Dear [Members Name], Thank you for your testimonial and response, I appreciate the "A" grades on everything, but I wanted to address your "C" on responsiveness. We are dedicated to being as responsive as possible, and I do apologize if you feel we downplayed your concern, if we ranked your need as not an emergency. FYI, the majority of our emergency calls are BEES, and require immediate response, and in most cases crawling insects, while scary, nasty and threatening will in most cases not create an emergency situation. Yes, scorpions have their own Potential concerns, however once you have spotted the scorpion, they are in most cases avoidable, thus not an emergency. So again, I apologize, but we were not trying to be unsympathetic to your needs. For your information, I do not take this lightly, I did review your records and while you did call late Friday night, we were already scheduled for service the next day, and on the Sunday call one week later, we did respond to you on Sunday (though our offices are closed), and we arrived Monday morning at 5:45am to perform a Call Back service. I just want to reassure you, we truly care for you and want you to know that we try to accommodate our customer's needs as best as possible. I do appreciate your comments, and as always they help me look at our systems to ensure we are "staying on top of everything". Thank you for helping to keep us sharp.
