Harold was great! Not only was he genuinely a kind man, he walked me through what was actually happening. The part to fix my faucet was odd (old house) but he went above and beyond to find it. Thank you so much, Harold!

What I presumed (in advance) would be a straight-forward, simple replacement of the leaking hot and cold-water shutoff valves under my kitchen sink turned out to be anything but that for Chris Shuck of Reddi Services. To start with, Chris discovered that both valves were embedded in the plastered wall behind the kitchen cabinet, and then to make things even more difficult, the cold water line broke off (which had to be repaired before he could install the new valve for the cold water). In total, Chris put in close to four hours to do what I expected was going to be a simple, easy plumbing job. Oh, I need to mention too, that removing the embedded valves, repairing the broken cold water line, and finally putting in the two new valves required Chris to spend portions of his time working with his legs on the kitchen floor, his upper body lying 3 or so inches higher on the wood floor of the cupboard, and then having to hold his head up to see the work he was doing (and I have no doubt that he finished the job with a sore neck and shoulders); nonetheless, despite everything, Chris exhibited a very cordial, positive attitude the whole time.

Very well. Decided to remove disposal and Brent and Martin re-plumbed under kitchen sink with dishwasher connection because we don't use the disposal anyway. Glad to be rid of the smelly disposal which always breaks or clogs anyway.

We had a slow drain that was backing up in the sink. The washing machine backed up a couple of times , as well. Brent came over, took a look at what was going on and went to work. He cleaned out our line, treating our 60-year-old pipes with care as he sent his power snake to work. Brent was efficient, clean at the point of the cleanout (the pipe was gummed up with a petroleum-like substance), and triple-checked to make sure the problem has solved. Brent made a point of explaining what he was doing, what I could expect from that line in the future, and told me how best to maintain these aging pipes. I have used Reddi Services for a number of years. I continue to be satisfied by their service, their ability to complete the job, and their fair pricing. Brent epitomizes the kind of service I’ve come to expect and appreciate from Reddi Services. I’m happy to recommend this business.

Today I needed the quick plumbing service I have come to expect from Reddi Services. Bryant Laffarga came to the rescue! He arrived on time, was quick to diagnosis the problem and how to remedy it. Within an hour he was finished and my shower and toliets were running great. Great prices and timely service are hard to find these days. I'll continue to rely on Reddi Services and specialists like Bryant! You should too!

We needed a new water heater. Bryant from Reddi Services came out quickly and completed the job in a timely manner. He was respectful, kind, and professional throughout the entire job. I'll definitely reach out to Reddi Services again for my home repair needs.

Service specialist was Marco Prieto. Time set was between 10am and 1pm. Called to see if he could come earlier. Arrived at 9:30am. Marco had been to my house 2 years earlier for a drain problem and did a great job, so he was familiar with the plumbing in the house. Went right to work. Took care of things in a very clean and professional manner. Work took about 30 minutes. Answered all my questions in a very polite way. Drains are running great for the first time in months. Very pleased with this young man and his work ethic. Will work with Reddi Services and hopefully Mr. Prieto again in the future.

The technician arrived on time and was very helpful. The toilet seemed to be working fine but he took the time to answer some questions I had on other plumbing issues. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again

Pepe came the same day I called and repaired the leak in our main water line and I've had no problems since. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work and time that was necessary. I would definitely call Reddi Services again.

Brent was punctual and professional in performing the service. Although it couldn't be unclogged from the drain, he went up on the roof and went through the vent to run a snake line that finally did it. Brent also reminded us of the discount card Reddi sends for repeat customers which was able to cut the price by $25. Their great service is why we are repeat customers.

It went absolutely great I’ve used this company five times before and they always do an excellent job I always use Pepe. They always make sure their work is done properly and they check everything out before they leave I had my shower cartridge is replaced and my water heater drained and the new control valve put on, as always Pepe did a great job .

Gerald did a great job for me taking care of the leaking line. Very prompt and professional. Diagnosed and found the root cause of the problem quickly. Capped the line as I requested. Great work. I'd definitely get him to do work for me again. A very satisfied customer.

Set time for appt. in a.m. They did not show up and did not call. Reset appt for afternoon. Did not show up and did not call. First time dealing with this company. I am a landlord for rental property. I drove 15 miles and took time out of my schedule to meet plumber. Waited for 4 hours- never again.

I tried to change my flush valve and the water hose from the wall broke. Benjamin came out and was able to replace the hose on a Sunday night within 1 hr of my call. The flush valve gasket was installed incorrectly, without our knowledge, and the toilet continued to leak. Benjamin came back out to my house and fixed the problem for me free of charge! He was great and showed me where the problem was and walked me through what he was doing. Would definitely hire again! Thanks.

called this PM (on a Sunday), they had a plumber out within an hour. The plumber (sorry, I did not get his name) checked under the sink, found a loose pipe, tightened it up and fixed the leak. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE. If I could give Reddi Services an A++++++ I would. They will be my plumbers from now on.

I have used reddi a few times and they were pretty good but this last one left a bad taste in my mouth. I called them and they said they would be out later in the early evening to take a look. I was on a business trip when this happened. The tech got there and said that the water heater might have tripped and reset it and told the renter that they should have hot water in about 24hrs. Fast forward 24hrs and the water doesn’t get any warmer or hotter. I call again asking if they could send someone out to take a look at it. Person I talked to said they would send someone out. No one ever called or got back to me. I called again and finally got someone out there. The person that showed up said that they knew what was broken and that they would have to get the part and will be back to get it fixed in the afternoon. But, the tech never came back and never told the renter or me what was broken. So I had to call reddi back again and told what was going on. It seemed like no one talked to each other or knew what was going on. So I finally just called another company and they had it fixed in less then 24hrs from my initial call.

I replaced all the insides to my toilet but when I connected the water line water went everywhere! I called and Brent S. showed up...late on a Friday evening. He told me what the problem was and I had the gasket in the old pipe...thanks to him showing me. Told me how to fix it and probably could have charged me but didn’t. Great guy, I will call this company again when I have other issues and ask for him specificially! I would completley recommend this company and specificialy Brent S. to going to your home and helping you fix your problem! Thank you Brent!

We had a number of other plumbers come out who had no idea how to fix our shower. Reddi Services sent Gerald S. He quickly identified the problem and our shower works like a dream now!. We will continue to use Reddi Services and always ask for Gerald.
