It went very well. They cleaned three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and inside my refrigerator. They did the things I don't have time to do like clean the ceiling fans. They also cleaned a couple of areas like the cabinet under one of my bathroom sinks where some cleaning products had leaked. They sent three people and it took them about three hours. I used to use them as a monthly service and they were always great. I only dropped them to cut down on expenses otherwise I would have them cleaning my house still on a regular basis.

We have some very specific requirements as far as cleaning is concerned. This company did the best they could to accommodate the requests but we are still looking for another cleaning company. They were on time and professional.

We have concrete floors which are always left spotless. We also have large planters in the living area which the crew takes care with. There is much attention to detail and the service is prompt and courteous. I have recommended Masters Touch to others because I'm so pleased with their work. Even our dogs are happy to see the crew arrive.

This was wonderful. The cleaning team showed up on time and brought all of their own equipment. They worked fast and completed the cleaning in the allotted time. I had prepaid so the team did not ask for payment. The house was cleaned and ready for my out of town guests.

I've been using The Masters Touch cleaning service for over three years and have been completely satisfied. Always a courteous and professional crew. No "do overs" required. They always show up within the time window specified (which is emailed to me the day before). I have also used their companion business, Noah's Restoration Services, for window washing and grout and tile cleaning and have been equally satisfied with the work.

I receive an email every two weeks informing me of a window of time in which the cleaning team will arrive. They always arrive within that window. The team brings their own supplies and immediately get to work. They scrub my bathrooms and kitchen. They sweep and mop my tile floors and vacuum my carpets - including the stairs. I pay a flat hourly rate that is typical for the area. I have the team clean the areas I least like to clean myself. The team is always pleasant. They do not talk on the phone or chatter to each other. They do not play music or otherwise disturb me. I am usually working in my office while they are here, and I appreciate their efficient and quiet work ethic.

I have been using this service for a few years now. They are extremely dependable and consistent. If I do need to change times or days due to house guests or other changes in our schedule, they have been flexible and moved things around to accommodate us. We have the same crew week to week so if I need to tell them something about the house, I don't have to repeat it to a different person each time. The crew always does an excellent job and because there are 3-4, they are able to finish the whole house in less than 1 1/2 hours. I receive reminders the night before which is very helpful. I am very please with their work.

From the time that I scheduled the service till the time they cleaned and left our house, they were a pleasure to work with. We had three ladies who came in to clean the house. They were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job! I have no complaints! I recently have had some health issues that limit my duties and found I needed to hire someone to clean my house. I contacted Master's Touch Cleaning Service and left a message. A call was returned almost immediately and they explained how all of the Angies List coupons worked. We set a date for cleaning of July 28, 2014 with arrival time of between 1:30 and 3:00. Two girls arrived at 1:20 which I was thrilled about. They were clean, professional and listened to what I would like to have done. They both worked very efficiently and cleaned areas that I didn't even think about. They were able to complete much more then I thought they would for the hours I purchased. I am extremely pleased with the service and will be setting up service twice a month. They even ran over the time I had paid for and when I called the office to pay for the extra time, I was not charged. Not only is there cleaning top notch but so is their customer service.

We took advantage of the $295 for up to 3,000 square feet of cleaning. The crew consisted of 3 team members and they stayed over their maximum time of 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete their work without extra charge. They cleaned all their standard work (kitchen, bathrooms, dust, vacuum, cabinet fronts, blinds, ceiling fans, fronts of appliances) and they had the added challenge of wet wiping the base boards and dealing with pet hair. They started cleaning the minute they showed up and worked non-stop. I came home to a clean house that made me very happy. Joann was very responsive to e-mails and set up the appointment very quickly. I would use them again!

The girls are always punctual and very friendly. They even don't mind our animals! The girls work hard and always leave our home spotless! I would definitely recommend Masters Touch to my friends and family!

