They come in do the job and are very personable

They did a fantastic job on the bathrooms and showers. Very impressed. Their service was timely and they called to ask before extending their time. It was money well spent.

When they finished I had to check if I was satisfied and then their supervisor stopped by later and also checked if I was pleased with their work.

The 2 people who came to clean the post remodel in our home were very prompt, professional and left our home sparkling. They were eager to please and I would have them back at any time.

We were told and charged for a deep clean. There is no way this can be a deep clean. Overcharged for a basic cleaning

I thought the lead person was very good and had good communication and organizational skills. The second person was much slower and needed more supervision. In the future I would prefer the lead person only or a different second person. Price was high for one super performer and one average.

I was so excited that they also vacuumed my outside patio rug. They were pleasant and well worth the money!

They arrived on time, did a very thorough job. The house was spotless when they left.

I had 2 maids male and female, I felt that the male was only worried about the clock and how much time he spent on cleaning rather than doing what needed to be done. They are schedule to come back in 2 weeks we will see how it goes. Great customer service is the only reason I am giving them another chance.

Would be nice to know up front the extra charges per hour

Concise and knowledgeable during phone reservation. Prompt. Two people sent as promised, however, neither spoke English. Interior windows were not cleaned as promised and no invoice was presented when requested. A price range was quoted at the time of reservation. At this time, I am unsure what we were charged.
