I found the forman and workmen friendly and profession. I would contact the company again for future projects.

Worker Cameron and Patrick Lee the owner came out and did the work very nicely, one of the trees is 30 feet high. The cleanup was done very nicely as well. On a scale of 1-5, there work would be a 5. They were also very quick to respond to my request for a quote.

The actual quality of their work is good, but they need to focus on details regarding clean-up and respecting the customer's property. While cutting down a neighbor's tree, the crew piled the branches on top of 2 of my bushes which basically ruined them. They could have stacked the branches on the owner's property, but they were due to collect much more money from the neighbor's job vs my job. They also cut a wire to one of my landscape lights and left it to hang there worthless. I had to remove the light from my landscape scheme. Details are important to this customer!

The crew from Lee's worked very hard. It took them the entire day to remove the tree, but they did a great job both removing the tree and cleaning up afterwards.

No problems. They were timely and did job as promised.

He did a great job, very nice people.

ADDENDUM May 7, 2012: The foreman and a different crew of 2, came back out to my property with the proper tools, ladders and so on and so forth and, from 8 AM to 2 PM proceeded to trim, cut and, haul away what the prior crew didn't do pursuant to the contract. I was informed that the former crew no longer is employed by Lees Trees. INITIAL REPORT - March 22, 2012 The company borrowed MY ladder and gas tools it did not bring to my home on either day of the job. The tree trimming & thinning was sloppy, uneven, incomplete & just plain awful. I would have rated ZERO in all categories, but .5 is the lowest denominator.

Lee's Trees were extremely easy to work with - their communication with me throughout the project was much appreciated. The job was completed as scheduled and on budget. I highly recommend them.

They bid a fair price and seemed knowledgable but work was not performed as described. My large tree was allowed to fall onto the sidewalk and road causing damage. It took several months to have this repaired and to be reimbursed for some work that was not completed. I am not happy with the performance but did increase my rating to 1.5 stars because they eventually did refund a portion of the charges

Did not return phone calls, I had to keep calling back. Didn't show up when they said they would. Increased the amount from the original quote. Left the property a mess after removing the trees.

He ran into some problems with the irragation system, when planting. There were alot of delays. I live in an HOA area. Things had to be approved before competion. He was very straight forward with me about problems. He contacted HOA to make sure of correct guide lines, in order to make a success of the situation.

While they were quick with the work and priced very well, they never returned to clean up after the work was completed as promised.

Lee's Trees submitted a very reasonable bid within about three hours of my request and went to do the job in short order after being selected. Park security prevented him from entering to complete his cleanup on Saturday and Sunday but he made a third trip from Phoenix to Surprise to do so on Monday. He made every effort to complete the job the next day but was prevented from doing so through no fault of his own and without any extra charges. I would definitely use him again.

Prompt service, actually it was next day. Lee gave me choices and his advice. Will not hesitate to call him back when needed. Prices were good and what I expected.

Don't expect an estimate over the phone. His price was higer once he got there. Still a good deal in an emergancy

He was upfront, punctual and came on the weekend All of this at a fair price.

He arrived 35 minutes later than expected because he got lost. He asked me if I wanted a $200 or $500 job on my one big tree out front. Hmmm... He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. After settling on a price he got started and did an okay job. He couldn't get up high and cut away branches near my roof because he didn't bring any tools besides a chainsaw. He borrowed "my" rake from the side yard (turns out he borrowed it from my neighbor's side yard - oops!). As soon as I paid him he left and I finished scooping up the piles of pods that he raked in the front yard. I won't be calling him again.
