The first time they came I needed a deep clean and the four people that came did an excellent job. The second time three people came and did an excellent job. Joanne is very good at trying to accommodate our schedules especially since I called her at the last minute. I am very pleased and will continue to use them.

I actually did most of my scheduling and communications via email, which was convenient since I'm always on the phone working, and got my initial visit within the first week. I had specific instructions of the areas most important to keep up on, and it's a nice relief seeing them tidy and fresh, especially my floors. One might think that their rates are expensive, but the ladies don't slack. They were able to get my initial deep cleaning of those areas done in a little over 2 hours, which is very time efficient for my size home, and a good value for the money. I would use them again, and plan to use them monthly from today on. I would recommend them to others based on my first impression, and their flat rates are a good value.

Description of Work: Services performed: the best housecleaning my home has ever received. I read the reviews and The Master's Touch Cleaning Services seemed the obvious best choice. I have to say I'm delighted with Angie's List again, as The Master's Touch was EXCELLENT! The team arrived right on time and walked through the house with me to get an overview. When they noted the high plant shelves, they requested ladders which they proceeded to use to clean (not just dust with a long duster) every high space and all high light fixtures and celiing fans. They were very systematic and worked continuously for over five hours. They were all business, very professional, yet friendly and accommodating. When the plumber I had needed to reschedule to the same day arrived and needed to shut off the water for a while, "No problem," was the answer, and they worked on areas not needing water for that time. They cleaned everything listed online and in JoAnn's first email, and before long every item in every area of the house was starting to shine. I have large bouquets of silk flowers in cement pots, and previous services have dusted them or ignored them. The Master's Touch took the armloads of flowers outside, cleaned them thoroughly, then returned them to their pots and arranged them so they looked better than before. They cleaned all the woodwork, and there are many built-in cabinets, etc in my house. All the glass and mirrors, the insides of all the windows--all were cleaned till they shone. We have a dance room with walls covered in 8' mirrors, and I told the team that the mirrors and wood floor could be omitted, as I didn't consider them part of routine house cleaning. However, soon the mirrors and wood floor were being cleaned.. This was a bonus for us, since we usually do them ourselves. We have wood shutters in several rooms which require a ladder to clean. They cleaned every inch of every shutter, very methodically, front and back. They cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms to perfection. I am particular, and I like to clean my own house when time permits, but since I work full-time, it just gets to be too much to do it all. I have tried other services, and they were were "okay" but after a while I preferred to just do it myself. The weekend after The Master's Touch had cleaned on Friday, I was still shaking my head and saying, "wow" when I would notice something else shining clean somewhere in my house. It's been almost a week now, and my house is so clean and still shines. What a pleasure!!!

Description of Work: I hired them to deep clean my vacant house prior to moving in, and it SHINED! The house looks brand new, and the pricing was very reasonable. I appreciated their honesty, one of the cleaners had to leave to run to the bank and they subtracted that time off of the total bill (keep in mind, I wasn't there at the house to even know she left).

Description of Work: On July 29th, The Master's Touch came to our house for an initial deep clean. The deep clean was $300. I am an extremely particular person and wanted to make sure that they did a good job. So, there were two areas in our house that I used as my barometer to ensure that they were thorough (1) A iron metal wall hanging with a dozen tealights that were dusty inside each tealight holder and (2) dust on the chair rail in the 1/2 bath. When they left and I reviewed the house, both of my test items had been cleaned to my surprise. In addition, we have a Golden Retriever that is an inside dog. Needless to say, she sheds a lot. They cleaned everywhere and when they left there was no hair to be found except for on the dog! They vacuumed, mopped, cleaned off the furniture and left nice patterned clean lines on our sofa, chair and loveseat that just exemplified the quality and care that they had in their work. The kitchen was spotless. My vanity tray in the bathroom was cleaned along with all of the individual items on it. Outside of the other standard items, they were sure to dust the ledges in our niches, the window sills, and all of the many many blinds in our home. They take care to back out of each and every room they clean to make it as clean and tidy as possible...even on their way out the front door. Great company....great crew. We have even hired them for additional semi-monthly services.

Description of Work: The cleaning crew arrived promptly and began cleaning. They started upstairs and thoroughly cleaned the baths (tubs, sinks, toilets, and counters), then mopped the floors well. In the bedrooms and office they dusted the furniture and wood blinds, and vacuumed the carpet. They also emptied the waste baskets. Downstairs they again vacuumed and mopped, dusted the blinds and polished the furniture, emptied the trash and went on to the kitchen where they did the counters , sinks, appliances and microwave. They cleaned the sliding glass door, in short they did everything! I am very satisfied and will happily have them come back in two weeks..

Kitchen: Clean counters and outside of everything on them (canisters, toaster, etc.) Clean sink, outside of all appliances, except do clean the inside of the microwave. Clean blinds, fans, baseboards, outside of pantry door, take out trash, vacuum and mop.
