When I handed over them the service of the pool, the pool was fine. After they started the services, the pool went down. There has been multiple problems, there has been mechanical problems, they did clean the pool properly. I let them go, and they continued to bill me. I let them know they were not maintaining the pool properly. They were charging me $110 a month for the maintenance, and they were not even cleaning the pool. The pool was clear when I gave them the service, after a few months of them not properly taking care of the pool, they said it needed a flush and clean and charged me $485.
Description of Work: They started service on my pool and they were not properly maintaining it.

First off the customer’s pool was in such bad shape when we took it over that we had to drain and acid wash both the pool and the Jacuzzi just to be able to run the system and provided monthly service the pool and yes that was $484.00, which is a typical rate. There are invoices proving the drain and acid wash happened before we even took over monthly service. Once we got the system running we found major problems with the filter and back wash valve that was capped off in the front yard. If we can’t back wash the system the filter isn’t going to work properly and the filter already was damaged before we took the pool over which they are aware of. When we called to tell them that when we vacuumed the pool all the debris went back into due to damage to the filter we were told the home warranty company would take care of it. After three weeks of continued problems with the filter she was contacted again and told us the warranty company had fixed it, which was not the case. We continued to try and contact her about repairs that needed to be made so that service could continue to the best of our ability. I was then contacted at the end of October that they were cancelling service, which is shocking because we went above and beyond to help and the owner was extremely hard to get ahold of for repairs and problems since she doesn’t like in the state. I continued to bill her for October since we did not receive payment for that month until finally I decided it simply wasn’t worth having to deal with an unhappy customer that was set in their beliefs. I would take full responsibility if the problems were solely based on our lack of service but that just isn’t the case I have pool logs showing we serviced the pool and the chemical reading each week along records of the multiple attempts that were made to contact them about the problems pertaining to their pool.
