The man was late, scarred the walls with his machine, and tried to charge me more than he'd said on the phone.

Great service. Very professional. Mike showed up on time, looked over the carpeting throughout the apt., asked if there were any problem spots. He took the time to tell me the process and what type of chemicals he would be using. Had a couple of spots that did not come out 100%, so he got out his magic chems, applied, let set, and VOILA!, spots were gone! Mike was very congenial. Once done, and satisfied with the results, he made sure I was too. Which I was. After packing up, he returned wearing shoe covers, as not to bring in any outside dirt. Gave me a free bottle of spot remover, explained how to use it. Also gave me a brochure with tips

Mike cleaned my carpets,a sofa, and a loveseat yesterday. It looks like brand new carpet! And brand new furniture! When I contacted Servicemagic, I heard from Mike the same day. First, Mike was extremely professional, prompt, personable, and knowledgable. As long as he is in business, he will be helping me keep my home clean. The results were amazing. I have had other companies previously clean my furniture and carpeting, but never with the same results. Everything looks wonderful. Mike set appropriate expectations (which were exceeded). He worked quietly, cleaned up well and tried different techniques to remove a stubborn stain (which worked). I couldn't be more satisfied with him and his service and will be recommending Mike to others.

Fast call back, Michael was very profesional and curtious. My carpets have not look this good in years we were actually thinking about ripping them up and putting new flooring down which would have cost a lot more than cleaning the carpets. Price was very reasonable especially in this economy. He also gave extra care when exiting and enter my house wearing special shoe liners so he would not track dirt from the outside onto the wet carpets.
