very professional & efficient, top quality work and they showed up on time...setting up a weekly service with them!

I was delighted with the quality of their work. They got right to work and when they finished what I asked them to do was all but gleaming. We did have a question as to the actual time spent at the job versus what I was paying. If unsure of what I was asking they needed to ask questions. Overall I was pleased with the work.

They didnt dust along the bottom of the walls or corners. Didnt get the webs in the rooms they cleaned. Didnt clean all the rooms. And it was a deep clean.

So professional. They keep me I formed on the schedule, sent reminder email and text, sent s manager over in first clean to make sure everything was going well and answer any questions. I started with a deep clean and let me tell you, my house was CLEAN when they were done. No shortcuts, just fantastic work. Highly recommend.

The two females did a great job, I was very happy with their work and would recommend them. They worked hard and quickly. All rooms were cleaned; fans and floors, kitchen and bathrooms were done well. They were polite, friendly and asked me questions, briefly, for clarification.

For my initial cleaning, everything I discussed with the office and with my cleaning team prior to and during cleaning was done and I am very happy with the results.

This was the first time I had my house cleaned professionally in several years, so this was a "deep cleaning". The crew got here on time and brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They did a good job and since it was the first time, the company sent a quality assurance person to follow up before the crew left. She spotted a few minor things and they were corrected immediately. Nice touch.

missed dusting on all lower surfaces of furniture. Did not move furniture to vacuum. Give the BS about what they call deep clean. When I have a maid service and pay by the hour I expect them to do whatever cleaning I want then to do while there.

Very nice. Floor edges and main toilet could have been cleaner but overall, good work.

The 2 cleaners we had did a great job. They were friendly and professionally and worked really hard. The results were that we had a really clean house and were impressed. Very nice to have the same cleaner each time.
