They were very adaptive to our schedule, coming very early in the morning.

This was a one time cleaning so it was a lot of work. I pointed out the light fixtures in the dining room and kitchen weren't cleaned and the lady shook her head no. I don't know if she understood me. I pointed out the glass block in the master bath was not cleaned (water condensation spots). She said it was paint. I said no it wasn't as the room hadn't been painted since the glass blocks were installed. She didn't seem to understand so I showed her that it was cleanable. She ran her cloth over it but, it needed more than that. I cleaned later. The shower tile wasn't cleaned. Floors were good.

They were very thorough and determined for me to be satisfied.

Poor communication.....did not complete the work needed for a one-time move out cleaning, and did not do the two essential things requested - shower and oven. I did ask for, and receive, a partial refund.

I have been using Maid Right for two years and I love the service and professional cleaning I receive on each visit. The ladies that clean my home are always on time and do a wonderful job consistently. I take great comfort in knowing they use a color coded cleaning system to limit the opportunity for cross contamination in my home and they are insured and bonded for additional piece of mind. Best home cleaning service I have ever used!

I requested 2 maids for 3 cleaning jobs (kitchen appliances, bathrooms, and a few windows) for 90 min. But they sent 3 maids for only 50 min, accomplished half the jobs i requested, and still expected me to pay the 90 min rate?! Cleaning was ok not great and I still had a bunch of cleaning to do after they left. I was Disappointed :(

It must have been a language issue,but what I ask to be done on the phone with the company rep was not what I got. When the employees came out to do the job,they didn't seem to know the jobs I wanted done. Their english was poor and may spanish was worst. I am having to do the work my self because of there poor work. And I paid them for not doing the job. WORST COMPANY. I will never,never,never use this company again.
