Gerald came to our home on Wednesday to fix a leaky toilet. He finished the job quickly and even helped me with a leaky faucet in another bathroom. He really likes to make the customer happy. It's clear to see that he's very knowledgeable about any plumbing issue. He's so wonderful - I won't use anyone else!

A great job by BRYANT L. I was attempting what I thought would be a simple job of removing and replacing my kitchen faucet but, being a novice at this sort of stuff, I ran into a little trouble. What would have taken me days to figure out and do, BRYANT made short work of. No problems and I, as a bit of a clean freak, had absolutely no clean-up to do after BRYANT finished. NEAT, fast, v. pleasant, BL does a perfect 10 job! Thanks!

This is the second time I've used Reddi Services, and I am very pleased with both their service and their price. Last year I had them out to unclog my kitchen drain and have had no problem since. Yesterday I had them out to unclog my laundry room drain, which clogs frequently from lint. They were here within an hour, got the job done in less than an hour, made sure it was completely clean by running the garden hose full blast down the washer drain for several minutes to make sure it wouldn't back up again. And it has a 30 day guarantee, so if it backs up again they will come out and re do it. Couldn't ask for more!

I had a leak coming from the outside of my house. I googled the best plumbing companies in my area and came across Reddi Services and couldn't have been more thankful. I was able to call and get someone out same day to assess the situation. The rep they sent out his name was Gerald Schulz. He is a pros pro and I couldn't again have been more thankful for an honest and very knowledgeable person. He was able to quickly identify the issue...and even before that he gave us worse case scenario of the situation. He explained everything perfectly as far as the next steps. He made this unfortunate situation for myself as a homeowner a little better considering what will have to be done to get it fixed just by his customer service and positive attitude. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you Gerald!!!

Reddi Services are the ONLY a\c, plumbing, & heating company I will ever use. After some horrible experiences with other companies in the valley, Reddi does it right! Today, Juan Bernal was out for our inspection. He was professional and thorough. Juan answered all our questions and left us feeling confident in our systems.

Great. On time. Quickly and efficiently handled 2 bathroom sinks and one shower drains! Bryant did a great job of clearing the drains in my bathroom. Now I can rest assured of a hassle-free holiday season!

Service was needed on a Saturday afternoon after a leak was discovered under a sink. It was the flex hose connection to the turn off valve. Identified Reddi Services through Angie’s list. They got someone out to us about 7pm. Marco was efficient, thorough and very professional. My parents will use them again as this occurred at their house. The flex hoses were replaced for the other faucet on the same sink and the two for the other sink in the bathroom plus he tightened a loose toilet seat. Senior discount is available if there is no coupon.

I called @ 6:15 in the morning, pleasantly surprised that I got someone to answer. I told them my problem and thought that I'd have a plumber stop by sometime in the morning. I called again @ 1030 to see if I was getting close and they said someone would be out within the next two hours. I reminded them that I had no water in the house and they immediately found a technician that showed up within the next half hour. The wording on my ticket implied I had a leak in my front garden and didn't really address that I had shut the water off to the house. Brent came out, looked at the muddy area and got right to work. He shoveled away water and mud to clearly see where the actual leak was - a PVC joint had been previously repaired with the wrong glue and roots found their way around the joint causing the leak to worsen. He was very professional, quoted me a very fair price and did a great job replacing the faulty PVC. He even stayed until the new glue dried to ensure all the connections weren't leaking. I'd definitely hire again for any and all of my future plumbing issues. Brent did an awesome job!

Ben from Reddi Services was here the next day, and not only replaced that one shower head but fixed another one. All done well and efficiently.

Went perfectly, as usual. Chris Shuck is so professional and personable. We have complete faith in Chris’ work and know he doesnt try to sell us some service we do not need. People like Chris are hard to find! He told us the unit was working properly and explained how the system works, so we now understand how the compressor comes on and why it works the way it does. He explained the yearly contract and how it covers certain tune-up services and parts. So we decided to purchase the yearly contract and look forward to the overall savings! Again, thanks to Chris we are 100% satisfied! We will recommend Reddi Services every chance we get!

Ben evaluated the problem then proceed to the roof and worked till the drain was clear. Explained what he found and suggested what we should change doing to prevent the same thing from happening again.

Ben arrived two hours after I called for inspection and in the timeframe provided by the dispatcher. He was very direct that no immediate repairs were needed. He took the time to describe what the eventual repair would entail. I'll definitely call Ben when the work has to be done or I decide to move forward preemptively.

Chris Shuck came within an hour on a Sunday night with a cheerful attitude and excellent skills. He found and fixed the blockage within 20 minutes. He smiled while he worked even though his pizza was getting cold. We would recommend him and have him back for any future work. Thank you Reddi Services for sending Chris for us.

Perfect. Gerald S. was really good. He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and very courteous. He was also very efficient, moving quickly through the checkup process and through the repair job. We especially appreciated that Reddi was able to respond within just a few hours from the time we first called.

Excellent, most recently Reddi sent Juan out to service the A/C unit at a house I purchased. Juan was a true professional. Going beyond what would be expected of any tech. For my plumbing needs, Pepe is the best. Always so quick to get to me, thorough with his work, and always looking out for my best interest.

George S was very responsive and knowledgeable. He knew how to fix our outdated Altman shower fixture and where to find the no longer generally available parts. Highly recommended.

Excellent. One company came out over the past weekend and wanted us to pay $4,000 to replace the line to the septic tank due to tree root blockage. They charged us $278 just to diagnose the problem. They offered to Hydro-Jet the line, but wouldn't guarantee it would even give us a temporary fix. Reddi came out, did a free assessment, and had a technician out 30 minutes later who cleared out the debris and gave us at least a functioning system. We will have to eventually replace the line, but we know who will do the work (at a significant savings) when we need it done. Thanks Reddi!!

It went good. The service tech seemed a little off put about the promotional cost of the offer listed on the Angie’s website, which caught me off guard. However, they honored it just fine and did great service!

I was so happy to see Marco P. who has been here two previous times. Marco was so polite and professional despite it being Sunday. Clearly explained what was going on and why I was unable to take care of plugged toilet myself. Appreciated his efficiency and calm demeanor. I will ask for him in the future for sure!

Outstanding service call and very professional. Chris G. told me what I needed to worry about and what I didn't need to worry about...In other words, honest! He walked me thru everything he was inspecting and what was good or bad. Turns out my HVAC was running near perfect. I am one of those people that latch on to "the good ones" and will never go to anyone else. Great company, great technicians!

Outstandingly well - as always. I do maintenance 2 to 3 times a year. I always ask for Jorje (George).
