Description of Work: Exterior painting of a 1500 square foot home, including stucco patching. Their prep work of the wood trim was excellent; it included a sanding. The wood trim was in poor condition but ending up looking better than I expected. It was a pleasant experience working with them.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE OF THE THREE OTHER BIDS WE RECEIVED. THEY DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID ABOUT 50 HOUSES IN OUR SUB-DIVISION. THEY SPILLED A BUCKET OF PAINT IN THE STREET AND ACTUALLY REPAVED THE STREET TO COVER THE PAINT SPILL.

 + -1 moreI HAVEN'T BEEN THIS IMPRESSED WITH CONTRACTED WORK SINCE I MOVED TO THE VALLEY 10 YEARS AGO. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD, PLUS THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETE IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE JOB. THEY LEFT EXTRA TOUCH UP PAINT PLAINLY MARKED ON THE CANS.
Description of Work: PAINTED THE EXTERIOR OF A TWO STORY HOUSE, ABOUT 2700 SQ. FT. WITH PRIMER AND THEN A HEAVY COAT OF PREMIER QUALITY PAINT. ALSO PAINTED ALL THE TRIM AND CAULKED ALL OPENINGS IN ONE DAY. IT WAS A NINE MAN CREW.
