Didn't work.165.00 for nothing,what a joke.

Terrible. The technician didn't know much. He kept checking a manual. Did nothing really and it cost $55.00. Never again.

The technician came on time. The company called to let me know he was 30 minutes out. He was very fast and very professional. Would use them again!

Joe was our guy and was super nice and informative.

bad...charged $250 for an $11 part and they bumped the service call charge charge 100% from what I was told before they came...total rip off form owner to call center...someone has to stop this scam!

I scheduled someone to inspect a refrigerator I have that was out of warranty. My refrigerator's fridge side was not cooling and icing was forming in the vent holes. The tech Charlie came in, and without any voltmeter diagnostics and so forth he said that it was a bad evaporator assembly which would cost us $636 to repair with parts. He invoiced $55 for this "service call". I was fine with that since that diagnostic would save me time in repair it in case I do it myself. I replaced the evaporator fan assembly. And of course, this didn't fix the issue. I figured out how to run the diagnostics on it, and figured that the old evaporator assembly was working fine. The diagnostic/inspection they charge me for was crap and a waste of money. If I had him fix it, this review could've turned positive, maybe. But this is based on the diagnostic itself. A tech not doing the due diligence of inspecting what exactly what was wrong with appliance gives these zero stars. It's pretty much not doing the job. I wouldn't use this company ever again, and hopefully anyone that reads this as well.

The tech was ever so kind and immediately new what the problem was. He wasted no time in completing the repair and answered all my questions. He was professional and based on his knowledge and if I have the need, I will contact this company again.

found Manny on Angies List after fridge/ freezer died on saturday am. He came to the house within a few hours prepared with all the parts he could possibly need. within an hour he had it fixed. we are very pleased with his work, professionalism, and timely response. also glad that we didn't have to drop $1500 on a new fridge this weekend.

Extremely poorly, a total waste of time and money! I told the technician that I suspected the main control board needed to be replaced. He could not complete the diagnostic steps, which further indicated the control board was the problem. He quoted us $425 for the replacement board, said it would be two weeks for delivery and suggested that we buy a new dishwasher. My husband ordered the control board from GE Appliance Service for $79, including tax (2 day shipping was free) and installed the board with no issues.

Excellent job done by Sabino. The dryer belt, bearings were replaced and the airway cleaned out. Timely and professional. I saw the extreme amount of lint that collects in and around the parts located within the dryer and in the airway that leads to the outside of the house. Because I clean the lint from the removable vent after each use, I had no idea of the extreme accumulation of lint. Grateful for learning/seeing the importance of having the dryer airway maintained. All went very well. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He even assisted and advised on two other appliances items unrelated to the initial call at no charge. Really great service overall!

Problem was fixed. Serve was prompt and professional. The repairman, Sabino, really knew what he was doing.

Repairman showed up during projected time window and efficiently and capably fixed the dishwasher.

I have 2 business cards showing that a follow up appointment was made. Technician couldnt resolve the issue. I bought new ovens and he said he would be back on Thursday 12-19-2019 based on my opinion of the conversation. I called when he didnt show up and Christine said we dont have an appointment. I told Christine that I told the technician unless I called to change the appointment I would see him then while we stood in my kitchen. He called his cousin to make sure his cousin was availabe to help, Never showed up. Christone called back and said in my opinion go ahead and rate us an F. My opinion is based on no receipts ever being presented and lack of follow up. My opinion is that if a vendor wants to make money they should have good communication to ensure that they will keep appointments. I would never use Mannys appliances again. No attempt to adjust to the issue or rectify the lack of response. My opinon is bad service, bad follow up and lack of communication.

Joe did a great job. In and out, got it done and even fixed the dryer hose.

First part that was installed was defective but Manny came right back and made it all good. I heartily recommend him!!!

Fine replaced thermostat dryer was working when he left

After waiting 11 days for Americsn Home Shield to fix our refrigerator, I finally gave up and went to Angie's List. I saw Manny Allpiance r er pairs was listed (and rated very high) do I completed the online request. Within 2/3 minutes I was called and given a two hour window. Within an hour Manny (yes the owner) and a trainee arrived. They diagnosed the issue and within 45 minutes our appliance was fixed. Following day I received a call from Manny asking how the refrigerator was working. SERIOUSLY, who does that anymore?!? Great service, greater response and finally a reputable appliance repair company.
