan was there quickly, and replaced the parts involved and resolved the issue efficiently. So when we had a leak under the sink that we couldn't stop, we called them again. Jorge again was there soon, and again did an excellent and efficient job. Both gentlemen explained everything well, were super courteous, and really helped us out.

Pepe worked very hard and did an excellent job. The job was more involved than we originally thought, but he was able to get the water to go down the sink very well. Pepe was polite, professional and cleaned up after himself.

Had a slow running toilet and came to Angie's list and the reviews were great. Called Reddi Services and they were here within a couple hours, got the toilet working and the technician Brett was just amazing. Only other thing I can add is that if, or more exactly when, I have plumbing issues Reddi will be my go to company. I don't think you could do better.

I originally requested a new toilet to be installed. When the service tech, Bryant Laffarga, checked the existing toilet, he found it just needed a new flapper and handle. Bryant was very personable. I will definitely call Reddi Services again and will request Bryant.

The installer/plumber, Pepe, was very careful because he was installing on tile. He took his time and did a wonderful job. He did have a tiny chip a d he told us about it and where we could go to get the grout to fix the chip. We appreciated his honesty.

Had an emergency on a Saturday night before Easter Sunday. Called Reddi services. They had Gerald S come out within the hour. Just so happens that Gerald has been here before. He truly couldn’t of been a more professional amazing plumber. I can not thank him enough for his amazing work. Will use them time and time again. Thank you.

Very well. I knew what needed to be done but physically wasn't able to do it. Pepe Munoz diagnosed the problem immediately, didn't try to BS me and repaired the leak. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am very disappointed in Reddi Services. I have used them many times in the past with no issues. However, on March 20,, 2018 I called re: leaky shower valve. They set me up for service later that same day. I met the service person, Gerald, at my house around 11:20 a.m. (I am sure of the time because I looked at my clock at work before I left to go meet Gerald in order to estimate my arrival time to the dispatcher). Gerald had been to our house before to fix an outdoor faucet and had done a good job. He's personable, smart and efficient. When Gerald arrived I directed him to the bathtub and explained the problem. He noticed the lead, diagnosed it immediately, and told me he would also fix the slow drain in the same shower and replace the toe pop drain stop. I told him I would go to my room to change out of my work clothes. When I emerged less than five minutes later Gerald was no where to be found. I thought he was outside getting tools and parts from his truck, but I looked out the window and his truck wasn't there. He was gone for about 45 minutes to an hour. When he returned he turned off the water to the house and fixed the lead, cleaned the drain, and installed the new top pop stopper. His labor was less than 1/2 an hour. I was impressed and pleased with his quick work, and asked him the price. He had not quoted the price to me before that point in time. The total bill was $693.44! I was shocked that he would charge so much for 1/2 an hour's work. He told me the parts alone were $200, which seems way to much for a tub stop and a rebuilt shower valve. So, he basically charged me $493.22 for 1/2 or labor. I paid him with a check without argument because I didn't want to get in an argument with him in my kitchen, and because my 13 year old son was home for Spring Break and I didn't want to put my son through a heated discussion which likely would have ensued had I questioned the bill. After Gerald left I called Reddi Services and informed the dispatcher of what happened. She was polite, and she said she would refer the matter to Gerald's manager. I then went to the bank and stopped payment on the check. I have owned three older homes in Central Phoenix over the years dating to 1994, and have used many plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc... over the years and have not had a similar problem, nor have I complained or questioned their bill. I believe I have a feel for the fair market price of these types of services, and what I was charged by Reddi Services was outrageous. My feeling is that the entire project, including parts, should have been no more than $200, including parts. I was told by the dispatcher that Gerald was going out of town and would be gone for several days. We agreed that the matter would wait until he returned. Stay tuned. It will be interesting to see how they respond to this situation. As of now I would NEVER hire Reddi Services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Called ReddiServices Saturday morning and got a call back within an hour. Bryant showed up on time and did a great job. Very efficient, helpful and informative. I highly recommend Reddi!

