I was ripped off $385

The call back response to my request was prompt. A repair person could have come out the same day but we could not fit it into our schedule. the company accommodated us with an appt that was convenient. As promised the service person called to let us know 30 min prior to his arrival and even arrived a few minutes early. the repair person was very knowledgeable and gave us an estimate based on the appliance "blue book". In our case it would cost more for repair than a new washing machine so we opted not to have the repair and paid only for the service call $55. We appreciate the honesty and transparency of the company and repairman. If we need appliance repairs in the future we call this company.

Manny's office called right away and we set up an appointment. Manny and his apprentice showed up as scheduled and assessed the situation. He had to order some parts which he estimated would be available a few days later and we scheduled a return trip to install. A different employee (not Manny) was scheduled to do the install. Unfortunately, he had trouble with the job right before ours. He was very communicative and let me know what was happening. When it became clear that he couldn't make it during our service window, he offered to come back whenever I was available ... even that evening. I asked him to come in the morning. He arrived on time and did the install ... no trouble. Everything works perfectly now. They applied to cost of the service call to the final bill.
