Purchased the $59.00 Big Deal. Big vertical dryer vents. They were on time , did a great job and left us some business cards and I would use them again.

Gave us a estimate for carpet & tile cleaning. When we get around to it we'll call them back. He was very prompt. He was nice, clean and on time. It was a very fair estimate. I had no problems with him, if I don't like you I won't have you back. Husband and wife team they do a great job.

Technician was efficient and professional but I expected an improved appearance in the gout in the second bathroom and there was no difference. Next time I will get more in depth about what the service outcome will be.

It went very well. Prompt, courteous and did a nice job. We had the tile cleared of furniture so he was quite fast. Would hire again. And may get a better deal if call directly.

The worker that came was reckless and drive his hose up against my freshly painted baseboards. He was in a big hurry to get out of the property as quickly as possible and put as little effort into doing the work as he could.

He got the stains out that other cleaners could not!

I purchased a deal and missed an exclusion that stated I need to let them know ahead of time if there was sealant on our tile. That was my fault but when the guy got here he probably should've done 2 things when he got here 1) asked how old the sealant was just as a precaution (with the hot water and high pressure washing it caused the old sealant to come up) and 2) when he noticed it coming up he should've stopped. Instead he stopped and said the tile was not going to look good because the sealant was coming up and should have had me look but he just continued. A lot of missed comunication and I take responsibility of not letting them know ahead of time. Next time AZXtreme needs to call their customers ahead of time to discuss. Only communication was by email and phone call to confirm appointment. The carpet cleaning was great. If you have regular tile, you"lol probably be okay. I'm now in the process of having to either stripped the sealant and reseal myself of find someone that can. I was hoping this cleaning would have giving more time before taking on a extensive task.

Jeremy showed up on time and was patient to explain what he was going to do and answer my questions. He removed the discoloration and the shower was beautiful afterward. He also took the time to explain the benefits of sealing the tile and grout to protect it from repeat build up, including the different types of sealers available. I could not ask for or expect more. There was a small extra charge for "deep cleaning," which was needed for the shower that was quite reasonable. He accomplished more, with better results, in an hour and a half than I could have done using readily available cleaners and elbow grease for an entire day. Well worth the price.

They are amazing. They are very reasonable compared to others I have used.

Workman accidentally damaged dryer hose moving wash machine and covered it with duct tape. When I noticed it I called the company and the workman returned in an hour to replace the dryer hose. Carpet clean dirt not get out ground in dirt

Well, they certainly did the job. My vents were cleaned and sanitized, unfortunately, it did nothing to fix my problem. Nothing. Same bad smell.

Quick and easy. Also cleaned behind and underneath dryer. The clothes dry much faster now. So glad I had this done

They were OK but not great - when the tile dried the old marks were still there, so I'm not sure their cleaner/buffer worked as well as advertised - I will have to hire someone else to do a deep clean on the floors and then apply sealant..

We purchased a special deal for the cleaning and when the tech arrived he suggested we upgrade to a better solvent to handle the dirt in the grout. So we did end up paying more than we were planning but the cleaning worked well.
