AzExtreme was very prompt and answered emailed questions promptly. Jeremy showed up to clean the vent and explained how the process works. He completed the work very quickly and even went on the roof with me to see how the vent was blowing lots of nice hot air through the unclogged vent. He didn't try to sell me anything additional although I did buy a dryer vent hose for $20 installed. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone who might need this service.

Well, but the hoses did some damage to the black wrought iron rails on the staircase.

he was quick and very polite and professional. I asked him if he would be able to also clean an area rug and he took care of it in no time. it was only an additional $35 for a 10 X 12 area rug. All the carpets look great and are so fluffy now.

Wasn't there but after a couple of weeks of observation, there was no difference. Fine dust buildup was same as before. The person had a 5 inch hose with no brush or any extension of any kind to clean the duct work. I see now that they are a carpet cleaning company. The person also cracked a bath window. I called the company the same day and 2days later took a picture of it. That was the 22nd of June I believe and haven't heard from them even after I left a message a week ago

The gentleman that was assigned to my home was 1 hour early which was great. He explained to me what the process was going to look like and was able to educate me on other services that I would benefit from. I purchased $140 of those additional services which he then began. I was properly informed that all the stains may not come out l, which they didn't. The issue was with how the work was performed. There was damage caused to the bottom of my cabinets, walls and door trim. I've read the disclaimer and understand that the company is not responsible for damage to the floor, but the damage was caused due to lack of care. The damage was caused by the hoses that you use to clean the floor and return the water. He would just pull on the hoses whenever he needed more slack without checking what it was grinding against or at least putting up guards to prevent this type of damage. These hoses are pretty thick and have a pattern that when pulled can cause some damage if proper precautions are not taken which is what happened.

Great service, repairman arrived on time, was very efficient and did a great job. We will use this company again for sure.

I can't say enough as to how impressed I was with the quality of work and attention to detail Jeremy provided. He was on time, very professional, polite, and he did an amazing job on the carpet!! I highly recommend this company!!

From beginning to the end of the job, this company sets the example of how a business should be run. They responded very promptly to my Angie's List purchase of their services by phone, then set the appointment to do the work later in the week, stating they would call the day before to confirm that everything on our side was still a 'go.' They called just as they said they would, and the lady told me that their technician would call me to let me know he was on his way. He did just that. He showed up on time and did the work that was scheduled. A+++ all the way through. I will definitely recommend their services to others.

Tim and his son worked very hard to get my carpets as clean as possible. They even moved my sofas to get rid of dog hair. They did two extra rooms at a reasonable cost and laid down an application of protective Scotch-Guard, again at a reasonable cost, with no hard-sell. They were polite and professional in every way. The only problem I had was that the carpet took a very long time to dry -- some spots were not quite dry 24 hours later. The raking they did at the beginning got up most of the dog hair, but there were little tufts at the edges of doorways. They didn't fluff/rake at the end of the cleaning, which left trails. These are minor problems, though; my carpets look so much better!

Up front, I have to say the man who provided the service was pleasant, and helpful... BUT for the first time, I decided to hire someone to clean my grout. I was sorely disappointed. I paid $89 to have my floor mopped by a machine. The floor looks no different, however I WAS offered a better cleaning for more money. The tech was 45 minutes later than the arranged time. He was only at my house a total of 20 minutes, including set-up and take-down. He moved some of the heavier items, but didn't put them back when he left. I feel I paid big money for a wet floor polish!

I paid him for grout repair in addition to cleaning floor tile and kitchen granite. Cleaning was good, but grout repair was fair due to missing some cracks. One bad crack under the refrigerator door was not done even though he told me it was. Additionally, he was to come back to clean your shower....he never showed up and they didn't return my calls. I wouldn't use them again !!

Very well. I bought an Angie's list coupon for the service. The staff was friendly from start to finish, from scheduling the appointment to the actual service. They were punctual and the service was done quickly.

They called the day before to confirm, and the day of service to say they were on their way. When the technician arrived he kept me informed step by step of the process and concluded with advice regarding a future vent cleaning schedule .
