Great! Tim Spaulding did a fine job. He told me exactly what he found and what he would do. I told him about a problem I was having, and he fixed it. We chatted for a bit, and I was impressed by his seriousness and his work ethic. I asked him for some business cards because i would gladly recommend him to friends and neighbors. I am glad to know that the ducts are clean now and that I have found someone who does a variety of jobs. Additionally, he left my unit as clean as it was when he arrived.

He called and asked if could come early, which he did and was very professional. He removed the vent covers and used a long vacuum hose that extends from his work fan and sucked all the debris from each vent. However, I was under the impression that the vent covers would be cleaned also and he didn't do that. I guess I read the deal wrong. Other than that he did a great job and even helped with replacing my air filter. I would use them again.

Terrible. DO NOT BUY! Bought the dryer vent cleaning. The technician came. He arrived on time and was polite. He spent about 15 minutes cleaning the vent behind the dryer, which I had already done. Then he told me that because the vent goes at an abrupt 90 degree angle (house was built in the 80's) his hose could not reach all the way. Cleaning the vent from the roof was a "whole other job" and not included in the dryer vent cleaning I bought. If that is really the case, that should be explained in the details- partial dryer vent cleaning- only from the ground- not the roof- and only what our hoses can reach. I am warning you. This is not a complete dryer vent cleaning. DO NOT BUY! My dryer is still not working. I will have to hire another company now to do an entire dryer vent cleaning, rather than just doing what I can do, and had already done, with a shop vac.

They are amazing. They did a phenomenal job. We had them back 3 times for different houses we have. It has really been amazing.

I gave an A rating despite the fact that portions of the floor are less than perfect. It is not the cleaners fault. It turned out that someone had treated the floor with chemicals that could not be penetrated with the process I had purchased. I may at a later date do it the proper way. Despite that the floor's overall appearance has improved.

It went great! Very professional! Quick and painless. Our tile looked clean and the grout was no longer gray.

Tech reviewed the single forced air system and said that he wasn't familiar with the type of system. Proceeded to bring in a very small hose, took it into the attic and reported that he sucked dust out of the duct work from the attic. Tech did NOT inspect or clean the air vents from the ceiling side either upstairs or down.

It went great, quick and no Hassel job. Even came earlier than expected.

They were very quick to respond. They confirmed the appt a day in advance and let me know when they were on their way the day of the appt. The technician explained the process and gave us advice on how to care for the rug to extend the time between cleanings. Very polite and informative. Pricing was more than fair. Will use them for all future cleanings and will recommend to all who need carpet/rug cleaning.

The on-site provider was timely and professional. We had questions about upholstery cleaning, which he was able to answer. We will almost certainly bring them back to perform that cleaning at a later date. All interactions by phone were also very professional.

Generally well, except for the above comment. I still feel that the homeowner needs to watch carefully when someone is working in the home. I had put the dinning room chairs on the table to make it easier for him to clean under, still damage was done to the curved, oval rim of the table. I believe he bumped it with the top handle of his machine.

I had my ducts cleaned as I just finished remodeling the home, and they had not been done by the previous owner for 20 years. They were punctual and informative. Great company that takes pride in being helpful. Will definitely hire again!

They cleaned the vents but I also was expecting them to clean the lint vents inside the dryer. This is the area where the lint filter goes and where lint collects deep inside and does not vent out the machine. I was disappointed that the job did not include this area inside the dryer.

They were quick, punctual, and were careful with the the old vents in this home.
