They were able to schedule the move-out cleaning service for our furnished house rental in a timely manner, they were there on time, were very friendly and they did an OUTSTANDING job!

We agreed on 1 person to come help me clean my house for a few hours they changed their mind at the last minute and 2nd person showed up 'she was helpless' and cut my cleaning time by half, 2nd person was horrible, took a lot of little breaks, I want her to fully make my son's room dust free but she wouldn't even move things around to dust it and use no products for cleaning, I ended up cleaning my son's room after her. I called back asking for my fair refund amount and told them the 2nd person should have waited outside and should not have came in. She didn't even clean kitchen/living room fl

They did a wonderful job on a house that was dusty & dirty & had a lot of dog hair floating around. The rooms sparkled!

They did a very nice job, the only thing I wish they had done, but possibly that is not part of the service, is when they did the windows in the Arizona Room, they only did the interior....to do the outside of the glass slider panels they would have had to remove the window from its track, and they did not, so there were water spots and dust on the outside window panels...also the tracks were very dirty on the windows, so possibly that is something they do not do?

This was my first experience with a cleaning crew. The task at hand centered around prepping hard-to-reach areas for painting. The crew followed my detailed instructions to the letter. They were cheerful and courteous. I was thoroughly amazed (and delighted) with the results. I'd hire Maid Right again...because it provides the Right Maids!

It's great to know I'll have the same people come to clean my house and at a regular time. Now I can know them and they can know me, and I can schedule the rest of my appointments not wondering when they'll show up. A complete change from my other maid service. Thank you, Maid Right!!
