I recently used this company to replace my prior cleaning service. While my home was ?clean?, there were many areas that could have been better with a little elbow work, some examples are: the bathroom garbages were emptied but were still very dirty, the guest bath toilet appeared to have been wiped, but the inside near the drain wasn?t scrubbed and still had several dark water stains (I removed them within 30?sec with very little scrubbing) the shutters that I had specifically asked to be dusted were not (even written on my service form), some of our office shelves were dusted, however several were not. While I am not expecting perfection, I do at least expect that common things are cleaned so that I don?t have to do it myself. It did feel as is it was a quick ?get it done within an hour? job and that?s basically what I got, anything that could be done in 1 hour or less. It?s too bad because I was hoping to have them come on a regular schedule. I?ve now decided to just tackle this myself.

We were not happy with the cleaning crews that were sent to our home. We went through three different crews and felt the quality of work for the pricing was not appropriate. The supervisory staff was wonderful, but we just felt the crews lack of professionalism and attention to detail at the job at hand was not what we were looking for in a professional cleaning company.

I paid for a deep clean only one girl (Angelica) was good, the other one not so much. They arrived late 11:39 and were finished by 12:39. It was like they were watching the clock

I haven't seen their work but according to my mother-in-law, first time cleaning the house was good. Staff was friendly and respectful.

Breezed through every 2 weeks. Never did a complete job. I've been cleaning myself. Nothing was dusted properly or often. All in all, nice, friendly people, terrible cleaners.

Did a great job on kitchen, bathroom, floors and woodwork. However, cobwebs on lamp, any dusting was very superficial. Bookcases, open cabinets, TV area untouched.
