Ravi Singh, President of Balance Landscape, was a pleasure to work with. He responded in a timely manner, listened to what exactly I wanted done and completed the job quickly. His crew was very professional and completely cleaned up everything after the job was finished. I highly recommend Balance Landscape and will be using them again very soon for another project that I have.

Ravi and his team responded to our request in a timely fashion and did a great job updating our backyard. This included adding some pavers, installing artificial turf and 1/2 stone ground cover.

Ravi and his team did a beautiful job Landscaping my backyard earlier this year. However, when I ask them to come back to replace some plants that had not made it, things started going downhill. It seems like it took forever to get an appointment, and I was the one having to come after him to find out when they could come back. I felt the quote was high, but even though the plants are warrantied for a year and the replacement is free, the labor makes up for it big time. I left a check under my front mat for them the day they came back to clean up the yard and replace the plants. That was a mistake. Most of it looked fine however I was very dissatisfied with something and I sent them a photo. He got back to me and explained why it was not cut but I did not understand, so I responded with a question and asked them when they could come back to fix it. I never got a response. I have asked the same question over the past 10 days in three separate inquiries and have not received a response. I guess they took the money and that is the end of that. I feel very taken advantage of, and I am really upset that they would not respond to a question or respond when they could come back to fix the problem that I have already paid them for. I would never ever use them ever again for this reason. If you are a single woman I would steer clear. Once again they got their money and that is the end of that.

Ravi and his team did a great job on our front and back yards. The job included turf, paving, pool coping, travertine, planting and irrigation system. The team worked very fast, while maintaining very high standards for every part of the project. Ravi was always available both on the phone and face to face to answer any questions, make any changes or advise on any issue. I highly recommend Balance Landscaping!!!

Great work. Artificial front lawn looks awesome. You might find it cheaper, but youâ ll have difficulty beating the quality.

The crew showed each day on time and did exactly what was required for the project in very hot conditions . The pricing was fair and the work done was fantastic. I highly recommend using Balance Landscaping for any project that includes pavers.

Ravi and his team were amazing to work with on our backyard. They spent a little over a week on our yard and made it an amazing space! Thank you for your hard work - especially in 109-112 degree conditions! Definitely will hire you again!

Great to work with them, appreciated their service, I thought it was great what they did overall and I'd hire them again for a landscaping job.

They are very neat and clean and when the work was done you couldn't even tell they were here! It was neatly done, the customer service is excellent, and the price is unbeatable. They are very concerned about what the customer thinks, always ask your opinion and change anything if you want it to be changed.

Fast talking and don't trust what he says. Price changes during the work process. Overall the job is bad and would not recommend him.

I hired Balance Landscape design to update my backyard and front patio. The crew did an OUTSTANDING job and were very thorough, clean and completed all the work as expected. They installed pavers, benches, fire pit, raised herb garden and a couple of trees. Ravi was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating in my last minute changes. He offered suggestions and was very responsive to emails/calls. We have already talked about a phase 2 project and Ravi and team are my go to! My only regret is that I didn't find Balance Landscaping for my previous landscaping projects! Highly recommend!

Ravi and his team were very professional and interested in doing my project. I say this because I've reached out to other businesses who simply did not return my calls. This team was punctual and completed the project when he said they would. They created a beautiful yard for me and my family. After completion of the project I noted one small item that was off. Ravi came out that very next morning and fixed the issue. That issue was the truest testament of a professional job well done. I am pleased and would recommend this business.

They did a wonderful job installing the pavers however they damaged an irrigation PVC line and it took quite a bit of time for them to repair it. But the repair was completed.

Ravi and his team were professional, punctual and they created a beautiful patio and side yard for us. It is rare that I hear about a construction/yard job where people are pleased with pretty much everything, but we really are happy! Our front yard was uneven and they leveled it out for us and replaced the irrigation system so that we could enlarge our patio. After years of sprinkler issues on the side yard that ruined the door, we went with the artificial grass. Great job by his team, and Ravi is enjoyable to work with. We've already recommended him to friends.

Ravi contacted me shortly after having submitted a request for quotes on installing pavers over my back patio, extending it over dirt and between the patio and pool deck. I contacted Ravi a while later when we were ready and he and his crew were out within a few days to confirm our plan and quoted us a fair price. The job was done within two days and everything was exactly how we wanted it. Very professional, efficient, communicative and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend Balance Landscaping to anyone looking to have pavers installed or in need of landscaping.

Ravi and the crew were great. Not the cheapest but very happy with the quality. The pavers especially look fantastic. And extremely professional. Ravi always responded to texts and calls immediately and was very flexible. He has an eye for design and was great at helping us develop the vision.

Ravi was the first pro to personally call & respond to my quote request. Professional and easy to get in contact with. Immediate response to all my texts/calls. Estimate was within budget though I felt for the time & work put into my request was still a little high. Quality of work was excellent. His 3 workers came on time and cleaned up nicely. Also the crew was very friendly. The project was to extend a patio and build a new patio. I will consider them on any future work.
