These ladies are a pleasure to work with - Joann is incredibly responsive and the cleaning team was very professional and polite. The quote was reasonable (included $25 Angie's list coupon) and they were right on time, 3-woman team worked for 2 hours as requested, house is completely clean and lemon fresh. What more can you ask? Very happy and will use them again :)

Outstanding. I've had two other services in 10 years. This company was by far the best in terms of quality, communications before, during, and after the cleaning, promptness within the given time range, & customer orientation. I have had a snarky crew in the past, but these cleaners were pleasant, efficient, and good. I am thoroughly delighted. I have requested biweekly cleaning based on the outstanding job they did for us. They are slightly more expensive than i'm used to. I didn't know whether to rate the price an A or B,but i decided that they are worth every cent i paid.

All of the cleaners were very nice and they were always on time or early (we had the first morning appointment time). Sometimes everything was cleaned very very well. Other times, a lot was missed. Sometimes just a dresser or a couple of ceiling fans were missed, but other times, the entire master bedroom/bathroom was not dusted (just vacuumed and toilet/sink/bath cleaned). I appreciate all of their help, but I don't like the inconsistency.

Very friendly team. Use GPS to time visit. crew is very accommodating and efficient. I originally arranged for cleaning every other week but I have decided to reduced visits to once every 4 weeks since there are only two of us and its not getting that dirty.

This is the second time I've used this company. They did a deep clean for 3 bedrm 2 bath. Home about 1 month ago. They did an excellent job. I used them today for regular cleaning. They did a great job today as well. I'll use Them once a month from now on.

The team was professional, pleasant, thorough and fast. After a short discussion about what I wanted done, they got to work right away. They were here about an hour and a half and cleaned everything on my list and more. Using the Angie's List coupon was a bonus. I would definitely use them again.

It went extremely well. We had recently been through a 2 bathroom remodel and the house was very dusty and overdue for a thorough cleaning. As is their practice, there were 4 women who arrived and cleaned everything very, very well in approximately 1 1/2 hours. I like the idea of multiple staff to shorten the timing. We were so pleased, we will continue to use them on a regular basis.

They have been cleaning my home every 2 weeks since April 2013. They are always on time, quick and thorough! They do a wonderful job every single time. I love how consistent the cleaning is even when they send different teams to my house. I have never had to call them with a complaint or concern about something being missed or done poorly. They are also a very friendly group! LOVE THEM!!

The owner contacted me right away to schedule an appointment and was very flexible. The workers showed up on time and ready to work. Right away I noticed the smell of cigarette smoke on one of the workers. This is a problem for me due to my son's allergies but I didn't mention it ahead of time so it's not their fault. The workers also seemed rather annoyed and inconvenienced to be at my home. I should mention though that we were having the A/C worked on while they were there so it got pretty hot in the house for about an hour. I offered the crew water and offered to help so they wouldn't have to stay as long. The quality of the work was not so great...actually not good at all. I asked three times if the ceiling fans were cleaned and I was assured they were. Just yesterday we realized that the fan in our baby's room was still covered in paint dust...painting was done days before the cleaning crew was here so clearly they had a different definition of cleaning ceiling fans. After looking at the other bedrooms only 1 of 4 fans were actually cleaned. I also asked that all the cabinets be cleaned inside and out. I saw them working on it but after they left I looked at the cabinets and could see that they only did some of them and didn't do a thorough job. I also asked that they clean the blinds and I saw them dusting some of them but about half the blinds in the house are still covered in layers of dust. Consequently I spent the next day redoing their work after paying and tiping them because I felt guilty about the A/C issue. This company might be good for regular maintenance cleaning but not for deep cleaning.

Consistent, thorough cleansing every time. They show up within the time frame given, work diligently to be complete in a realistic time frame but work thoroughly. They have never missed a spot! Highly recommend and worth every penny!

Great! They came in and did everything on the list I gave them, in the order of preference I provided. They really did an amazing job. I'm definitely using them again in the future. I may even use them as a regular service, once I'm done moving in. They stuck within budget and did all the things I really didn't want to have to do myself. These ladies are the best!

They are very easy to work with, good communication and flexible with schedules. Once they arrive they are very polite and do a super job cleaning. They have great attention to detail, I'm ashamed to say, they find thing to clean and dust that I never thought to clean myself. I have no idea how they do it, but I LOVE how shiny my sink is after they leave. Wonderful company to work with.

The window that was given to me for the cleaning project was one hour. The cleaning group (four ladies showed up within that window. I was asked what was the hot points that I have with cleaning certain areas. I showed the group leader my concerns and they went to work. The whole group was very professional during the entire time. The team brought there own cleaning supplies and vacumm cleaner and special new cleaners for the floors. In an estimated two and a half hours the whole house was cleaned and looked excellent. Since the home was an estate sale it had not been lived in for a number of years and was full of dirt and grime. I was really impressed and hired this company to clean my home on a monthly schedule.

