Courteous, professional, performed the project on a timely manner and very communicative. One of my pet peas is setting times and dates with contractors and them not showing up and/or being delayed and not calling. That didn't happen! Also, took care of the permit when I didn't want to be bothered with it. Good Job!

They came out and did the work quickly once we got the permits from Maricopa County. If it's Maricopa County expect long delays!

We had a quote from these people dated Nov.1, 2010. It is now December 4, 2010, the job is still not completed! There was some delay in getting a permit, but once that was received, the work should have been completed in a day. They had to dig down 18 feet to lay a gas line. We had to fill it in after inspection. They had to dig up a portion of a brick sidewalk, we were told that they would not lay the bricks back in place, that was not their job. There is still a piece of equipment that is not installed. Some companys go above and beyond expectations, this company does not even meet the basic expectations, in our opinion.

I work for a municipality and needed to assist a distraught citizen in getting a gas pressure test performed on a new home. Alpha Bell, LLC expeditiously came to the rescue and tested the lines in order for the city to approve and the gas company to set the meter.
