Maid Right of Phoenix

Missed very basic things. Area rugs were not vacuumed kitchen countertops were not wiped down. There are about 10 more things but I'm not going to put them all on here. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

Great team was very meticulous and careful. Our house has never looked better. Highly recommend.

We hired this company when we purchased our new home, after using them for the past 3 years in our rental. We were promised the world as far as cleaning goes. Everything from floorboards to fans was to be cleaned, a true white glove service. After the first cleaning, there were a few concerns like all fans were never cleaned, range hood was missed and tops of appliances were missed. I sent an email to Gustavo, voicing my concerns and never received a reply. 2 weeks later, the crew shows up again and this time they made things worse than when they got here. I have a 3300 sq ft home and they were in and out in under an hour. This time, they didn't miss a few things, they missed entire rooms. I would never hire this company again and would recommend that no one hire them. Btw, I called to complain, fire and demand a refund today and was assured that I would receive a call from the district manager. It is now 10:49pm and not one call, email or text.

They are reliable and do a great job!

Maid Right was fine, but we decided not to hire them long-term because the cost was high relative to the quality of work. To be clear, there was no big problem, just a so-so cleaning job for a fairly high cost.

Maid Right of North Phoenix is an amazing Company. From the first time I spoke with Brenda I knew I was going to hire Maid Right. Brenda immediately took my call and was very upbeat, friendly, professional and very understanding to my situation. I was quoted a price to do a general cleaning of my home before it goes on the market in a week. Kim and her team showed up right on time, inspected the house, reviewed what I needed done and Kim said all my requests would be done for less than originally quoted. I gave Kim the keys to my home and they jumped right in. I returned the next morning and I could not believe how clean it was; floors, baseboards, kitchen, windows and the bathrooms never looked better. This is a great company; professional, honest and trustworthy

I hired this company for a recurring cleaning service. I specifically asked for english speaking cleaners and they sent two gals that did not speak english. Communication was extremely hard. They would shake their head like they understood and then what I asked for was not done. Other than that, they gals did a nice job.

Canceled first contact. They came the next day and some of the mirrors were missed. Odor from the kitchen floor was like a stale kitchen sponge.

These two girls were top notch. Great personalities, friendly, and did a superb job. Yes this service is quite a bit more expensive than hiring independent cleaning persons, but the work is superior and well worth the money.
