Mike was very professional, arrived on time and did a great job with my 2 large couches. My one couch had been peed on by my grand puppy and marked up by my grandchild during Thanksgiving. Mike was able to make the couches look like new. I was so impressed with his work, I have hired him to clean my tile floors.

We bought a beautiful laz-e-boy recliner about 6 years ago and never had it professionally cleaned. It was so dirty we didn't think it could even BE cleaned. Mike came in, and in about a half hour, my beautiful chair was back! Would absolutely use again!

I wrote a review right after the carpets were cleaned by Southwest Carpet, and gave them a five. The next day I asked Mike O'Connell why I had been overcharged from the amount quoted and why I didn't get an itemized bill. He told me he would call me the next day. Two days later, I called him and he told me he was going to call me that night. To this day I haven't heard from him. I'm very disappointed in Mike and HomeAdvisor that was supposed to vet him. In the future I'll think twice about using HomeAdvisor.