This is a mixed review. The cleaning team received A's for quality and punctuality, they did a great job. The other low grades were strictly the owners/management. As with any time you have cleaners in your home, accidents will happen. The first day they cleaned one of the girls shattered a fluorescent bulb. She cleaned it up and I didn't say anything to the owners. No big deal. The next cleaning, however, was a different story. I left and ran errands to give the cleaners space to do their work. Upon return (which I must have just missed them because the floors were still damp) I walked into my office which has hardwood floors and noticed immediately 2 nice size scratches in the middle of the floor. I called their office right away and left a voice message and explained that there were 2 scratches on my floor that were not there when I left earlier. That night later I received an email to send them pictures which I did right then. Two weeks later on the night before they were to clean again, I finally get a response in email form that states the head cleaning girl will take a look at the scratches and discuss with me. The next morning I show her the scratches and she tells me that that morning was the first she heard about any scratches. She mentions that it possibly could have been their sweeper. I told her to talk to the management and let me know what we can do to fix the issue. That evening I emailed the office again to see about the solution. This was on 5/31/13. I finally received an email on June 5 stating that they could not have scratched the floor (there is an issue about a desk I have there that they say I move for them, which I don't and that is what scratched the floor) and they gave me a name of someone that might be able to fix the problem. I immediately called and left another voice message asking that someone give me a call and set up a time so they can see for themselves what I was talking about and not take the word of their employees. (after all employees can fear for their jobs and not always be truthful with employers). Days go by and finally on Tuesday, June 11 (now almost a month after the incident) I get an email from them, here is the email: " We received another voice mail from you. Again, like we have mentioned several times, we do not have anything that would make a scratch like that but because of the type of people we are we are going to come look at it with you.Friday was you normal spot, so we will just come between 8 and 9 this Friday when your normal day used to be, to review with you. Bryan The Master?s Touch. I thought GREAT finally I will be able to talk face to face with someone and not through emails. Well...... it is 1:00pm on Friday, I had rearranged my schedule for them and no one has shown up or called. I called and left ANOTHER voice message at 9:15am to see if anyone was coming, and guess what? NO ONE has bothered to call. So I guess we can conclude from their email about what "type of people" they are in dealing with issues that arise. All I wanted was someone to come take a look and work with me in getting it fixed. Instead they are h***-bent on being in the right and blaming the scratches on anyone or anything else. Not a very good way to run a customer based business.... It will be interesting to see what, if any, response will be posted here. I can't think of any excuse they can give as to why they would not bother to at least show up when THEY have scheduled a time and take care of a customer's problem with their services,especially when they claim to be bonded and insured.... So long story short, the girls (and guy) do great work but you use this company at your own risk!!!! I am really disappointed as I thought I found a company I could trust.

Unfortunately I can not speak to their quality of work because I flaked on our set appointment time and missed it! (darn!) I was going to be 2-3 girls for 1 hour. House is vacant and all counters, flooring, cabinets, toilets and appliances are new, just need wiping down from sitting. Also wiping of base boards, doors, windows, ceiling fan, windows, sills, etc. Quote was $75. I would recommend trying them and will use them again in the future. From the beginning of my inquiry on services, Joanne was prompt to respond, thorough, and professional. All communication with her to arrange was a breeze and prices were GREAT! The cleaners showed up on time, and because it is a vacant rental house, I wasn't there (putting baby down and lost track of time), and missed them. However, she called and emailed to let me know they had been there as promised. I emailed back seeing if they could come back later that day or next day, and she again was prompt to respond and professional. She tried to rearrange previous appointments to accommodate me, but unfortunately could not, and was unable to work me in again on such short notice. Due to tenant move in, the very next day, I had to go ahead and fin another company who could do same day, however I would definitely use them in the future.

Joann was really easy to work with over the phone. Initially I contacted Joann and asked for a cleaning quote, then booked with another company. The other company did a great job, but Joann's rate for 3 people cleaning was cheaper and the cleaners, Lecha, Roberto (Berto), and Sylvia did an amazing job and were so fast. Faster than the previous company I hired and just as thorough. What I really like about The Master's Touch is the excellent service. Joann is extremely professional and is quick to respond to any communication request. The cleaners, Lecha, Berto, and Sylvia, were quick yet thorough and did a great job. Also the cleaners were very friendly and I feel comfortable with them in my home. Therefore I will be using The Master's Touch for any home cleaning I need.

Masterstouch was promp and efficient. They did a great job cleaning our house.

They were fantastic the first time they came out so I had them come out about 4 more times and they weren't so good. The first time you pay hourly and the other times you pay a flat rate. I think maybe they do better hourly than on the flat rate. They breezed through things and missed a lot of things. They just were not as thorough. The first time they were so, so good. They skipped things that they didn't think I would notice. The counters looked clean but they didn't feel clean. The first time they mopped real good and the other times they used a swiffer which wasn't really great. They didn't dust as well as the first time.

I was extremely happy with this service. They are very thorough and professional. They show up on time and work very quickly without sacrificing quality of cleaning. I have had cleaning services in the past and this one is by far, the best! I highly recommend them!

They are punctual, friendly, and hard working. For my house there is usually a crew of four, and they all get right to work. They literally clean the house from top to bottom. They are very open to my requests, and ask questions if they are not sure of something. I know I am picky but they regularly exceed my expectations.

From the time I contacted the The Master's Touch cleaning service I was met with professionalism and courtesy. Four people showed up at my house and 3 hours later the house was spotless. They worked quickly and quietly. I actually work from home and conducted conference calls etc with no interruptions. I would recommend this company to anyone. The price is reasonable and the job done was exemplary. I will be asking them to return and perform additional services.

Team of 4 arrived on time, did a quick walk through and got straight to work. I am very pleased with Masters Touch and the detail they put into my home. Will be using again. For the first time in months I feel like I can tackle other projects around my home.
