Ravi did an excellent job of helping us work through some supply issues during our project. Chaka and his crew did a great job on the paving and we look forward to working with Balance again on future projects.

We love our new backyard! We had a pretty big project. Take out almost all existing landscaping, extend our patio, redo existing irrigation and add more, put down artificial grass and create a custom garden area. I can't say enough good things about Matt, who managed the project and his team. Freddie, who lead the crew took the time to do some beautiful detail work with pavers around our existing trees. He clearly takes pride in his work I was also plesently surprised with an extra water spicket in my garden area that hadn't been discussed. Matt took the time to really listen and built me some beautiful custom planters from wine barrels. When it comes to the basics they can do it all and some great custom things too. All also very professionally done. The crew was awesome and considerate while at our home. We were pleased and the cost was more than fair for the scope of the project.

When they had a delay, the president of the company called and apologized. Then the company rep stopped by the house the day before and assured me they would be there the next day and confirmed the scope of work with me

Matt and his team were very good! They listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to up sell like others had before them. They did great work, the crew was courteous and hard working. One patch of grass wasn’t taken so we called them and the crew came back and installed more sprinkler heads without hesitation. Matt came by a few days later to make sure the grass was growing properly. Their customer service was excellent! And I highly recommend Balance Landscaping!!

We had a great experience with Balance Landscaping. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Ravi the owner also stopped by our home a few times to make sure everything was going smooth. Their crew was fast, friendly, efficient and did a great job cleaning up each day which is appreciated. Ravi set an appointment to view the property. I had supplied him with a quick hand drawn layout of our very large empty dirt yard. We needed a new patio and a walkway to the back gate, a grass area, complete with irrigation ,an area covered with stone, and a few shrubs to align the wall. We also included stone in the front yard. Ravi and the crew members were absolutely fantastic. They actually completely finished the whole project in 4 days. My husband and I highly recommend this landscaping company to help you with your next landscaping project.

Balance got our project done on a tight deadline and the work was substantially complete within 2 days of the proposed deadline which, by normal construction standards, is pretty good. The workers and project manager were all very responsive, and careful working around an existing raised bed garden that was to remain after the work. Sequencing could use a bit more thought and the estimating potentially could have been more precise, leading to a change order that maybe should not have been necessary. But again, we had a substantial project with a lot of different materials and at the end of the day, Ravi was very fair and, I believe, we both walked away happy. Last but not least, Matthew worked hard to get us a prompt bid even though he was traveling at the time and he has very good design ideas. For me, I know I enjoyed looking at my landscaping from the pool last night! I would hire them again. Thanks Guys!

This company has problems networking with each other. The first day (4) people showed up. The next day there were (3). At one point there were only (2) people. The project was supposed to take 3 to 4 days. It took them a week which really inconvenienced me. The negotiated price was cut in stone, however, Ravi tried to charge me more as the assignment progressed. The drip system wires were damaged and they promised to repair them. They claimed they repaired the wires but the drip system is not working. I will call the builder to come out to check on this drip system to see if it was repaired properly. At one point I had to tell Matthew the employees were taking super long breaks and playing on their phones. If I had to do it over, I would not hire them. A communication gap contributed to the work not being done in a timely manner.

They installed new sod in our backyard and the finished product looks great! They were very quick and certainly knew what they were doing. They also fixed our sprinklers to make sure the grass is getting good coverage and informed us on proper upkeep of our new lawn. I would highly recommend them!!

The installation crew were great Juan kept me informed the whole time about any changes, cost were what was quoted.

They were very prompt, were here when they said they would be. I would say brick-layers were very competent and hard-working. We had a few communication problems with the people in charge. Cost was more than original bid due to that. Watch for a potential low bid that grows.

Ravi and Matt were both very professional and worked well with all of our projects. Even though we started with just artificial turf and kept adding on projects, they were extremely patient and the workers understood exactly what we envisioned and needed. During the project we even settled on a budget friendly price for some areas and it was a win-win for both sides. I’ve had my fair share of bad contractors but this company is by far the best. The finished outcome and quality is definitely worth it.

Ravi and his team do quality work. The price was higher than I anticipated, but Balance delivered a great product in a short period of time.

They showed up when they said they would and, if something came up they notified us right away so we were not waiting for them. We would definitely use them again!

I absolutely love my yard now. He saw my vision perfectly and even offered things I didn t know were possible. My paver patio is a joy. Scheduling was amazing and everything got done super fast. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs landscaping done.

Balance Landscaping was professional and timely with their work. We are impressed with the work they did and highly recommend them.

Great work for a great price. We asked them to have 1,500sq feet of pavers done, move my sprinkler line and put up a fire pit in a few weeks. They did great work and cleaned up. I'll be using them to finish my back yard when I have the money saved up.

Completely satisfied with the work done. Mr. Singh and his crew were professionals. They were focused on the task, clean in there appearance and work performed. I had already purchased the material with the idea I would install the pavers myself. Mr. Singh understood my issue, helped me with the plan and started the project on Saturday morning. Great. Ravi and his crew were very efficient. I wanted to spread sand over the existing pavers and seal them. Ravi advised against sealing the existing pavers as it create a maintenance task going forward to keep them looking good. Even though he lost some work, he gave me great advice.

Ravi and his team did a great job with our total backyard remodel/landscaping. We had pavers, curbing, artificial turf, and granite installed. We were very impressed with Ravi, the owner of Balance Landscaping, LLC.~ he is a man of his word. If Ravi said he was going to be at our house at a certain time he was always exactly on time. He was always reachable by phone if we had a question. Ravi s team worked hard and finished on time. We will definitely hire Ravi again when we are ready to work on the front yard and have already recommended him to several of our friends.