We had 3 sets of cleaning groups come to our house (not sure why). The first group was horrible they took all day (which was understandable if they would have cleaned). As they were leaving they had not cleaned the downstairs bathroom or the floors downstairs. My husband works from home and he found them taking many breaks. They also broke a glass which was left on the counter. The second group was FABULOUS! They actually spoke up and stated that they performed the "big clean" again because it did not look like the first group did not do a good job. The cleaning from them was AWESOME! We then received a 3rd cleaning group (not sure why) but they did a wonderful job as well.

This service is wonderful! The team is always prompt, respectful and trustworthy. Every two weeks I enjoy coming home to a beautiful home that is ready to show! There are perfect vacuum lines on every piece of furniture and we have never had any issues of not being satisfied with their work! I would recommend them to anyone!

Their work was inconsistent. They had some high reviews, and that is why I went with them, but after 3 times their work was inconsistent, and I stopped using them. There was one time when they didn't even come.

When they come to clean I always get an email the night before stating what window of time they will be arriving. They clean thoroughly and are responsive to extra details I like. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

The job went very well. They were prompt and quick. They come in and they are out an hour and half. Usually, they were 3 to 5 people. I am usually there when they do the work.

I typically only write positive reviews, but in this case silence would result in harm to other Angie?s list subscribers, so it would be irresponsible to remain quiet. This company cleaned our home twice. Initially they made a good effort to get to know our home and our cleaning needs. The first cleaning showed promise so we tried them a 2nd time. The 2nd cleaning was excellent but completely ruined by someone from Master?s Touch tampering with our thermostat and running our A/C for 7+ hours at full blast during prime hours at least 10 degrees lower than where we keep it. When we got home that evening around 7:00 PM, it was still running... When I addressed this concern to them, this company did not answer and apparently didn?t see any wrongdoing in this because they ignored our email. At that point, we stopped doing business with them. Any company willing to take liberties with other people?s homes and utility expenses are not ethical. Incredibly, the high that day was only 85. If this happened on a hot desert day over 105, I would be more sympathetic, but we have a newer home, that?s very well insulated, has energy sun screens, and a fan in every room. The fact that they did not take responsibility for the gross liberty they had taken with us, our home and our energy bill was unbelievable. Other maid services we used in the past always had the courtesy of calling and asking if they could touch our thermostat. Master?s Touch refuses to communicate by phone, they don't return calls, but have an indispensable talent for making excuses for not meeting commitments. Another inconsiderate business practice is they are unwilling to set definite appointment times with customers. Telling a customer we?ll be there on a certain date with a 4 to 5-hour window is disorganized.

These ladies are amazing! I would use them again in a heartbeat! I used them once before, and that was why I hired them again. We moved into this home in July of 2013, and the place was a mess. I hired The Master's Touch to do a thorough cleaning, getting the insides of cabinets and drawers, and told them I could not afford to go over $200, so they cleaned all the top priority stuff until the $200 limit was reached. I'm a clean freak. My idea of doing the dishes involves pulling the oven apart and cleaning all the electrical components. I have been living out of state for the past 4 months, leaving the house in the hands of a boyfriend who was too busy to do a thorough cleaning, and a very slobby unemployed rommate, who was constantly dropping food everywhere and not cleaning it up (Thank god he moved out!). Anyway, I decided it would be worth my money to hire The Master's Touch again. This time, I did not give them a price limit. Within 2 hours, they finished cleaning EVERYTHING!.... and I mean EVERYTHING! The only thing I can think of that they didn't do is the inside of the fridge and cabinets (Which I'm glad they didn't, because I really need to get some junk out of there before I even think about wiping them down). They cleaned the chandeliers, the Laundry machines, the light bulbs in the bathroom, the kitchen appliances, and they even scrubbed the calcium stains off the inside of the toilet bowls, something I had attempted to get rid of several times without success when we first moved in. The toilets look brand new! Anyway, I could not be happier. Anyone who complains or gives a poor review of these gals is obviously trying to get something for free. I would recommend The Master's Touch to anyone who wants a thorough job done quickly and for an amazing rate! I love you ladies!
