I called on Tuesday to schedule rekeying services and Laura fit me into her schedule the time I requested the next day. She arrived on time, identified herself at the door and gave me her card. However, her mobile locksmith truck was the first identification - very professional presentation for "The Lady Locksmith". She first checked all of the locks to be rekeyed and provided some detailed security pointers during the process. The security door was a bit of a challenge due to the exiting lock but she accomplished the rechange and also adjusted the door and lock so it closed correctly. She made the number of keys we needed and waited while I tested all of the locks to make sure we were satisfied. Her rates were reasonable and comparative to the other locksmiths I had considered. I was very impressed with Laura's knowledge of her craft as well as pointers and information she shared about security do's and don'ts. I highly recommend Laura and will definitely call her for any future lock and security needs.

We wanted to change our locks, and also change our exterior handles to be levers instead of knobs. Based on a neighbor's recommendation I called Laura and we arranged an appointment. On the phone she described the type of lock/handle that was best, and gave me the option to either purchase them myself or she could bring a selection. She phoned a half-hour before our appointment time to say she was on her way, and showed up promptly. She was friendly and did an excellent job fitting the new sets into the doors and keying them all alike, the action is smooth and they work great. Before leaving she checked the exterior of the house and gave some general security advice customized to my neighborhood. Highly recommended.

She was average. She was in a very big hurry when she was here, as she was running behind. I would not use her again.

I called for a lock out with re-key that was not urgent. I got a prompt call back & was fit in to the schedule for the same day. Laura was prompt. She worked hard to pick the existing deadbolt and save it but it had frozen and had to be drilled. She explained everything as she worked. The old deadbolt could not be saved. She had all the necessary tools & material with her & was able to install a new deadbolt, of a higher quality, for a good price. Installation was fast. Service was friendly. Laura is very reliable.

We have used ASAP Lock & Security and I was pleased with their service, they were professional and prompt. I would use them again and I will recommend them to others.

We have had trouble with the front door latch not opening correctly but had put off repairing it. After we got stuck outside with the toddler inside we decided it couldnt wait any longer. I called Laura and explained what happened and what we needed. She was here within an hour. She was very professional and made us aware of some other security items we had not really thought about. We havent lived in the house long she made us feel more comfortable by also explaining the positives we have in place. She was upfront regarding costs, tried and did use existing hardware we had to help save us on costs. She was able to handle the toddlers and dogs as well. I was very pleased and will continue to refer my friends and family to Laura. Thank you.
