Hi [Member Name Removed], Wow, I am surprised at your giving us a D rating. I can see in the history for your address that we have not done service for you since 2013, and in the 3 years that we did service your home I cannot find any notes of deficient service comments or even the need for a return service under the warranty. I can also see that you had us service your previous home in Phoenix from 2003 to 2009 with no complaints on file. We work very hard to keep our customers happy, and even though you have not been our customer for the last 4 years, I still would open an invitation for you call me so that I may understand what could have prompted the grading. Description of Work: My home is sprayed/treated every other month. Their technicians are the nicest people...very personable. Always prompt. They check with me about any problems I may have and spray accordingly. I've had them do other services for me and am totally satisfied. Customer service is FIRST RATE.

Dear Customer, Doing the job cheaper and more effectively is not the answer to Roof Rat control. Of course everyone would like all their pest control services to be cheaper, but honestly if you want more effective, that generally means it cost more! At least for good reputable companies, we are not trying to be the low cost leader, we are trying to be the best at what we do! We did a good job for you, you seemed happy, and you suspended service because you said there were no more rodents. Our records do not indicate any dissatisfaction whatsoever, or we would have addressed any issues. I think scoring a company based on price is not a proper measure, anyone can do pretty much any service cheaper than their competitor, but what you got for the money, the "VALUE" is what should be measured. We deliver results, and we guarantee them. And for all that read these reviews, and see a "B" or "C" in the price field, please know up front, we are NOT the CHEAPEST... If you are an Angie's List Member, I would think the most important thing is not the lowest price, but getting your money's worth, and in our business that means, getting RESULTS. Description of Work: We have been using Invader Pest Mgmt for years (16 at current home and a couple years at prior home). Have always been very pleased with regular service provided. Have also used once for bee control - one visit and problem resolved. Friendly, professional and responsive - both office staff and technicians. Really like that we have had consistency with same technician for past several years - he knows our property and any issues we've had so visits are simple. Definitely would recommend their service.

Description of Work: I only have the exterior of the house treated unless there is a need for treatment inside. Price would be the same. The exterior is treated at ground level and under the patio roofing. They are careful not to spray and edible plants.
