My tenant notified me there was mold appearing on the kitchen wall. I contacted 1-800 Water Damage Of Phoenix and they sent a technician out right away. When the technician arrived he found that my tenant had removed the visible mold, but still did an inspection and found no issues. He sprayed the area with a mold removal chemical and did not even charge us for the service call. I initially dreaded having to contact a mold remediation company since I know that many of them will tend to exaggerate the problem and try to sell an expensive bill of goods. This company was wonderful and honest and truly responsive. I will definitely contact them again if needed in the future. I highly recommend them.

The entire process went smoothly. The two specialists showed up on time and remediated the mold due to a leaking pipe behind my water heater and left no mess. I highly recommend this service provider and would not hesitate to use them again.

We were renovating our Laundry Room and noticed a wet paint blister behind our washer. 1-800 Water Damage responded incredibly fast (less than 60 minutes); identified black mold inside the wall; sealed the area and started removal and treatment; and scheduled air quality test! Gosh...they made it look easy and you know it is not! They handled everything...coordination with insurance, environmental tester, and general contractor! I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage!

Work was done satisfactorily, but workers failed to save any remnants of baseboard to be replaced so owner had to remove undamaged section to get matching baseboard.

Alicia and 1-800 Water Damage really goes above and beyond with not only there work but there ethics. I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. Outstanding response and professionalism. Was on site in 20 min at 1:30 AM. Their immediate response helped reduce the amount of damage from the broken water line to the washing machine in the middle of the night. I recommend them for any water damage or mold issues.

The team were very responsive. They were at our house the evening of this fiasco starting!! They checked on us through the weekend, checking the dryness levels, and how we were progressing. They took multiple pics and worked with our insurance co to get the claim paid. Very courteous and professional. And they were totally cool with our large dogs. They also recommended a contractor that they work with. I was very skeptical of this kind of recommendation (one hand washed the other?). But the contractor turned out great, they did good work, were courteous , on time, no surprises with the budget and work, all upfront, and they also worked with our insurance co to get the claims paid in full. All in all, this sucky situation was worked out to the best possible outcome and we are happy we contacted them!

We discovered damage from a leaky water heater located in a utility closet on the outside of the house. By the time it was discovered the water had made its way into our master bedroom closet which affected the drywall and carpet. The drywall had accumulated mold inside the wall. If I could, I would give Tom Hodges an A+ for responsiveness. His team arrived within the hour after I called. Altogether it took about three weeks to restore everything as I needed HVAC, plumbing, and drywall repair, in addition to his portion which included opening the wall, drying the area, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning. Each time I called Tom during this time I always received a real person to respond to my questions! Nobody likes to go through emergency repairs. However Tom and staff did an excellent job. In addition, he connected me to the other experts to complete the job. He honored his Angie's List coupons, which impressed me as well.

Good communication, on time, respectful and clean working. I never expected to, have such a good experience as i did with my back againt the wall .as I did with 1800. Halfway through the job I realized the presidents of the company Tom Hodges was on the job getting his hands dirty leading the charge. I thought the price was a little steep till I saw what they actually had to do. Worth every penny.

What an amazing company! I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

As far as something like this can go, it went great. Tom explained each step of the process and what needed to be done to get the house dry and certified mold free. The total amount we paid was less than $4000. And I feel like it was worth every penny. They are a non pressure company and worked around my work schedule. All employees were top notch. Very comfortable crew to have in your house.

When I discovered my refrigerator had leaked in the wall, I called 1 800 water damage and they were at my house within a couple of hours. The left me with fans and a dehumidifier for 3 days and when they came back, discovered we did have mold and immediately sealed that area off and began remediation. They also coordinated with a licensed GC to have some cabinets and granite counter tops removed and have also dealt with our insurance company. Alicia, Tom, Nolan and Scott all did a great job for us!
