Reparo Landscaping

Phenomenal. Basically used your messaging system to do the entire communication right up to the final agreement on price. Darn near same day service. I will definitely use Reparo again. Hopefully getting on their recurring schedule for routine maintenance. Clearly this would have taken me several days to accomplish, but Omar and his crew took about 3 hours.

We have two very large trees (around 60 feet) in the front yard that were trimmed back and four medium size trees in the back yard. They did a great job and each time we've had them out we have them blow away leaves and trim our bushes. Omar is very responsive and dependable and we are always very happy with the work they do.

Service was great, will use again.

I called Reparo based on positive reviews here. Omar came out with his Dad and we settled on a price. My yard in back was overgrown and I had a lot of leaves out front. Omar and his dad were very personable and they and their crew went right to work. They worked for hours, trimmed trees and blew out stuff under bushes which my previous landscapers never did. Omar even came and asked for my pool equipment and scooped out the clippings. After they finished, they had me walk around and check everything. My yard hasn't looked this good in a long time. I will be setting up monthly service with Reparo shortly.

They came out the same day we called because we were having a party the next day! The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased. We are using them again this week.

Here is an example of Omar going above and beyond. I emailed the company for a quote and before we could speak I had left to California for a few days. Omar called me and we agreed that he could go look at the yard even though I wasn't home to give me a price estimate. He looked at the yard and we discussed the work I needed done and agreed upon a price. My next question was when can you do it and he said right now. I said sure and they got started right away. I had a few concerns about getting the olive tree trimmed properly and Omar was kind enough to offer to text me several pictures of the finished product. When I got home and saw the trees trimmed and the rocks cleaned I was very pleased. I have never met Omar and his crew but I will most certainly call them again when I need some major yard work done.

Trimmed tree, bushes, hedges, sprayed weed control and cleaned up all debris. Was very efficient and the crew was friendly. I will use their services again. Omar and his Dad know what they are doing and have all the necessary landscaping equipment.

Omar and his crew came on time, we looked at what was needed to be done, talked price, the guys went to work, they worked hard and very fast, had my yard looking great in a couple of hours, Will use Omar and his guys again in the future

Omar and his team are outstanding! Just before the holidays, I noticed a flooding issue in my back yard. I was expecting to have to wait due to the timing but they came over that same day. They found the problem and fixed it. While they were there I asked about other services that I expected would have to wait till after the New Year, but again they did everything that the same day. They did really excellent work and the front and back yard looks great. On New Year's Day I noticed another problem. I sent Omar a text message, and he and the crew came over first thing the next day. Once again, they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

I called have someone to come over and give me an estimate around 8:30am. They said someone would be here in about an hour and he came in about 45 mins. Gave me the estimate and when I asked when they could do it he said "today". The crew was here in 45 mins or so and they did a great job. They took all the trees down and then dug out the roots and pulled out the stumps. They did weeding and weed whacking in both yards and sprayed both yards with a roundup type stuff. And they cleaned up the entire mess and hauled it away. There were 4 of them I think or maybe 5 in the crew that came over, and it was all done in about 5 hrs. The estimator had said maybe it would take a day and a half, so I was really amazed that they got it all in that amount of time. I was so impressed with them, I hired them to come over monthly to maintain it.

He was willing to come sooner, but today was the day that worked best for me. Through it all, he was pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate the fact that he keeps in touch via phone and email. He even calls just before to let me know his arrival time.I will be using him for my next yard cleanup and for any other work that may arise. Wonderful work ethics and no language problem, either.

We reached out to Reparo to get a quote for landscaping, rescaping and yard cleanup. Omar's father came out at the day and time I requested which was really great and it turns out we've used them in the past at our former home so it was good to see familiar faces. I got a call from Omar the next day with a quote and they started on the yard cleanup and tree removal that day! They also leveled off a part of our yard for a future spa and did it all with a 4-5 man crew so it was done in record time. It was nice to hear them singing and laughing throughout the process like they really enjoy their work. They left a couple of sprinkler heads uncapped which was a bummer but all in all we were happy with the work, especially the price! Their quote on additional rock and landscaping was a little high so we'll shop around some more for that but we may still go with them since we know they will show up and do a good job.

After initial contact they came out to give me a complete estimate of what they would do and what it would cost. They had just finished another job so the crew was already with them from it. Gave me the estimate which was fair. I would have liked it a bit less but I'm cheap. After we agreed on the price rather than come back the next day they immediately started working and finished the next morning. Very professional, personal, prompt, and did exactly what I needed done. There was no aggressive cutting nor any corners cut. I was COMPLETELY happy with their work. No communications problems with the non English speaking employees as the English speaking personnel translated perfectly to them. I am satisfied with the experience, will use them again, and recommend them to anyone needing yard work, landscaping, haul away, and stump removal.

