Zeke contacted me right away and provided service the same day. He was courteous and professional. He showed me the problem areas in my carpet and advised me how they should be cleaned. Everything looks great, and I have called him back to clean our tile. I highly recommend him!

Zeke was professional and quick. Work was done under 2 hours and carpet was dry much faster than we expected. Do wish there was an option to perhaps add fabric softener to the solution so the carpet would be "softer" (but our carpet was pretty beat up).
