I paid $160 for a deep clean.of half the house. 1900sq ft. The rest was to be continued

Customer service was excellent. They really cared about leaving the home in perfect order.

Left corners dirty, some walls and all door frames not cleaned at all. We were quoted two hours for a 1600 sq ft house: then told it would take four hours. This was okay, it was dirty, but 2 people at four hours should have finished, or at least let me know before I did a final walk through to turn in keys. Worst of all, I have called the company and left messages requesting a response with no response. Disappointed.

I was very impressed with the customer service provided and overall work completed. They did a great job I'm the amount of time they had cleaning our very large dirty home! We loved coming home to a fresh smelling, sparkling clean home!

They did a great job on our house. Real eye for detail. I'm very picky and had nothing to complain about. From the consultation to the work, the people were friendly abs professional.

This is the best and most thorough maid service I have ever had. The cleaning was complete and deep. They thought of everything! The office manager was on top of everything; the sales manager came and explained their remarkable process, and the two cleaners did such a professional job that I felt that my house was renewed. I definitely will have them again and again.

As a business owner for many years, I value business processes and procedures, especially in services that promote the highest quality product for the client. This is all achieved with the Maid Right system. The person doing the work is a BUSINESS OWNER. Cathy understood the processes and did a magnificent job in my home. I am extremely picky and Maid Right achieved a level of excellence that I have not seen before in a cleaning service. In addition, everyone in the company is friendly as well as competent! They were great! On time and did a through job cleaning. Even had some tricks to get some stains out of the grids to my microwave.

Great staff from the sales team, office mgt and the cleaning staff themselves. Their customer service is the difference from all other maid services. The office mgr Yuirdia ( spelling maybe wrong) is excellent.

I needed my floor restored after a previous cleaning service had put down Murphy's Oil on top of a laminate floor that just left it sitting on top to track every bit of foot traffic and dirt that came across it. The business owner took time out of his day to drop by and take a look at the problem and propose a solution using green products that resulted in the floor being taken back to its original color and sheen. Only time will tell if it prevents the level of tracking that I was seeing before, but so far it's looking very good!

Went above and beyond my expectations!

The ladies do a wonderful job and really pay attention to detail...I am very impressed with the color coordinated rags and cleaning solutions, for specific areas, to avoid cross contamination when cleaning. I also love the Enviro-shield. I always feel that my house has had a deep clean, rather than just a weekly service. Thank you, Maid Right!