Talked to Omar the day before thanksgiving. They were able to come out on Friday. Omar's brother Jose came with a crew that included his dad. They were very knowledgable about all the plant life and had solid recommendations. The job they did on the date palm was transformational and amazing! They were friendly, worked diligently and cleaned up thoroughly. The yard looks fantastic. Will definitely call them in the spring.

I was very happy with the work Omar and his crew did with hauling so much rock and dirt from my backyard. He was very professional in explaining to me the details on what was involved in hauling the rocks out. He emailed me in a timely manner and contacted me right away after I initially called him. He was able to work with me on the price as he knew I was on a limited budget. He, along with his crew worked very hard all morning and day into the early evening to finish clearing the huge pile I had worked so hard to get rid of. It was an eyesore in my backyard for many months so it is very nice to see it gone.

Omar, his father and team did a great job of cleaning up my yard and removing the dead cactus and bushes that were a nuisance. They did this all in very quickly and efficiently. It was probably more than I wanted to spend but then again my yard has not been this clean since I moved in over a year ago so all and all it was probably a fair deal. I would definitely use them again.

Omar and his crew originally came out in October to do a general landscaping of my front and back yards. I was so impressed with the results, I had them come back the following month to desert landscape (gravel) my front yard. As with our first encounter, he was very professional, very thorough in going over the details of the job. There was an issue with an existing leak in the drip system. Omar and his father determined the cause of the problem and did the necessary work to fix the issue. They showed me all the pertinent receipts and actually gave me a discount on that part of the work Needless to say, I am very impressed with the overall job. They were done in a single day and the yard looks absolutely beautiful. I plan to hire them again for maintenance work and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for quality landscaping.

I called Omar up and scheduled a time for him to come over and give me a quote. He was very proffessional and he and his crew showed up ready to work on the day of the quote. I have gone through 3 different landscapers who all started great on the first day and then the quality faded away as the months went by. So I thought I would find one here on Angie's list. Omar and his crew go right in and get out FAST! I have never seen yardwork done so quickly and at first I was skeptical that the quality was there since they were in an out. But I was completely wrong. My front and back yard looked amazing. BEST service I have received ever. I look forward to keeping Omar and his crew on a routine schedule and would definitely reccommend his services to anyone.

Omar and his crew came in at the date and time agreed upon. All work was done within the time that was allocated. They were courteous, professional and hard working. Omar consulted me about the placement and choice of plants. He answered my questions as to what would be the best plant in which particular spot, where would the irrigation tubing be placed, etc. After the work was done, we went through the yards and he answered questions I had about irrigation amounts and times, He reinforced his wanting to hear from me if I had any doubts, concerns or questions. It was a pleasant, stress-free experience. I was glad I joined Angie's list and found Reparo Landscaping!!

Omar contacted me within hours of my leaving voicemail. I explained the extent of services needed and he said he could do it within the week. He was very accommodating about scheduling and arrived with full crew on the day and on time that was most convenient for me. They did a full clean up and haul away of major yard clean-up, four tree stumps fully removed and the holes filled in. Two large trees and three citrus trees were fully trimmed and look very nice. A leaky sprinkler was dug up and fixed. A unexpectedly large ant mound was found and exterminated. The weeds and yard waste were removed front and back and the dirt raked and generally tidied up. I was particularly pleased with how complete the hauling away of yard waste. A previous lawn company left a lot behind and was a major hassle. Omar and his crew did a great job at a great price. I am ashamed to say my yard has been a neighborhood eye sore and now it is one of the best. I will use Omar again without hesitation.

Reparo is now my regular yard work company. We use them once a month and are very happy. They arrive as scheduled, ask if we have any special requests, and complete the work promptly as requested.

Omar, Rosario and the crew are amazing! When I first contacted Omar to set an estimate appointment, my call was returned within minutes. He is friendly and very professional. On the day of the appointment, he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Omar and Rosario walked our lot with us, letting us detail what we wanted to have done as well as answering many of our questions since we are new to AZ and this type of landscape, sharing their thoughts on how certain things would grow back, which ones would be best removed. They were patient and knowledgeable and provided a price to us on the spot. Omar even verbally detailed what the cost of some of the different services were in case we needed to scale back ("X" dollars for each big tree, etc.). We thought the price was very good for all the work that needed to be done. They called in the troops and we had 7 men working on the yard in a matter of minutes. They did a fantastic job - it looks so clean and tidy now. They went through with blowers after all the cutting/trimming was done. They even mowed our grass, which we weren't expecting and was a very nice added touch. They also skimmed the pool at the end to clean up any debris that had been blown in there. Thoroughly impressed. I would highly recommend them - A+++++. We plan to work with them again whenever we need any kind of lawn service.
