Mike was pleasant, polite, and professional. He cleaned a leather arm chair that had been vomited on. He did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. Best of all, we can sit in that chair again and no one can tell there was ever a problem. I highly recommend Mike.

I cannot believe that Mike was able to get my TAN microfiber sectional so clean. I have three children that ate and drank (and spilled) on that couch. I would have been happy if he was able to get some of the stains out but honestly, he got ALL the stains out. The couch looks brand new!!!! Mike arrived on time (drove an hour to get to my house), worked non stop for 1.5 hours, and did not try to sell me anything else or ask for friends numbers. He called me back immediately after I submitted the Service Magic form and was super friendly and professional when he came to clean the carpets. I also had my microfiber sofa cleaned and it looks great.

Mike was very proffesional and did a great job cleaning my family room carpet. They worked quickly (but didn't "cut corners") and were done before I knew it. He seems to have high end equipment which does a great job on the tough areas. Good price; good service' would not hesitate to use him again. Appreciate that he donates 1% to breast cancer awareness as I saw after the fact in his bio.

Enjoyed meeting Mike and we chatted as he cleaned our sofa, love seat and chair. I watched him the entire time he worked. Talk about thorough! Every nook and cranny was completely pre-treated and cleaned. Our furniture has a "brand new" look to it and we are completely satisfied. And...the price was right! Mike was very professional with the work i had needed done. i was in the middle of a new prodject that i had an unfortunate issue in my only carpeted room that would have stopped me from being able to move in my new furniture. he arrived the very next day after i spoke with him at 9pm the night before and had the carpet cleaned well beyond my expectation of how it would come out. i will absolutely use their service again for all their services.

Mike was courteous and the parts of the rug that he cleaned were well done. I was disappointed that it took over 24 hours for the rug to dry. And I found the slogan on the side of his truck ironic. It states, "We don't cut corners, we clean them." I had carefully removed everything from my sons room. After Mike left and I went to return my son's belongings, I found that not only did he not wash the rug behind the bed, he hadn't vacuumed it either. Scraps and dust and dirt coated the rug. That's what I call cutting corners.

Mike did a great job!! I would definately use his company again and would have no problem in recommending him to others. I also appreciated Mike's attention to detail as he wore shoe covers after the rug had been cleaned as not to track any dirt or grit onto the newly cleaned rug.

They did an excellant job, my furniture looks like new!!! Mike is very professional and very comfortable to have in your home. My recliner was ready to get thrown out!! It looks new I never would have beleived it. I received a cleaning solution for furniture and carpet spots for a lifetime. I have already used it on a spot on my carpet. Excellant!!
