They are always prompt and professional. I get reminder calls and we set up service at that time. I've been using Invader for a number of years now and would recommend them to anyone looking for pest control service.

It went very well. I have used Invader Pest Management for several years and they have kept my old house pest free. From this service I am still finding dead and dying bugs from the treatment. Also, I like that they were shoe covers in my house to protect my floors from what they walk through outside.

All went well until my bill came and then they tell me that the bill was my second notice for payment. Funny because I never got the first one. When I call to find out why,I get someone so cocky that I had to cancel my contract with them. Never again. All this after about 20 years with this company.

Really only noticed a difference for several days. After that the problem was about the same. We've had other exterminators treat before and the treatments seemed to make more of a difference for a longer period of time. We weren't completely dissatisfied, but not overwhelmed either.

The first service was Thermidor, and this service person was excellent, approximately late 2013. This last service person was just the opposite. I now have signs of termites again, so I am going to call and schedule, based on the warranty. I will know much more shortly, and I will advise.

Were having problems with ants so did an Angie's List Big Deal for coming out twice to spray. This was a one time service, not a commitment. Their regular service seemed pricey, so when the ants returned a few months later I called out another company. The initial service went great and they came out quickly for service and worked with me to schedule the 2nd service during a time that fit my schedule. Service was fine, and we have a huge house and a good size yard, but still felt price was too high.

They are wonderful. If you need them to come out a hundred times, they come out a hundred times so they are great. My weeds are very controlled and I am very satisfied with their service. I have never had any issues with them.

From what I can remember, everything was okay. They were very professional. I don't have any complaints about them.

I have been using InvaderPM for about 3-4 and have been VERY happy with their services, prices & proffesionalism. I started to get overrun ( I was being invaded) with scorpions after being in my home for 8 years& never seeing a single one. I have not seen 1 scorpion in my house since Invader started treating my home. The techs are professional and on time. Josh is pleasant & funny too. The scheduling process is great. They call to remind you of your scheduled time to ensure you will be available. They also do Saturday treatments. I have NEVER had a scheduling snaf-f* with these people. April runs a tight ship on scheduling, which is appreciated. :-) Additionally, I kept having termites and my original warranty with the contractor the home builder used to treat my lot kept re-treating and termites kept coming back. I explained my dilemma to Invader and they discovered that Sexton Pest had not registered my treatment with some governmental entity, which is required by law. Without this registration, my warranty would be void; not happy. After pursuing Sexton on this issue, they said they had no record of my initial treatment, which confirmed what Invader told me. Sexton was promptly fired and I had Invader treat for termites as well and now my warranty is with Invader. Guess what? I don't see termites anymore. Problem solved. This contractor cares about their reputation and it shows in the service they provide.

The provider showed up as promised and explained exactly the services to be performed. All work was executed as promised.

I used Invader for many years at my home, always punctual and friendly. They were also very responsive when I had to call them out for non standard services too (found a rat in the pool! and had gofers in the yard!) and they took care of both issues pronto! Would and have recommended them often over the years.

Went very well. Have been using them for ~ 15 years and they are always very responsive and professional.

I've written this review before. Once again, they sprayed the house inside and out. They come every 2 months. It works. They're great.

Invader Pest has been our pest management company for many years. They are reliable and easy to work with. They communicate well with us and provide customized pest treatment as needed.

The work they did was fine. We have been using them for at least 5 years. We have had no issues with their work.
