Very well. We have had Invader Pest Management service for regular pest control for about 15 years. We were unhappy with the customer service that we had from our former termite treatment company so we called Invader since we already had a working relationship with them. They were very fast to reply and come out and give us a quote. They were very flexible and willing to work with us on the overall treatment plan for our home since we had had some previous work done that did not need repeating. The former company we had maintained an all or nothing approach in order to get the warranty. The crew was very polite and the work went well which is what we expected given our 15 year track record with them.

They are very good. They are always on time and easy to schedule with. Their workers are very polite, professional and very clean. If you have any problems, they will come back and take care of it for you. They are very responsive to any concerns I may have. They have always been very considerate and cautious of my pets too.

Everything has been going fine. The only thing I have noticed with them is their prices tend to go up. My experiences with them are very good. If I notice any problems, they come out and take care of it. They call me and let me know when they are coming.

They listen and adjust their treatment to fix the problem. We are not close to Phoenix, but they have no problems coming out to the ranch. They will fix whatever your problem is from bees to roaches. They do not try to sell you anything you don't need. They are very knowledgeable of bugs and pests. I've used them for over 12 yrs.

They are very good. They take care of all our exterminating. They show up on time every time.

They were just too expensive for what I was looking for. They were a great company, just too expensive. They were always there on time. They did exactly what they supposed to do. Everything was fine except the price.

They do ask me questions to make sure everything is covered or if I have seen any new pests they can get rid of.

I was very pleased with Invader Pest Management. I needed an immediate spot treatment of an area before some tile work was performed. They sent someone out at 8 AM the next morning and the worker did a nice job. I'm considering giving them my annual contact for termite treatment next year when my contract with Terminix runs out. The price for the spot treatment was $150 instead of the price of $250 quoted by another company.

When I moved into my house last year, there was a black widow epidemic. I found at least five black widow spiders within the first month near the pool and two more in the garage. The spiders were bad, but I didn't feel the need to call a pest control company until by dog was stung by a scorpion. Twice. After searching for pest control companies, I came across Invader Pest Mangement - which had stellar reviews. I signed up for Invader Pest Management's Health Home "CARE" Pest Prevention service. Each service is $72.00, meaning I pay $432.00 per year for service every other month. I am incredibly pleased with my service. Black widow and scorpion sightings have decreased dramatically and I am no longer afraid of my own backyard. Robert, my technician, is friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. He takes the time to explain what he's done in the yard and is able to answers any questions I have. The best part of the contract, by far, however is the free call backs. If I see any insects in between sprayings, I am able to call and ask for a technician to come out to my house and take care of the problem for free. Last fall, during a change in weather, we had a surge in spider numbers. I called the company to mention it and a technician was sent out within the week and free of charge. I will definitely be resigning with this company as soon as my first year contract is up.

It's routine. They come, do their job, and go. If we have additional needs, they're very responsive and helpful..

An estimate for termite tx was offered on a house that was not yet purchased. Needed to know how bad the situation was became crucial for our offer to purchase. An in-depth inspection was carried out and an estimate of cost to treat was offered. The cost was higher than any other estimate received. The tx would have been thorough but was not chosen due to another company offering a lower price for the same procedure.

They are doing a good job as far as I can tell. The person who came out knew what he was doing.

We bought a house that had set empty for a while and the bugs and scorpions had taken over. We called the guys at Invader and they treated everywhere. We are very please with the results. They come when we need them. And they stay right on top of the repeat offenders. Our service tech was very knowledgeable about the little creatures.

Invaders did a very thorough and successful job of treating my house for termites. They used the drilled hole system and made the holes 15 inches apart. They were sure to get the garage and porch areas as well. I would recommend there services.

THEY ARE CONTROLLING THE PESTS. GREAT JOB. SOMETIMES THEY ARE EARLY, SOMETIMES LATE. OVERALL GOOD JOB.

WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY. OUR PREVIOUS EXTERMINATOR DID NOT CHECK CEILINGS FOR EVIDENCE OF TERMITES. WE HAVE SEEN NO ADDITIONAL DAMAGE, NOR ANY UNWANTED INSECTS.

THEY ARE A LITTLE HIGHER PRICED THAN SOME OF THE COMPETITION BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I HAVE USED TWO OTHER PEST MANAGEMENT COMPANIES THAT DID NOT TREAT THE ENTIRE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE WHEN NEEDED. THEY ALWAYS CALL WHEN THEY ARE RUNNING LATE AND ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL TYPES OF PESTS IE: I CAN DESCRIBE A BUG AND THEY KNOW WHAT IT IS TO TREAT PROPERLY.

QUICK TO ANSWER OUR REQUEST FOR A BID TO DO A TREATMENT. THOROUGHLY DID THE JOB. WE HAVE NOT HAD TERMITES SINCE THEY PUT THE BAIT IN PLACE. CONSISTENT IN CHECKING.

MONTHLY SCHEDULED TREATMENTS. I RECEIVE AN APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION WITH DATE EVERY MONTH. EASY TO CHANGE DAY AND TIME. VERY RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIAN. THOROUGHLY INSPECTED HOME PRIOR TO START OF SERVICE.