The night before last, our upstairs bathroom shower sprung a leak. We have a busy weekend filled with a hockey tournament coming up, and we needed it fixed fast! I called Reddi at 7:00 AM. Gerald S. was at our house by 11:45 AM and it was all fixed before 2:00 PM. Gerald was fast, knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to explain what had broken and what he was doing to fix it, and he was able to get the parts, including new fixtures (saved us a trip to the store!) He gave us friendly reminders to drain our water heater and replace the media in our water filtration system. Would definitely recommend Reddi and Gerald to anyone needing any plumbing work.

Everything was done to code and looks great.

Gerald was very informative RE: the possibility of causing damage to an old unit by draining it and the pros/cons of obtaining a new unit. I was given a reasonable quote for replacement. He also inspected the plumbing throughout the house, giving advice on maintenance. Thanks for all the information!

We have been using Reddi Services for the past two years since we moved into our current home. We always request Ben A. by name for our plumbing needs. Ben is always punctual, professional and leaves the work area cleaner than when he started. Ben is also a very pleasant person to interact with at all times. My mother in law recently passed away and we needed to get her home in order to sell it. There was substantial plumbing work that needed to be done throughout the house. We called Ben to tackle this task and he did it as he always does - excellent work done right the first time. I highly recommend Ben A. for anyone that needs a reliable plumber!

The call to the company initially went well. The company scheduled the appointment stating they would call before tech came out. Appointment set for 10. They called at 8:15 and said he would be there in 30. When told it was not to be until 10, the dispatcher made remark implying “well, I guess I can let him just sit around waiting on you.” An hour passed and the dispatcher said “he’s just around the corner.” So, called early and then made to wait. EXPENSIVE! Everything was $150 plus parts. So, each thing on the list was quoted at exactly that. I’m not sure why that wasn’t just quoted over the phone instead. The tech couldn’t find the leak under the sink so he said he would have to instead replace the entire faucet. For the bib outside, he went to shut off the water main and there are two approaches at this house to do so. One is at the street; the other is near the house. He went to the street and struggled. It’s an old home. It was suggested he not do that as it looked like it might break and he use what we use near the house. He replied “If I use that I will not be responsible for any damages.” After he repaired the bib, he never turned the water back on...how was his repair ever tested for leaks? In addition, the pipes under the ground are all pvc. He wanted to replace with copper and since we stayed to replace with pvc, he noted “customer refused copper,” as if that was the customer being bad. Not satisfied with the work. Not satisfied with the technicians attitude. Not satisfied with the dispatchers attitude. Not satisfied with the quote nor pricing. We had only one part actually fixed and not to our satisfaction. I would NOT recommend this “family” run business.

We scheduled the appointment for Monday Feb. 12, 2018 around noon and they were punctual even calling ahead to let us know they would be here in a few minutes. It was very nice getting that call. That way we were prepared to open up the side gate and let them in that way. There were two guys that came. They'd been here before a month ago when our drains were backed up. Very nice personable guys. Pepe and Brent. They worked great together. My husband and brother in law really enjoyed the camaraderie as they installed the hot water heater. I did too. We'll be sure to ask for them the next time we have a plumbing problem. We will also make sure to recommend your company and to specifically ask for Pepe and Brent.

Bryant not only took care of the leak, he went around and inspected all the shutoffs in the house. Every sink had two, every toilet had one shutoff and two tank mount seals. Bryant checked everything out and probably prevented a couple of impending leaks. He went over and above, took care of us as if we were family. Thumbs way up!

My service specialist was named Chris Shuck. He arrive promptly, did the work quickly (replaced a hose bib), and was super patient with me as I asked him a number of unrelated questions about various issues such as my sewer clean-outs, my gas-powered Franklin stove, an odor in one of my bathrooms and my Pex lines in the new addition of my house. He explained things to me clearly, and seemed really bright and trustworthy. Chris' visit was my first visit by Reddi Services, but it won't be my last! I will definitely call Reddi again for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs because I was so impressed with Chris.

Bryant Laffarga is very professional efficient and easy to communicate with. He also have good knowledge skills of his field. Very respectful and reliable. Reasonably priced. We will gladly call Bryant back for any problems in the future.

We would like to acknowledge the highest quality service delivered by Gerald Schulz (Jan Ashford Plumbing as contractor) when our water heater was replaced on Jan 2.

Gerald S did a wonderful job! Stopped the leaking valve and replaced the tank fill valve in less than 30 minutes. Fixed my DIY wanna be!
