After some confusion at first about the cost as my rooms were bigger than they expected we settled on a price. I have to say they did an amazing job. Actually the best carpet cleaning job I have ever had done.

I was very impressed by the Musser brothers. They called ahead to let me know they were coming. They were on time. Courteous and professional. Did a very good job cleaning my carpets. I would use them again and I highly recommend them.

They are very unprofessional. They used a strange chemical on my rug and the color has changed. They also left in the middle of the job. I was pushed out two weeks waiting on their services, which has been a waste of time.

I was told they would show up at 10 am. I called the company and they said they always give a window of 2 hours... The Musser Bro's were an excellent choice to clean my 3 area rugs. The brothers did the work immediately, professionally, shared their video processes with me, and turned their work around in 24 hours. They tackled it even being in a 4 floor condo and away from the street and hard to reach. Had others say no.

The cleaning was very good. However, I felt the service was more expensive than it should have been. I was charged an extra $50 for adding on a small area of a synthetic carpet where only a small, light coffee table had to be moved.
