Reparo Landscaping

Well they did quite a bit. They removed a tree, cut off the sprinkler system, removed rocks, and trimmed palm trees, bushes and trees.. etc. The workers were very nice and polite and got the job done fast. Although there were a few minor details that I was dissapointed in, the work they did was phenomenal. They really do have an eye for detail, especially in the trimming, and really opened up my house. Even my neighbors commented on the difference! The minor details consisted of: leaving some rocks behind in two areas and not spraying weed killer when they told me they would. It is hard to find people that put this much effort into making the results look this good and I would definitely use them again.

Tried for a week to get an appointment. Lots of texting back and forth but still no appointment. Most of the texts were like "we can be there in 30 minutes" with no notice. I can't be available with no notice for a landscaper.... Just tell me a day and time so I can make sure to be home. Seemed like a nice guy but frustrating.

Omar was very responsive, communication is important to me. I had 2 properties that needed work. He kept in touch on when he would be able to go to the properties and provide me a quote. The price was reasonable and they actually did more than we expected. There was a slight miscommunication on how far we wanted some bushes trimmed (they did less than we wanted). Omar was very apologetic and returned the next day to trim them back lower, he also charged us a little more but there was a lot we wanted trimmed back and hauled away.

They did everything I asked for and no problems at all. They came out that evening for the estimate and were there in the morning to do the work to my satisfaction.

Reparo did good work when they were there but I wanted a provider who would give me a schedule and stick to it.

We contacted Reparo Landscaping early this morning regarding setting up a time to have our palms trimmed as they are blooming and making a mess of our pool. They replied quickly and stated they would call tomorrow to set up an appointment for next week. Valentin then called my husband and said they had someone near our address and could come out today!! Valentin and 2 other workers came out at 4 pm and trimmed our 3 palms, finishing around 6 pm. They did a great job and cleaned up well! They even skimmed our pool to make sure they didn't leave messy water! We couldn't be happier with our experience, the prompt response and very fair price! We will definitely be using this company again for our landscaping/tree trimming needs!!!

Omar's pricing is very fair. He and his team do great work. In my opinion, Omar aims to please the customer and takes great pride in customer service and in his work.

Our yard was quite overgrown so trimming it was quite a task. Omar and his father were super friendly and efficient. They did everything they said they would and it looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I used them because of the description of their business. They do clean up and that was basically what I needed.

I talked to two people at this service. They took my home number and cell phone number. We agreed on a day and time for the meeting. They never showed and never called. What a total waste of time. I'm going elsewhere.

They had a huge crew and were finished in a few hours. When I had questions, they were immediately responsive and fixed any areas of concern. I look forward to using them again in the future.

Rosario and Omar (father and son) and their team were wonderful. As out-of-state landlords, we only had a limited amount of time in Phoenix to see to a number of outstanding issues on two different properties. Omar managed to fit us in, and Rosario came out right away the first day we were in town. We did a walk-through on the two properties, explaining what we wanted, and Rosario provided a quote on the spot. One property had major overgrowth of bougainvillea and oleander bushes--it was a jungle! The other property had crazy growth of weeds, and the lawn had died because the drip system wasn't working properly. On the first property, we also wanted to install desert landscaping and gravel the dirt side yard where tenants park (ground was riddled with tire tracks). On the other property, we wanted to extend the drip system and plant bougainvillea in the front yard and along a fence on the property line, for privacy. Rosario, his sons, and workers worked all day Friday and through the weekend, including part of Sunday, to get everything they could done so that we could see the results while we still in town. They had to wait until the following week, after we were gone, for the delivery of the gravel, but Omar sent us pictures once it was installed. Everything turned out great! The yards look tidy, the drip system was fixed/reprogrammed, the new sod is green and beautiful, and the bougainvillea are doing well. We did point out that one bougainvillea plant looked discolored, and Omar and Rosario were quick to replant a new one. Omar was very communicative, responding to text messages after-hours regarding our preferences on the gravel color, and everyone was pleasant and professional. We will definitely hire Reparo again!

Arrived within the time window indicated, called first to verify I was available. Quickly assessed the work required and Omar and his Dad & crew got to work. Left things in a better state than when they arrived and did exactly what they indicated they would do. Would use again in the future for cleanup work.

Omar and his team were amazing. Omar was excellent with communication throughout the entire process. He and his team worked fast and hard, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again in the future.

I called and spoke with Omar; set up a time to get an estimate. Estimate was very reasonable. His crew started right away. They trimmed and cleaned all the areas that we discussed and hauled everything away. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them!!

I scheduled the appointment with Reparo Landscaping the day before the service was performed. Originally they had said that they would be there as soon as they could the morning of the service date, and I appreciated that because I had very limited availability in the afternoon. Instead, I didn't receive a call until 11:45am and the crew didn't arrive at my property until 12:15pm. I could understand how it may have been difficult for them to get to me right away because the appointment was only made the day before, but it would have been nice to receive a call to let me know they weren't going to be there as early. This wasn't ideal for me but they made up for it with excellent service, completed quickly. They were able to remove all weeds, cut down invasive grass, remove misc plant debris, trash, and leftover construction waste before my afternoon availability dried up. Overall it took about 2 hours, which was very quick service with the size of my yard and how much work there was to be done. I was impressed. The price they asked for the work done was also a pretty good deal. I would recommend Reparo Landscaping to anybody who is able to make their appointment a few days in advance, or has availability for their entire day.

He was a no show twice to do an estimate for our property. I think this is very unprofessional.

It went perfectly. Oman, Rosario, and his crew arrived right on time. We did a walk-through. They gave me a very reasonable price for a lot of work. They were quick, thorough, friendly, and professional - they understood exactly what I was hoping they would do, and they did a great job of it. I plan on calling them again in a few months when I need to have this done again. I was happy and very impressed.

I contacted Reparo Landscaping to come out and give an estimate for a one time yard cleanup for both the front and back yards. I gave Omar the details on what I needed done, including tree trimming, palm trimming, weed control, trimming, mowing,blowing, etc. I also requested that they remove a stretch of gravel in which the Burmuda grass was growing thickly, dig the grass out, lay down landscaping fabric, and put the gravel back. Omar was able to work with me on the price, with me making a quick run to Home Depot for the landscaping fabric, which they did not have with them, and start the work immediately. The crew did a very good job and the yard looked great. I asked for a quote for a regular maintenance routine but Omar indicated that at this time they were not doing that scope of work.

Was able to work with my schedule to get the job done quickly. Very responsive to my emails through Angie's List messaging system.

Wow, I called Omar based on angie's list reviews and I'm so glad I did. Omar, his father and team came out and did a fantastic job on the yard of our newly purchased home. We had some big leaks in our watering system and mature trees that required trimming. The crew was professional and did an outstanding job. We will be using them for bi-monthly maintenance and strongly recommend them!

Rosario (father) & Omar (son) & their crew were out & did a quick yard maintenance at a home we are turning into a rental, & then came to our new home & tackled a very large project. They were at our home for several hours. They worked hard, were quick & the price was fair for the amount of work they had to do. We highly recommend them for your landscaping needs. Our yard (front & back) looks great!!! We are scheduling them again to go back to our other home to repair a couple of irrigation leaks.

They are knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely call on them whenever I have any landscaping needs.
